Drive this property from entry to the end, you will see overgrown bushes, paint chipping from patio fences, building lights outs, water drainage issues, large bare grass spots and more. No Curb Appeal. Talk with some of the residents- maintenance issues- repairs not performed correctly. Old carpeting and old appliances. However, the building structures are in good standing.
I've been here for a few years now and the manager Aisha has been exceeded my expectations. She's been very helpful. I would recommend her service and this community to anyone.

The office staff makes this place the place to live. Aisha wow what a great down to earth manager. She always goes over and beyond her job title. If you aren’t qualified for her community she always has suggestions of what may work for you. Now that’s over and beyond l. She’s so sweet. Thanks for all you and going out of your way to provide hosing for so many!
This community is awesome I'm glad to be apart of it. What I love about this community is that its quiet, you dont hear people kids, people mind their own business, if you have anything that need to be done in your apartment trust me they go to extreme measures. They also make sure your happy and satisfied with your repairs.The women in the office are nice and kind but my favorite is Aisha, she is amazing, professional, kind, and she make sure all issues are addressed that anyone could possibly have. Another thing you can live comfortably out here meaning the rent not super high, you dont have to rob Peter to pay paul. I highly recommend this place, trust me you will love it here.

When into this office to get information on their property seeing that i am new to Indiana. Heather was very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Aisha the Manager was polite, kind, and patient with me seeing that i didn't have all the info they needed off hand and allowed me search and find what it was i needed. Dave was the maintenance guy who showed me the apartment, he was able to answer all my questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend every to check this property out

I visited the complex to view I unit that I had seen available online. The property was quite and well maintained. The manager on duty was very polite and helpful. She showed me the unit that was available and answer all of my questions. I look forward to moving in.
Its and I'm place to live. They keep rising the rent and won't replace the carpet cleaning it does nothing. When I moved in here 5 years ago the carpet was not new and the office won't do anything about it. The office wants good reviews then they need to change. Just want everyone know if you move in here now you will have to pay the water it's $25 on top of your rent.
I would love to rent from this complex it's convenient but I'm sure I will find something more cheaper to move in it's really hard to get in this place its the holiday's and I'm in need of a place to move in asap I have income I guess that don't matter
