Property Ratings at Avalon Apartment Homes
When I first moved in this apartment complex I was hopeful. I was new to the area and just glad to be on my own again. First moving in I had a roach problem. A bad one. And I’m a very clean and neat person. I hated this apartment since a few days of me really moving in. It took them over 3 months from my move in date to get an exterminator in. They switch office workers every 6 months. And the staff in the office now are very unfriendly. The water isn’t hot long enough for you to take a good bath or shower. And sometimes the property is sitting in the pitch dark. They have crack heads that live around here and they are more concerned about where you park and they want to prohibit you from repairing your vehicle or washing it on the property. Please do not rent here! Save yourself the added stress and hassle.
