My mother has called Autumn Oaks her home for years, and it has been a wonderful experience. We're very thankful to have found them. She is getting older, and the extra help and attention from office management, Barb and Karen, has been incredible. They are so professional, patient, supportive, and caring. We can't thank them enough for the ongoing support that they give our family. Truly exceptional. The apartment grounds are beautiful and clean. The pool is lovely during the summer. It's a friendly, safe community of all ages, and the location can't be beat. The maintenance staff is also great and responds quickly. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Autumn Creek Apts and would highly recommend!! Simply the best.

I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years. The apartments and grounds were well maintained, maintenance was responsive, and location was convenient. I would have happily given a 5 star review, but on move out I was charged $45 for a single cracked mini-blind slat (under $10 at the hardware store), and $120 for a supposedly damaged garbage disposal, despite it being fully functional the entire time I lived there. Sadly not uncommon for apartment complexes, but it does feel pretty insulting to get nickel-and-dimed after paying $$$$ on-time every month for years, and leaving the apartment in very good condition. It's a fine place to live, just assume you aren't getting your deposit back.

Everything about this place was great. The apartments are up gorgeous, safe and the apartment manager Barb is incredible! This is the place to live.

This was a great experience that I had in this apartment complex.Everyone is willing to help out in the leasing office. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to friends and family. Also the ladies in the leasing office are amazing and they will do anything to help you out.

This place has the worst management ever. Super inconsiderate, and apparently likes to tell everyone your business. My roommate came into the leasing office and one of the ladies brought up that my credit score isn’t well. This place has been great all up until this year. I am so disappointed and upset.

I cannot say enough about how much I love living here. And as the other reviews have indicated, Barb & Karen make all the difference. The location is excellent, the sense of safety is secure, and the friendliness of the neighborhood is really wonderful. But the management and ownership of the complex is what makes Autumn Oaks personal--a real sense of home. As a first-time apartment renter, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have been overwhelmed by the community nature of this place--everything from answers to maintenance requests to remembering what I do for work and helping support the underprivileged kids I serve. Barb & Karen are the absolute best.

I looked at 10 apartment complexes before choosing Autumn Oaks. The main selling point for me was the two women managers, Barb and Karen. They are proud of this community and are dedicated and have a superb work ethic, which shows in the appearance and management of the property. They are also both dog lovers and I have seen them greet my dogs and other dogs with joy as they walk around the property. John, the maintenance supervisor, came to my apartment to fix something. While he was there, I asked him about a problem I was having with something else. He took the time to help me and was extremely friendly. I called Barb and asked if I should tip him. Barb said, "Absolutely not. To us, that is customer service." If you are looking for a place that is managed with friendly, helpful, approachable people who take pride in their work then Autumn Oaks is the place to call home.

As a previous homeowner for numerous years, I value the commitment to excellence shared by Barb, Karen, and maintenance team, John and Maurice. Calls and requested service issues are dealt with promptly, professionally, and in a very courteous manner. The rent is comparable to other nearby properties, however, I believe this property shows better attention to care, which I highly admire. Autumn Oaks is serious about keeping the property and residents in good hands. I’ve lived here coming up on two years.

Barb and Karen are excellent managers, which is the number one reason I chose Autumn Oaks to live. They care about the complex and the residents and it shows with their work ethic, approachable personalities, dedication and their timely responses to maintenance requests. The complex is managed with phenomenal efficiency. They are both dog owners/lovers and I have spotted them greeting dogs with enthusiasm when they meet them around the property. There is a nice size, climate controlled storage room inside the apartment, two tennis courts, pool, workout room, alcove and fireplace in the living room and high ceilings throughout. The complex is close to Manchester, 141, 270, gas stations, banks and lots of dining and shopping. Great place to call home!

I have lived here for a year now, and am very pleased with the new management staff. It was not long after I arrived that the incidents with a car theft and a break-in occurred. At that time, it was concerning but the staff had all locks changed and a new manager brought in. No further incidents have occurred. The maintenance staff is great - always timely, efficient and helpful. Since the staffing change, the property has had power washing of all units on the inside of the hallways and the exterior of the entire buildings. They have started some social events and are open to new ideas when presented. The size and layout of my 2 bedroom/1 bath unit is great, washer & dryer in unit and covered carport are important features, and I love the gas fireplace! The rent is very affordable, and well priced for the area. This is my first apartment experience and I am happy to recommend it to others.

We moved here in 2019 and what seemed like a nice complex has turned into a terrible mistake. The Manchester Police have been to our building alone more than 6 times since we moved in and it makes us feel very unsafe. Last time they had 2 units show up. We also discovered someone in our complex who is disabled had their custom handicap van stolen the week before we moved in. The icing on the cake is we had the police leave a message on our door stating they were looking for a criminal they though would be in our apartment. The management does not enforce the rules. People hang out in the hallways of the common areas and cause problems. The only saving grace to this property is that the actual units are dated (90’s) but well maintained and maintenance is fantastic at resolving issues quickly. We will NOT renew our lease here.

This apartment complex claims that they only allow dogs 35 pounds and under, but I have seen many large and aggressive dogs around in the two years that I've lived here. One lives in the apartment above me and it's like living next to the train tracks. The noise is absolutely unbearable and shouldn't be happening. Why are they letting these massive dogs in when these buildings cannot handle 50+ pound animals running rampant non stop? It's a complete injustice to those living under these poor animals. Furthermore, why would owners of big dogs think it's kind to put a large dog in an apartment? It's not kind, it's torture. These dogs are barking non stop and you can hear everything. I'm so fed up with this nonsense. Why is the leasing office allowing this? This is totally wrong and unfair to those who actually follow the rules. I would love to have a big dog, but it clearly states no dogs over 35 pounds, so I do not have a dog here. Yet, those of us living over or under these poor massive animals are the ones (along with the dogs) who aren't being treated fairly. Be careful when moving in and ask if there's large dogs in your building.

I've lived here for quite a few years and loved it. Maintenance always came the same or next day, I felt safe and they are spacious and a great location. Recently there is a new manager, and she doesn't seem to care about the tenants interests. I get that people want to make money, but if you can't be nice and a little accommodating, you will lose tenants. People talk, and with the internet, you'd think someone would try harder to keep residents happy. I feel like this has become a Manchester Police Hub because they're here all the time. We've recently had apt and car break ins. I felt safe here until now and I don't feel the manager is on board to make anything better

My wife and I have lived here two other times. We moved back knowing that the property management was wonderful and worked with us to make sure all are needs were taken care of. Now we have apartments broken into ,cars stolen, and the new property manager has done nothing about this. The new property manager does and will not work with the residents. It's sad this complex was great to live in. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Do not rent here! I've lived here for over 3 years and have watched it decline quickly. Crime is way up, which management tells you no information about. All of the buildings were rekeyed a few months back apparently due to someone stealing the master keys. Management gave us NO explanation. Cars and apartments being broken into. Once again no communication from management. To me, they are playing with peoples safety but they don't seem to care. They would rather keep it all quiet so not to scare potential residents away. Showing us that money is more important than the current residents safety. The new manager is HORRID and rude. The apartments are completely outdated but that didn't stop them from raising our rent $50 more per month. Look somewhere else! Do not rent here!!!

I had no idea there was so much crime here. I was coming home last week and saw police driving around and banging on doors in buildings looking for a guy who stole a car. We moved in a year ago and it's been going downhill since last fall. I may not renew my lease after this year given the lack of crime prevention. Why can't they put up cameras to help at least catch the bad guys (or girls)? I'd feel better if there was some more preventative actions.

I am a resident here and just saw on the news of all places that a handicapped van was stolen from a parking space here in the parking lot. It said that it was taken with keys which were stolen from a previous break in to the apartment here. I talked with some neighbors who told me that a MASTER KEY was used and break ins have been going on since last August. Hey, management! Why don't you let us know this? This is completely irresponsible and makes me feel like you don't care one bit about us here. Future residents, while it looks nice here and is in a good location, you might want to consider your personal safety before renting. I'm going to get an extra lock and cameras for my place now. What a horrible thing to keep from people living in your property.

We just found out there have been numerous break ins to apartments here with a master key. How awful! We never heard a word from management but they've known since August. I knew our keys were changed last month, but no one told us why. Now, a handicapped van has been stolen from this complex. A lot of cars are getting broken into, as well. It used to be a nice place to live, but management really needs to protect their residents and let us know about what is going on here.

The Autumn Oaks Apartments have been my home for 3 years. The apartments are located in an area where groceries, hot spots to eat & drink, and gas stations are not far away. The apartment complex is clean and they stick to their rules which makes it an overall great place to be as a resident. Cheers to many more years to come.

We've lived here for a few months and found it to be a really great place. Lots of families here, so there are a lot of kids running around. If you don't mind the noise, you'll love it. Great pool, great area, easy to find parking, apartments are spacious, kitchens need updating, but all in all, a wonderful place to call home.

I've been living here for 5 years....just signed a lease extension for a 6th year. I love living here. My apartment was absolutely spotless when I moved in. The apartments are modern and spacious with plenty of closets and storage. Any repair issues are handled the same day. The complex is beautifully maintained. The stairwells and hallways are well lighted. I feel so safe here....I can come and go at any hour and not be concerned for my safety. The complex is conveniently located, and getting to all the major interstates is quick and easy. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

BEST APARTMENTS WE HAVE EVER LIVED IN!! Staff is great! The apartments are great! Clean Quiet Comfortable and just Great. if we didnt have to move away for a job we would be staying here for a long time!!
