Property Ratings at Autumn Park
Lived here for 2-3 years and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Infested with bugs and would get treated for bugs only for them to come bsck x2 worse. Toilet would get clogged often, shower water never stayed hot, multiple times the sink in the kitchen flooded. The roof inside of larger bedroom started leaking that left stains, loud neighbors, heat often didn’t work, hallway smelled all the time, and worse of all the rent was extremely high. Do NOT live here, find somewhere better!!!!!
Please whatever you do, don’t stay here. Rent is WAY too high for what is being offered. Roach infested. Extremely outdated and broken appliances. The hot water would be shut off for weeks at a time with no word from maintenance. The pipes in kitchen mess up in the winter time to the point where water would randomly bubble up through the sink and flood the entire kitchen. We would try to call maintenance or the landlord, even the emergency number. No answer. Would constantly make us clean out our entire kitchen and leave for hours at a time so they could come spray for bugs (would threaten us with eviction if we didn’t) just for them to never show. Honestly I could go on and on, just whatever you do, avoid these apartments.
