Property Ratings at Rio
I just moved into Rio Apartments on the 13th of January....I love the floor plans...and I am super crazy about the space that I have...the ladies that work in the office are were very attentive my questions. I think I am going to love it here! So will you.
I recently moved into a 2 bedroom and I am so comfortable. No one messes with me and I don't mess with anyone. This is the first time I am satisfied with my neighbors and community. The children run around during the day. My apartment looks great, the new management is kind, professional and respectful. thank you.
This is the most awful place to live. We're talking gun shots fired at night, raw sewage running out on the ground, the pool will never be usable again according to the city, drug deals in broad daylight, the trashiest laundry rooms, no security, the gate is broken 90% of the time, and they tow your car as soon as you move in.
