Good apartments just workers can be nicer and not make you feel like your asking for a lot when help is needed.better washer and dryers and security to do better but overall not bad just staff needs communicate better with everyone
If its your only option as far as finding a place to live go for it. No one really bothers you but don't expect to receive special treatment or have anything fixed that is broken. At least not fixed in a timely manner or in good quality. Washers are always breaking down because people over load them so get used to washing just 1 load at a time if you ever find an open washer and be careful when in the playground with your kids, there are always broken glass bottles around.

This apartment complex is okay they have many things to work on. But they are nice and they are doing their best to fix things. The rent is affordable and this place is a good first step to on your own living.

Heater hasnt worked sense we moved in and it was dirty when we moved in and Ive put in notes for them to come and they never showed up at all!!
Es un lugar muy tranquilo para vivir, la respuesta a problemas por parte de mantenimiento es muy rápida.
The maintenance and grounds keeper and cleaning crew work very hard . They need more help and we need to find a way to fine the people that are working on there car and leave beer. Bottles and trash and people who dont throw there trash in the dumpsters . Or pick up after there dog . The crew trys keeping it clean . I have much respect for the people who work here .

Aurora Meadows is expensive, but not bad for around the Denver area. Decent apartments that have good maintenance service and a good pool. Price is about standard for the area.

Aurora meadows is a terrible place to live. Homeless people smoke crack and sleep in the halls. People also dig through the one dumpster that three units share

Aurora Medows is an okay place to live if you have no other options. Aurora Medows is not the worst place you can live. The apartments are a great starter place. The staff are very nice and helpful. We have had a descent experience living here.

I love the apartments, the playground is not too fancy but good enough to get the kids out of the apartment to get fresh air, the staff are really helpful especially Ms. Orianna, I don't know if that was spelled.

Everything that could be wrong, is. Roaches that are clearly coming from common areas, homeless people sleeping in halls every night, poorly lit parking lot in a bad neighborhood, office staff will treat you like garbage and have no problem throwing the signed lease in your face if you complain... if you're considering living here still, save some money and sleep in the halls for free like the homeless do.

When I moved in they pushed and pushed to give a review about the management NOT the property. They tell you supposedly it helps THEM in the office so I did one for a lady and two days after moving in they stopped answering phone calls. We had BED BUGS for THREE months. They refused to change the carpet claiming it was new. And pretty much told us to suck it up. This is ONE of the many bad things in these apartments.
The departments have a lot of bedbugs I lived for 1 year and the day I moved, 4 more neighbors moved for the same reason I had to throw away my furniture and they had bought very little in the American jewelry and no one answered me. They should put solutions to this problem also in the garages there are floods of rats through all the playgrounds for children's playgrounds ... these apartments are cheap but the cheap is expensive, I do not recommend them
The people that live in this complex are low life trash. They throw trash around the lawns walkways, parking lots and playgrounds. Kids running around the hallways screaming and slamming doors. The pool area is unsupervised and the parents that live here have not taught their offspring how to behave and appreciate access to a pool. The hallways need paint and new carpet especially the laundry area wher the dark dank hallway to get there is enough to give nightmares. Sewage leaking up through the grate in the floor, and what looks like fire damage in the ceiling. The maintenance crew does not understand the meaning of "move in ready" for an apartment. Can't wait for our 1 year lease to be up so we can get the he'll out of here.

Aurora meadows is great if you love unsupervised screaming children running though the halls on a daily basis. The cost of rent is insanity for what you'll be living in along with My heater breaking for two weeks in the winter then my air conditioning somehow got turned off for a month during the summer before someone had the time to come take a look at it. their maintenance crew will get to your problem when they feel like it . Aurora meadows is is in a bad neighborhood with bad people and run by terriable employees I would not recommend it to anybody

I've rented apartments my entire adult life and this is by far the worst. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, worst property management team, terrible customer service, grounds and hallways were not well kept, water bill was 60-70 dollars a month for a one bedroom with myself and my wife and upon moving out there were several additional charges which were not explained and completely erroneous. I would not recommend Aurora meadows to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. I pity anyone who is duped in to signing a lease here. The only reason I gave them one star is because the rating system would not allow zero stars. Stay away from Aurora Meadows
