I have had nothing but amazing experiences with this apartment company. The staff understood my urgency to get a unit and helped me get settled in. The approval process was quick and easy, and the staff is so understanding and accommodating. 10/10 experience!!!

Not great, thin walls, zero amenities, over priced for what you get.

I was looking for a well maintained short term rental that was centrally located near shopping, had garages available, and would be close to my work location. Management was great to work with in completing the application and lease process. Autumn Ridge has met all my needs and I feel safe living in this community complex.

I have been renting from Goldmark for the past 5 months now. The hallways are kept clean and snow removal has been very good especially with the long cold winter that we've had. Maintenance is very prompt and professional!

Maint staff is very good.and show up pretty fast.always polite.will do what's necessary to get whatever is needed to be done accomplished in a satisfactory manner.always polite
