The office and maintenance staff is courteous and helpful, and attend to requests in a timely manner. There are a variety of residents and this is a pleasant place and location to reside.

My experience thus far has been fantastic. I just moved in and Andre has been extremely helpful through the entire process. I’m excited to get all moved in and enjoy my new apartment!

Very nice apartment community. Apartments are big, well maintained and the pool area is awesome! Each apartment come with an individual garage that has its own garage opener. They are like mini townhouses.

Waterford court is a wonderful place to live. The apartment homes are spacious and the grounds are well kept. The staff is very helpful and respond quickly to requests. It’s a safe community and neighbors are friendly and respectful.

I recently placed a maintenance request in for service repair in my apt. The repairs were taken care of efficiently and well within 24 hours.

I moved here from my four bedroom home, and with the exception of my very noisy upstairs neighbors, every thing here is exceptional! I love my new home, have lots of space and of course one of the best parts is having my own garage, I have a beautiful view from my my home, over looking a outstanding court yard. Lovely community with more of a “homey” feel than your typical apartment complex. Kind management team that addresses concerns in a timely manner. It’s super peaceful here and the area is great for groceries and shopping!

Waterford Court is a wonderful community to live in. It is very close to every store and restaurant one would ever need. It is also only three blocks from the Addison Athletic Center, which is free to any resident of the town of Addison. The entire staff here are great, with rapid response times to your needs.

Community has gone downhill over the last year. Staff could care less about actually doing their job. Don’t bother trying to bring concerns to them because they won’t do anything about it.

Beautiful well maintained property. It can be difficult at times to communicate with management for other than maintenance requests, such as phone calls for general questions and even getting timely new lease documents to sign.

I enjoy living here at Waterford. A nice and quiet place with good neighbors. I will recommend this place to anyone who looks for an apartment in Addison!

The community swimming pool area furniture has a new look and a new color from beige to an attractive shade of green! Also, pretty flowers in containers adorn the area.

It has been an interesting ride. I'm happy report that the staff and repair crew are top notch! The location is amazing! I gained 20 lbs with all the restaurants located within walking distance. Rent and enjoy!

I’ve been here for fours years now and I love the community!! Surrounding neighborhood’s wonderful as well. My favorite part is the Athletic club is so close by.

Waterford Community promotes community relations by occasional invitations to residents for complimentary tacos, sandwiches, coffee cake, etc. This is a kind gesture to strengthen community caring and spirit!

Everyone works very hard to maintain this property. The office, Mari and Andrew, are always available, and understand that we are a special community.

DART bus transportation, and major freeways, such as LBJ and the Tollway, are within reasonable access of this apartment community, making it a fine location.

The new front office staff are trying extremely hard. If you walk into the office, your concerns are always taken very seriously and addressed immediately. However, a resident can no longer just pick up the phone and call to address any concerns. I still love this community and the location, however, it is extremely overpriced for the amenities and service that is now offered. Would I recommend it to a friend? Probably not. It’s very unfortunate because this is a great location. The apartments are nice, but definitely falling apart due to the new management company. The front office staff work very hard, but I believe their hands are tied with the extent of what they’re able to do.

I was disappointed to move in and have to find the inside of the cabinets very dirty and the garage extremely dirty with some nasty sticky stuff on the garage floor. still is. The general look of the unit was well cleaned and neat and therefore the surprised inside cabinet dirt was weird.

It is a beautiful community and the staff are always helpful and professional. Service requests are handled quickly.

The smoking is horrible. But the community is safe and the people are kind

Interiors are very nice, maintenance is outstanding. Landscaping has been very neglected for many years and is not attractive or maintained well. Fencing and railings are also in dire need of renovation.

Most importantly, the maintenance crew is outstanding. Very prompt response to requests and their work is timely and professional.

Clean, quiet, and well-maintained outer appearance, entire staff is friendly, timely and efficient maintenance.

It's a small apartment complex located within a residential neighborhood. The office and maintenance people are competent and kind.

In fact, I did recommend Waterford Court to a resident of the nearby UDR mid-rise development recently. He did not want to renew his current apartment lease and seemed interested in Waterford Court. I gave him my name in case there is an incentive program for us Waterford Court residents promoting Waterford Court to prospective residents.

My Rent increased 58% over the past 11 years. I feel that is excessive.

I would definitely refer Waterford Court to any of my friends and acquaintances.

The fact that I have a private, attached garage with power for my Tesla is awesome. I wish there was some kind of car wash area so I could use a pressure washer. Love it here
