I have moved in a few days ago and I am very satisfied with the staff, the amenities and the overall maintenance. My only complain so far is that sometimes during the night we can hear a loud and continuous popping noise coming from the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Not sure what it is (I guess it’s something related to the construction/pipes), but has awakened us two nights ago.

Smells like marijuana constantly. Good luck finding a dog waste bin not full. Hallways always have a awkward odor. Office staff is friendly. Could definitely use a cleaning service weekly.

It is amazing! Move in was a breeze. The gated community feels very safe and allows us to comfortably walk around the complex. It has a near playground with a trail that is convenient to walk out dog! Our fur baby loves it!

I’ve only been here for two months and so far I absolutely love it. Lease signing was fast and smooth. The staff is very nice and helpful. Miss Karen really makes this place feel like home, you are going to love her. The amenities here are top notch. You will not be disappointed!
Beautiful complex! Super clean very well put together and the staff is amazing! Super excited to be living here! Space for pets and guest is creative and super convenient when meeting up with guest and other dogs within the complex. Mrs. Karen was the most helpful and supportive leasing agent I’ve ever met. Super bubbly and energetic Mrs. Karen talked to all residents making everyone feel included and comfortable within the complex. Creating a sense of community and understanding I’m very confident in my partner and I’d choice to move into this wonderful community!

I love the community. The location is great! Surrounded by stores and all kinds of restaurants, but is tucked away enough that it is a really quiet community as a whole. The only hiccup that I have found is that the neighbors can be a bit loud at times. I am on the third floor and my downstairs neighbor plays their music/T.V. loud enough that it shakes my belongings in my apartment. Outside of that one thing I love living in Aurora Watson Branch.

4th floor with the a/c units on the roof is a horrible living experience. Dog poop everywhere, It seems like all the irresponsible dog owners in Mansfield all live here. Doors slamming all day and night, especially the main doors.

Love this area nice and quiet. Love how the apartments are built. Walls are not thin, so I don’t hear my neighbors. I would definitely recommend!

2 out of 5 stars. The inside of buildings smell horrible all the time. Water leaks everywhere outside. Gates shut down randomly and just won’t open at times. Also no one picks up their dog poop.

After researching multiple complexes, I landed at Aurora Watson Branch. The staff are all very professional and accommodating and the amenities are top of the line. Aurora Watson Branch has a great community of residents who gather monthly to enjoy time together. There is a brand-new park for kids walking distance just down the road. The grounds are pet-friendly, offering a dog park and multiple clean-up stations. That, along with the daily groundskeepers, elevate the community to high class, luxury living. It's beautiful inside and out. You will love calling Aurora Watson Branch home!

It’s lovely living here. I haven’t had any complaints so far. The area is a bit new so tends to feel kind of isolated. Not much walkability to the highway or the major intersections.

Older community with a small amount of under 40. But which for some this Ideal, just not myself. But I will say it is safe and very quiet for the most part. So I would recommend it for anyone that prefers said things.

Move in process was easy and quick! On the first day here I found water damage(?) on the ceiling in a room and maintenance came to check it out promptly couple hours later. My old place would’ve taken days to weeks - even for “urgent” requests! Love that the amenities are open and spacious. Staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
