Autumn Creek Apartments

We just moved in a week ago and we were blown away with how clean the apartment was! Allen and his crew did an amazing job at getting our unit ready and have continuously been incredible with helping us.

This is our 4th year living at Autumn Creek Apartments. Maintenance is great. Alan and Angel are always prompt and responsive to any of our service requests. They are friendly and dependable.

These apartments are beautiful, however, the people managing them are utterly incompetent and inconsiderate. The management especially does not care when you are to leave or have left the apartments. In my case, they used to call me on my cell number whenever they needed me to move the car out of the parking area during the snow patrol but they never cared to reach out to me once I left. They posted the dues on the online portal without notifying me. I never received the notice and they handed over the case to the debt collection agency. Unaware of these events, I checked back with the apartments, asked them to figure out the mode of payment and paid it proactively.  I received a call from the debt collecting agency, even after the payment. I was surprised that Autumn Creek did such a thing and did not even care to reach out to the ex-tenant before taking such a step. It affected my credit score at the time when I wanted it in the best of its shape. I called the office and there is no apology of any kind. I am disappointed with them but I am glad I don't live in these apartments. 

Recently moved into this complex, and the apartment is excellent. The office staff has bent over backward to ensure our move in went smoothly and have worked with us to make some upgrades. My experience is that the staff has been knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and easy to work with.

I was shopping around for an apartment for the summer. The woman that showed me the apartment was very nice, friendly and answered all my questions. I told her I would contact her because I was still shopping around, I got called and emailed 14 times, everyday. I had to talk them to stop calling. I felt like I was being harassed! Their apartments are nice, but seem dated compared to other apartments in that location. I ended up choosing another complex, due to the furnishings and I was annoyed with all the calls it was a total turnoff.

Alex & Matt were EXCELLENT when replacing our refrigerator! Very helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with! Always love it when Alex shows up!!!

Worst living experience I've ever had. Suzanne has no business interacting with tenants and is incredibly spiteful, unprofessional, and rude. I'd avoid this apartment and the management company if you can. Plenty of other places to live.

I have lived here for going on three years and it is an awesome place to live. The office and maintenance staff are always so courteous and helpful. They have created a wonderful community and work daily to keep it beautiful and safe. For example, Alex, one of the maintenance workers, not only responds promptly to any and all maintenance requests he also knows my son’s names and checks in on my family and I. My family and I love being a part of this community.

Do not recommend this any more. Things changed a lot in last few months.. currently in my 3rd year and regretting now for signing the lease. There are multiple ways tenants are feeling uncomfortable with their policies. ex: we are not allowed to keep a charcoal grill in the patio even though we are not using.

We have been staying in this apartment ma from last two years and didn’t have any big complaints. These were the fairly good apartments. But, the new director who is in has been very rude to us in one of the issue. We being a resident were not at all respected by her. She didn’t even have a smile on her face. One star is more for her!!

We ALWAYS give 5 stars to Alex our maintenance guy because he ALWAYS DESERVES IT! Great job today guys!

Current tenant. Very frustrated with maintenance after months of trying to get an issue resolved. Also equally frustrated with the office staff for deceptive statements. I wouldn't recommend moving here.

Great community feel, clean, and well maintained! The only negative is the walls are paper thin, meaning you can hear car doors shut in the parking lot, and the upstairs neibors walking. Honestly, it's not that bad compared to other places. The neighborhood is amazing, and most important, is as safe as it gets!

5 star. This is a great place to rent. It's in a residential neighborhood that is so close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and great walk in closets. You get free cable. The garages have enough room for some storage and a car. If there is ever a maintenance problem they are there promptly. Every Saturday in the summer there is pizza by the pool. They have resident parties and happy hours. There is a gym you can use whenever you want. Also I used the club house for a party which was really nice.

The apartment is very well maintained and located in a great area. You can access the highway just 5 minutes away and travel to any part of the Buffalo/ Niagara Falls area in just minutes. Within walking distance you can find a great variety of shops and restaurants including a major grocery store. The staff is very friendly and all maintence issues are addressed immediately. The apartments are very spacious and the grounds offer several green spaces to make you feel at home. I would recommend Autumn Creek Apartments to anyone looking for comfort, location and convenience.

Having lived at Autumn Creek for a few months now, it is my favorite apartment community I have lived at and I’ve been at 3 different complexes in the last 7 years. From the first call I made after looking through the easy to navigate website, the leasing agent was well-informed and very friendly. All my questions were answered and I especially liked how the cable, utilities, water and high speed internet were included in the rent (one less thing to worry about and have had other apartments charge me for this). Additionally, the complex is pet-friendly and even has a dog park for my dog to play in. The move was stressful as we were from out of town, but moving in to the complex was made very easy by the manager and maintenance staff. We had some slight issues during the move-in and the maintenance team was there in a couple hours to fix them. Problem solved. They use an app called ResidentPortal that we can pay for our rent and submit work orders through that is really easy to use. Also, through this portal there are message boards and information that we can catch up with what is going on in the complex (there was a resident party at the clubhouse and happy hour at a restaurant across the street over the last couple weeks). Since we’ve moved here, it has been a fantastic experience (minus all the Buffalo snow!). The gym is nice with many different machines and we have worked out there a couple times (another perk that I can save on gym membership). My dog loves walking around the complex and meeting other dogs. Our apartment is so nice with the plank floors and stainless steel appliances and we have been complimented by friends that have stopped by. Also, the internet is super fast (a huge plus for me) and the maintenance team has removed the crazy amount of snow quickly (they even provide a shovel and salt right by the door). Overall, our experience has been great and looking forward to when summer comes and we can enjoy the pool and our patio!

This apartment is a big change from where we used to live. Although I miss the hum of the city, living in East Amherst has it's perks. We are close to all amenities, including a grocery store that is less than a mile down the road. There are restaurants and shoppes in walking distance and the commute to work/school is marvelous. The maintenance is on point and the staff are helpful and friendly. The amenities within the complex are fantastic and the private entrances make the apartments feel more homey than the average buildings. I am very happy that we made the move to Autumn Creek!

This apartment has large living room with private patio overlooking lawns, trees and flowers. There is a private entrance into dining and kitchen area with all modern appliances with laundry room and guest closet off entrance way. Large 2 Bedrooms with walk in closets and baths off each room. Friendly Office personnel and maintenance crew are a phone call away- always ready to attend to our needs. Swimming pool with lounge chairs and life guard on duty when pool hours are open. Basketball court and children's playground as well as dog park all well maintained.

My apartment faces East, morning sunshine with lovely well kept lawns and trees. This complex has a swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Managements hosts many outdoor activities. A life guard on duty during open pool hours. The community center is available for private parties and family gatherings. My apartment has large living room opening to a private patio overlooking lovely grounds, trees and flowers. Apartment has large 2 bedrooms and 2 baths opening into large walk-in closets. Kitchen has separate dining area with all modern appliances and separate entrance and modern laundry equipment and guest closet off entrance. Enjoying luxury living with nearby friendly residents.

For the first time that I've been renting an apartment, this is a place I call "home." My family and I have lived here for a year and the apartment complex feels more like a neighborhood community rather than just a gaggle of apartments with people living in them. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and if there is an issues, a maintenance crew is ready to assist. The cost is reasonable, considering the utility cost is low and there is free internet and cable provided by the complex. The pool is clean and well kept, as well. Autumn Creek is family oritented, kid and pet friendly.

Although I still live with my parents, Autumn Creek Apartments is a great place to make your home as it is a cute little neighborhood in East Amherst and everyone is friendly and it is very clean. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a quiet lifestyle with a luxury feel to it. All around a great place to live!
