Inconsistent trash pick up causing our outdoor area to smell like a dump Outdated playground equipment Mandated fees on top of rent Including cable in which we do not entertain The gym equipment is also broken and not being repaired right away The gate is always broken providing a security breach to the guest The pool is not cleaned regularly Outdated household fixtures When we first moved in cabinets were never cleaned they were sticky The number on our door was never fixed Hallway bathroom venalation was very bad Multiple functional problems including : Refrigerator door not opening all the way to properly clean Bathroom door in master was a Hugh inconvenience to the vanity table The windows never closed causing our heat bill to rise in hot seasons and cold air to enter during cold seasons. Air unit went our for two summers consecutively. Rude employees Bad plumbing High crime area (theft) Kitchen cabinets were always dirty No carpet cleans after renewal Roaches in the kitchen, several calls to pest control Small Master closest space Small storage space Gym closes when the office does frivolous amenities hours that we have to pay for. The parcels as well by time I get off work I can't get my package bc you guys are closed! They changed staff and don't let the residents know Communication sucks!!!! They don't let you know about the changes and you find out when you need to use something

I really like Autumn Vista apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful, the work orders are pretty simple to put in and get fixed at pretty decent rate. The office collects the bigger packages that can't fit in the mail box and always have a smile when I go pick up my box. The pool is a little small for the amount of people that live here, but still kept up nice and the grill parties are nice (they even served for vegetarian!). The neighbors are not usually loud, but occasionally there is some loud music or kids playing. Can't say I've been able to meet many neighbors, but I'm a young woman with no children and work night shift, which makes it hard to connect or go to the random held get togethers. There have been times when the gate has broken or stopped working, but usually a maintenance person will quickly fix when called. Overall, a good place to live.
I've lived in a few apartments that I ultimately looked forward to moving out but I've truly enjoyed my stay at Autumn Vista Apartments. I enjoy the speedy response and resolution to maintenance, or noise issues. I rate Autumn Vista a 5
Now that it is under new management things seem to be going down hill. The office staff is little to no help and the apartment aren't maintained well. They need work. I hope things get better.
My wife, kids and I moved into Autumn Vista right after they did the change of management. The apartment was in complete disarray when it came time to move in. The rep I was dealing with marked down everything that was wrong in the apartment but didn't do anything to fix them. We had to got and talk to a manager several times for the matters to be addressed. I hope things get better with the new management company because right now I'm not pleased.
From the Manager to the other Employees, the staff at Autumn Vista are quick, fresh, and full of life. From the minute you walk in until the time you leave, you always feel as if they are doing everything possible to ensure that your time spent here will be happy, joyful, and steaming with a zest for life. From the pool to the mailbox to picking up packages, the core staff at Autumn Vista ensures that you do not just live here, you THRIVE HERE!!!!
This area is fast growing at the apartment it is walking distance to the Sugarloaf Mills mall. It's the only apartment on that street that has a controlled pool and a grill area( for tenants only). This area has many different cultural cuisine from all around the world in that neighborhood.
The staff here at Autumn Vista are very personable. Extremely polite and caring. Whenever there's a problem that needs attention they're always available. Emergency repairs, the maintenance staff are on call and returns call within a timely manner. I LOVE MY APARTMENT!!
I have lived at this property for six years. Last year the property was purchased by a new owner and the property management changed. With this change came the loss of many of the amenities that are listed incorrectly on this site. There are no longer laundry facilities on the property, the night drop slot for rent payments has been sealed closed, the electric "security" gate is not operational over 50% of the time (therefore allowing non-residents to enter), there is a fee if you chose to make your rent payments online, the pool is not secured to prevent non-residents to gain access and use the pool (the neighboring complex doesn't have a pool and those individuals use the facility constantly), and the mail center now has an electronic lock due to mail theft. This is not a safe place to live and the rent continues to climb at an unreasonable rate considering all the amenities that have been removed by the new property management. I would suggest that anyone considering moving here check the local police reports for criminal activity at this property first.
