Living here is great! Most all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighbors aren't noisy which is excellent and the amenities are top of the line. My only thing is that there isn't enough work zones. The same guy hogs the only one on 1st floor everyday, I'm sure he gets down there at 4:30am or sometime super early and never lets anyone else ever use it. If you could add more rooms or limit the amount of times per week you are able to use that room per resident that would be amazing!

This is our first home in Chicago. When we first moved in, the apartment itself and the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The management company has changed since, and the dynamic is much more hands off, impersonal and unhelpful. Though, certain staff remain and are still wonderful.

For raising rent $300 a month it should be better. Front desk staff always missing, leaving orders to be stolen downstairs. Treats never refilled in lobby. All events are cheap and disgusting and low supply. Machines always broken. Maintence soiling all furniture

The people have been so nice and the building is beautiful! It’s also really nice to have personal package concierge, not needing to ask someone else to get your packages has been so convenient.
Just moved in -- staff has been so lovely and helpful. Noise level is a concern -- can be a bit loud - even during the day. Great amenities. Have not used maintenance yet.

Apartment was delivered really nice and the leasing team was a pleasure to work with. My one complaint was the my outdoor space was not properly cleaned. The outdoor floor was very dirty with rust stains and dirt. Should have been power washed prior to my arrival

Pretty good move in experience. Did have some hiccups with expecting my unit to have hardwood when it does have carpet so that was a big bummer. Also washer is not working and shower is leaking. Would love to get a pamphlet on all the amenities and how to use key/ fob and then where the amenities are cuz I didn’t know any of this stuff! Or where to get packages/ mail, how to lock/ unlock my door, etc. would be nice to give a thorough walk through on paper to new tenants!

Good amenities and nice apartments. Lots of street noise and door person often not present. Rent is on the higher end, but par for the location.
The Bellman staff is great and always has a smile on their face welcoming you home. The amenities are very nice, however a lot of people work from home, so often times the work spaces are shared with a few people. The gym is beautiful with amazing views, the only upgrade would be a Peloton in the gym. Overall happy living here. However the waitlist to get a parking spot is over 6 months. Make sure they have a spot before you move in if you're coming with a car. I was told they had parking for when I moved and I'm not on a waiting list.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 months now and absolutely love it! Friendly people, amazing amenities, great and comfortable neighborhood, incredible views.. you cannot go wrong living here!
