Management is awful. They don’t care about complaints and it takes multiple emails to hear anything back. I’ve complained about multiple things like the trash overflowing, a tenant smoking 2 doors down, water at the bottom of the stairs of which I fell in and was promised they would fix it but nothing was done. The refrigerator, washing machine and AC was broken plus the apartment was filthy when I moved in. I was told someone thought my tv was too loud and had management send me some clause about drugs and drug dealing, guns and nothing about my TV being loud. That’s just sloppy and offensive. The only thing that I like is that there’s a dog park right out the side door and I have a very anxious dog that will only go there. Most of my friends here complain about the management. It’s a nice looking building. The only reason I gave 2 star’s is for the awesome maintenance and front desk people.

Amazing apartment complex! Fernando was our leasing consultant and was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond from day 1 which made us really want to live here. The apartment and views are gorgeous. Isaac and Jose are absolutely the best!!! Any maintenance issue we’ve had with our apartment, however minor they have been quick to come and fix it and help. Their service is honestly top notch. Super professional, friendly, and always available when needed. The quality of service from these guys alone makes this apartment truly outstanding. Highly recommend this apartment!

They are building another building directly across the street and there are very loud drilling and Banging noises all day long. The construction project is scheduled to last the entire year. People with sensitive hearing should be aware and take proper precautions to prevent hearing damage from excessive acoustic vibrations and sounds
I have to tell a truth for future residents. It's been over 36hrs without electric power. Freezing house, no hot water. I can't go to sleep because of next apartment's generator noise!!! Train noise, too!!! No generator in the expensive apartment. Not recommend.

I have lived at the Aurora for the past year and have nothing but excellent things to say about this apartment complex and the management. Everyone I have ever worked with in the leasing office, maintenance, and the concierge has been attentive, polite, and quick to act regarding all matters. This apartment complex operates with a level of friendliness and professionalism that really enhances the feeling of community and belonging. The common areas are often very cleanly and well-stocked, and the other tenants are polite and equally friendly. I had a studio apartment unit with a balcony, and all the features within the kitchen, bathroom, and unit in general were beautiful and functioned to a high standard. While I had a a few issues with my air conditioning, the maintenance and management teams responded quickly to my needs to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I am moving across the country for a new job and I am really going to miss living here!
Moved in 6 months ago! Wonderful place. Exceeded our expectations on design and the staff is amazing! Chris goes above and beyond to help with ANYTHING regarding the apartment and is very professional. Awesome location, perfect amenities, pet friendly, with a superb staff!
You can't beat the location, ammenities and apartment here. Walking distance to Metro, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful pool, fitness center and club room. Very Friendly staff, secure 24 hour front desk, and monthly get togethers. Beautiful apt. w/ floor to ceiling windows. Perfect apartment. Dog friendly with a great dog park. Free group fitness classes. It can't be beat!
The building is beautiful, the area is quiet, 3 min walk to White Flint Metro, next door to Harris Teeter's, insanely awesome rooftop patio and lounge, pool is nice, dog park is cool, staff is super nice, maintenance is fast and kind, units are immaculate, gym has roomy with nice equipment, both outdoor sitting areas are beautifully landscaped.
