We have been here for 3yrs. Overall, it's not a bad place to live. The only thing that is really an issue is parking. We only have 1 car, where as other residents have 4 or more cars. When we have to park elsewhere in the complex, lighting or lack of lighting, becomes a safety issue.

I have had a horrible roach infestation that from what I hear is common in these buildings. Tried to control it myself with 4 different poisons but it only brought the bugs into open space. Yet to be contacted by office re this.

The unit was full of bugs and broken appliances. The washer and dryer never worked, fridge and dishwasher were also broken and required me to self-repair. The pool was always closed, maintenance was nonexistent, and staff was nonexistent. Pretty bad place overall; look elsewhere!

This place is fair for what you pay. But be prepared to pay more for laundry as there is 1 washer/dryer per building (6 apartments per building) & it costs $5/per tiny load so that will be an expensive hassle. No available amenities despite their advertising a pool & gym, you’ll never get to use them. This place is decent

If you rent here just be prepared to never speak to management and the office staff is very unhelpful. Mail and packages also your cars will eventually end up stolen. We just took extra measures to insure our vehicle stays put. Walls on these apartments are super thin. Here every step upstairs make. The only thing keeping us here is rent wise.

Pésima atención el personal no tiene Ética para atender. Al cliente son apartamentos que tienen infinidad de plaga yo me salí de vivir por que en mi apartamento avía mucho jates o cucaracha mandaba a fumigar y parecía que brotaban más la cucaracha es un Asco asta para comer .aparte de que te hacen cobros excesivos porque aun. Dando el depósito te piden que les mandes a lavar las alfombras cuando eso lo cubre el desposito

The staff is very professional and as this is a huge complex they do their best at keeping it up to date visibly and have always immediately addressed any major issues that are presented to them to the best of their abilities and what they can control!
Worst apt I have ever lived in. Roaches, super old kitchen. Holes in walls. No response from mgt. ever. Loud cars at night. Drag racing.Police are called constantly. 2 murders in the last 2 yrs.And then they raise the rent! Horrible. .

This is the worst place to live. People pull the fire alarms break in to cars steel you kids bikes . Drug and alcohol everywhere. Every week it's something else worng.
I like the professional approach that each team member gave during my leasing process. I appreciate that when I have an issue it is fixed in a timely manner by the maintenance team. GREAT JOB!
This place makes you feel like you're right at home. My kids enjoy the area, as there is playgrounds and even the pool that's big enough to share with the community. Everyone around is friendly, I've yet to meet someone that's mean here. I would definitely renew my lease
Overall the Aurora Hill's community was a good place for my first apartment. The prices are pretty fair and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to do any activities in the area.
