Property Ratings at Autumn Chase
I'm very happy one with the management two with the locations and my neighbors so far has been very respectful to each other.
I enjoy living at Hawthorn nice community quiet location.
Friendly neighbors close location to shopping park and bike paths
I enjoy living here. even though I have only lived here for a few months. (Less than a year). quiet neighborhood. wonderful neighbors.
Pacific Park II is within walking distance to many community services, while located next to 2 green spaces in a quiet neighborhood. The Office staff was very helpful in making my cross country move much less stressful.
I have only good things to say about Pacific South. Everyone my wife and I have met with who works in the University Square office has been so friendly and genuine that it really did, from day one, make me feel like I was home and wanted here. We were both also surprised by how great the apartment is. For the price we pay, we didn't expect that the apartment would be so new, clean, spacious and in such a great neighborhood. We're both really happy here.
They need to work on their integrity, and the knowledge of what they’re able to do
I have recently just moved into the Hawthorn apartment complex. I enjoy the quiet residential area. Easy access to the interstate & close to a park / walking trail. & fine restaurants. from, Michelle S.
The rent prices are really affordable and fair and make it easy to find a livable situation. The locations are usually close to important things such as gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, or major roads. However, management's communication skills are lacking at best, and their ability to resolve problems are kinda hit or miss. Building safety is extremely questionable considering the amount of mail theft that has occurred and how little management has done anything to prevent it from happening again. Building rules usually surrounding smoking in or near the building are rarely, if ever, enforced at all. The amenities are also super out dated and constantly out of order. Also the general designs of the apartment layouts are strange and sometimes inconvenient. So I'd say, overall, you're getting what you pay for, but that's not always a good thing.
This is a very pleasant area in which to live. Close to necessary shopping.
Quiet 10 unit building next to a nice trail. Older building but built well and have huge balconies.
So far I've had a really good experience living here I love that the apartment offices and people are willing to get problems solved quickly.
I can’t complain, every time I have put in a work order maintenance has been there to fix it either that day or the next day.
Convenient location for me. They respond to maintenance requests rather quickly. They keep it fairly up to par.
Friendly. Usually quiet. Well lit from dusk til dawn. Apartments are spacious and have lots of storage!!!
Location is excellent beautiful neighborhood. Close to an elementary school close to the highway. It’s just an older apartment with older appliances. The rent is low you get what you pay for.
The security doors are always broken. Same for the washing machines. Hallways and entry ways are usually dirty. Apartment itself is good.
It's in a nice location, it's very quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Alot of trees . A big park a couple of blocks away. Family friendly.
I am a big fan of Goldmark; perhaps I am biased because of that. Being a senior citizen I appreciate their supportive attention to any concerns I might have. I also got a P/T job as a Grounds Keeper. My only complaint is Goldmark can't make the winters warmer...LOL. GOLDMARK!!
videotape and document everything turn on everything and let it run. Do not let things slide like I did. Look at the quality of the installation of the air conditioner once you turn it on for a couple of days it will begin to slide out. Listen to how loud the dishwasher is. Check the quality of the carpet more than likely it was not cleaned. bottom line a Band-Aid is put on a lot of stuff and you won’t realize it’s after you moved in. I love the location close to my son’s school but even That will not keep me from moving out of here.
Management was very knowledgeable in the process or took care of any kinks that might've came up. The staff was awesome!!
I love my apt! Quiet, well insulated, walkable area, park across the street and 2 metro bus stops (both buses run every 30 mins).
Summerfield is a great complex. It's an extremely convenient location between two interstate exits. It has a dog area, is right next to a long walking trail, and has very few units, split up among 3 floors, so you don't notice a lot of traffic in and out unless they're being excessively loud. Management is great to work with and more communicative than any other management office I've worked with. I plan on resigning a few more times, as of now.
Good looking apartment on the outside with a matching look on the inside. Spacious living space
Quiet neighborhood, limited road traffic. Easy access to main arteries/interstate.
Pacific Park II care about their residents. The apartments are spacious. Management is patient if you would communicate with them. I am content God allows me to have a clean place to lay my head.
before moving in turn on everything more than likely the stuff iwill make excessive noise check the carpet for screws and miscellaneous debris. Make sure you remove the air conditioning cover and turn on the air conditioner look at the installation Of the air conditioner make sure The air conditioner the refrigerator the dishwasher doesn’t sound like a jet engine. Nothing in my unit works properly nothing.Maintenance is great at fixing stuff once you report it.
It was a good first apartment for me. I’m moving on to a place where my dog can have a yard.
Very convenient and affordable for students like myself. The neighborhood is nice. However, even though there are no smoking signs on property everywhere, I think everyone in this building smokes.
I definitely love the apartment I have and everyone over at University square for being so helpful with helping me getting into the place.
The main concern i have is for months now, the washing machines are either broke or don't work nearly as well as they used to.
Quiet living close to the beautiful bike path, grocery shopping, banks, restaurants, bus and main thoroughfares.
In brief Pacific Park II is affordable with a diverse community AND a professional management staff. Stop by and say hello to them
Overall I have enjoyed my experience with Hartford they were fast friendly and understood my needs I’ve never had to move like this and your staff was very accommodating thank you
Goldmark staff are friendly and supportive of my needs. The staff is receptive to me coming by once a month with my rent and a few jokes. Thank you Goldmark...from a senior citizen. John T Webster
I've enjoyed my experience at Pacific Park ll apartments
I have not had a ton of maintenance issues, but the workers are always courteous and do a good job. They have a lot to do and still manage to get things done in a reasonable amount of time!
I love the community here its a very nice area and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly
Great area, access to interstate is great. Many restaurants and C stores nearby.
Pacific Park I has great access to amenities such as parks, entertainment, shopping. While being far enough away from everything to remain quiet and provide a relatively safe feeling.
The staff is very friendly and pleasant to work with. They worked with me and were able to get me in on my preferred move-in date.
Great place to live and the other residents are friendly.
The Huntington is a great, low key and quiet place to live!
I'm very much pleased and impressed with the hospitality and the property..Very well maintained..I'm happy to call Summerfield my home..
I moved into my first apartment at Summerfield in September. The building and grounds are pretty well kept. The apartment itself and the management have both exceeded my expectations. I feel very lucky to have found Summerfield. I am very comfortable here.
They are very helpful and want to work with you. They are reasonable and they care so much that they will help as much as they can.
It's just an quiet and nice place to stay, very convenient, in a great community, I like it alot
This one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had; I heard horror stories about Goldmark, but gave you the benefit of the doubt; now I've lived them all; you only care about the rent being paid on-time.
Since covid-19 hit the total upkeep of the complex has deteriorated.
Pacific Park II is located close to the Bowler on South University. There are many fast food restaurants and gas stations within 1 mile of the building. The residents are all very friendly. It has been a very safe building to live in with no issues. Paid laundry room on site on each floor.
