Austin Chase Apartments

If you ask me, these apartments cost waayyyyy more than they are worth. The interior/exterior is very shabby. Maintenance is inconsistent and lazy, they willl take months to fix anything broken and ask residence to not resend work orders as it slows down the process(as if they are already not slowed enough). They are also roach infested! Yuck! No matter how much you clean, they will keep coming due to poor maintenance of the water pipes and excess mold. Speaking of water, they’ve had to shut off over 10 times within the last year. Garbage is always piled up and compactor is always broken. Not to mention, they will start the eviction process after 10 days of non payment(this has never happened to me) but I’ve witnessed many evictions upon my 2 years living there, which is wrong considering all the issues this place has. The list goes on and on, I could write a novel. Finally, there’s a move out fee which is crazy considering I have to pay for moving out when my lease is up. Please take my advice and search elsewhere!

This complex is disgusting. The trash is always piled up. It is roach and bug infected. The walkways are full of spider webs and eggs. Random cats roam around the complex. The gate never works which is concerning given the increase in criminal activity and car break ins in the area. Avoid this place, please.

We lived here for about 6 months now. I was very excited as it’s in town & very convenient. But you slowly start to notice all of the problems that come with it. Since living here, we’ve had our 2 bedroom doorknobs fall off multiple times, our air has had to be “fixed” 3 times now, our security system went of randomly all the time so it had to be unplugged. The trash compactor is currently broke so the first thing you see is a pile is trash as soon as you pull in. We were so excited to use the pool this summer, but it never opened so we had to pay to go other places. There is tons of cockroaches everywhere although we pay for pest control. After moving here we were told the tanning bed was removed & the racquetball room was shut down. Most of all, the gate has only worked for a total of 2 weeks before it broke again. We were suppose to have a fully renovated apartment, but it seems like all they do is quick & cheap fixes then charge the most they can. The paint job is horrible, as you can see roller spots of paint on every ceiling. We will definitely be leaving after our lease. They need to put some of the money they make from charging sky high prices towards fully fixing something rather than doing a cheap quick fix.

The rent is too expensive, they're more focus on taking care of the scenery than the functionality of the apartments. I've been living here since Sept and we've had broken gates, a shooting and my apartment's AC is consistently being "fixed" but they refuse to replace the unit(it's been like this for sometime before my living there I learned). plus the possibility that there's black mold in the inner ac unit that they were informed of but never investigated.

Playground and dog park raggedy. Gym equipment broken. Raised rent during covid but don't fix anything or update anything. Charges are ridiculous. Computers don't work nor the printer. Read the fine print and don't agree to them being able to change pricing as long as they give notice.

This is the most HORRIBLE place to live in. Not safe for children. Management doesn’t care. They call this place “crime has no address”. Drive by shooting go on, all through out the night daily music, marijuana smoking around children and while management is here. DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE IN!

Austin Chase is an awsome community to reside in..conveniently located in the mist of all walks of life .. entertainment..dining..shopping..banking..healthcare etc..highly recommended.

Ive been a resident at Austin Chase Apartments for 2 months, and so far I love it. The administrative staff is very friendly and handle requests in a timely manner. The complex offers great amenities and the apartments are very spacious. The neighbors are nice. Its a relatively quiet community. The only major downside is the bugs, but they have pest control. Im very satisfied so far.

Don't bother coming unless you want to party, be inconsiderate and break all the lease rules with no repercussions.

First and foremost, there is a bug infestation in my building (200) Roaches to be exact, which is crazy since I’m paying for “pest control” each month. Never seen anyone controlling any pest since I’ve been here (I work from home so I’m here all day everyday to know) At 2 weeks of living here I had to purchase my own insect repellent to try and get rid of them. Disgusted honestly. Neighbors are inconsiderate. I constantly hear loud thumping noises after midnight and I’m in a upper unit so it’s coming from whoever I’m sharing a wall with. I feel so sorry for the people who live below them. I’ve taken the necessary steps as far as expressing my concerns to mngmt and they sent a courtesy officer in response to my complaint but of course that didn’t make a difference because I still hear it late hours(after midnight). Some people are just rude and I regret that I moved here. My experience here so far has not been good. Wouldn’t recommend anyone move here unless you just have nowhere else to go. The amount you’re paying for rent is basically for the location. There’s nothing fancy about it. I’m counting down each month until my lease is up and I will be on the first thing smoking out of here.

Great place safe and clean environment

It a very nice quiet area. But just be prepared that you will have to clean up if you were to move in a new place out here.
