The staff and the environment here are lovely. The staff are very helpful and kind, I'm grateful to be able to call and email. They are usually fairly quick to respond.

I am so grateful to Autumn Springs for providing such a great home as I moved from MN with my dog. Each unit has its own private entrance while being located near a large park and bike trail with a view of the gorgeous hills in the backdrop. Both management and maintenance have been very friendly along with my new neighbors. They seem to be constantly improving the grounds that include newly painted buildings and patio upgrades. I obsessively researched all rental locations within an hour drive and I know I made the right choice moving here.
Scheduled a tour here only to be told the day of that there were no available units. Drove all the way out there, and the lady working at the office just didn't care. Horribly disorganized management and incompetent staff.
Highly recommend to move in here . My wife and I have been here I think six yrs . Plan on staying . Seems like owners care about there property.

The walls are thin, we can hear our upstairs neighbors dog running. Sounds like our apartment is going to cave in. We can also hear them walking, vacuuming, showering like they were in our apartment. I wish they wouldn't allow people with children or pets to move into upstairs units because the ceiling is so "thin". We have lots of drug deals that happen on our end of the complex but that is out of the apartments hands, it's not their fault. I feel like the fact that we have to pay for water & garbage is a little ridiculous. The previous apartment we lived at covered both and that complex was well below the standard of Autumn Springs. I know I'm "complaining" a lot but we really do enjoy living here. Just wish there could be some changes to make our living experience a little "better"
Autumn Springs AM is a very great place to live. The grounds are very enjoyable to spend time outside walking your dog for a walking around. The management is great and the workers get their jobs done. They work with you when problems arise.When the pool and hot tub or open it was great over the summer. Most everyone is friendly and very neighborly. There is also a park across the street and its great for kids, love, and even adults. I recommend Autumn Springs.
My husband and I have lived here since 2014. When we first moved in, the apartments were great,the staff was wonderful, the maintenance crew very responsive. Since then there has been a turnover of managers and change of ownership. The new owners have increased the rent approximately $200 every year...the cost of the trash is now divided evenly between all owners, which is highly unfair. There are 2 people in our unit and we pay just as much as a family of 4?? We generate a heck of a lot less trash, so why the unfair split? Also, the renters are paying for common area trash as well. When I first moved in, I believe the pet rent was $30/month/pet - now it is $50/month/pet??? I'm sad my furbabies passed, but I can't afford to get another pet. They want more rent, but there are no added benefits to the residents. Keep hiking up the rent, but not giving anything back, especially to long time residents as myself. I used to love living here, but the new ownership is making it very difficult to stay as you can see by how many vacancies they have listed.
What attracted us to this apartment was the fact that the master bedroom in the two bedroom apartment not only included a walk-in closet, but also an attached bathroom. Most of the more modern two-bedroom apartments in the area provide two rooms of the same size with one bathroom to share. This was not going to work for us, especially when we had guests stay the night. The rest of the benefits were just icing on the cake. We enjoy the walk-in closet and the spacious floor plan. Though the appliances are outdated, and the kitchen a bit retro in decor, it has a nice homey feel. The leasing office employees and property management have been extremely accommodating with all our requests, and take the time to know the tenants and organize events for the members of the complex community. One complaint I do have is the shared laundry room. The washer-to-tenant ratio seems a bit off, and there is often a wait at the wash room. Also, the washers are antiquated and in need of replacing. However, I would still choose this complex over most others, and do enjoy living here.
My husband and I have been living here for five years now and you just can't a better deal in Livermore for this location and the fact that they are pet friendly! The neighborhood is nice and safe at night. Right across the street from the park. Run by an awesome management and maintence crew. Nice gym and new floor plans are nice!!
Comparatively speaking, the apartments for the price being asked is pretty good. In my opinion, the Tri-Valley Area is over-priced.
