Property Ratings at Avalon Apartments
I haven't lived here too long but I can say Eunice is VERY fair and professional! She does have standards that she lives by but that's for our little community! The homes are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You do not have space for guest parking THATS TRUE but there are other options ! Have your guests park by the park near by and bring them over and drop them off ! Have them park on browning and pick them Up! 2 guests per household at the pool . I'm sorry but if EVERYONE brings 2 guests even then it would be CROWDED !! it's a beautiful quiet are and I have 5 kids and NONE of them have ever been talked to because.. they are RESPECTFUL and know other people do NOT want to hear them on their time away from a busy day! We are always informed if someone is entering the building and WHY as well as between that times and we are ALWAYS asked at that time to enter! We did have an issue when we moved in that caused some chaos but ultimately it was handled asap and we were happy with the 2 options provided to fix said issue ! Just come home , be respectful and live .. not that hard .. the ONLY issue we have is no furry friends .. I sadly had to let go of my cat in order to move here while seeing old tenants be allowed to have what we can't.. other than that been perfect!
I've lived here for many years and enjoy the quiet, well kept, homey relaxed environment. If you are someone who has common sense, courteous, and respectful of your neighbors then you will love it here! However, if you are loud, noisy, obnoxious, rude and disrespectful to your neighbors then I hope you look elsewhere. Our property manager Eunice, is nice, professional and does a great job of having everyone follow the set guidelines that keep the complex peaceful and in order. Unfortunately, there is always some one who doesn't follow the rules and is simply problematic then post ridiculous untrue negative reviews. Chances are they are a problem no matter where they go. Thankfully, Eunice does her job and addresses the issue and if they don't comply then I hope they go bye bye. I appreciate that she does her job so that when I come home I am able to relax in peace and quiet and not hear loud, rude neighbors or screaming kids outside my door. If your like me and enjoy coming home to to a nice, friendly, calm peaceful environment and simply want neighbors who feel and act the same way then please come be my neighbor!!! :)
"Out door space" well that's a joke! I mean go a head if you don't mind management staring you down like a hawk! Thinking of having guest over?? FORGET about it!!!! Thinking of going and hanging out by the pool in the summer time with a few guest Forget about it!!!! These apartments are definitively not "Family Friendly" if you have children please believe me do your self a favor and look elsewhere! This is not a family place!!! I personably don't have pets but if you do well again not the place for you as they recently decided not to welcome pets! managenent is rude and condescending! I use to love this place once upon a time now they just make the residents here feel like we're an inconvenience! Bet management would act differently if they had a family of their own or maybe this is just the place to rent if you're a bachelor... if your a bachelor then maybe this is the place for you.
THE AVALON 2BED 2BATH APT WE LIVE IN IS VARY NICE AND VARY SPACIOUS,TWO LARGE FOUR DOOR SLIDE CLOSET IN THE MASTER BED ROOM AND LARGE BATHROOM WITH A TUB SHOWER. GAS FIRE PLACE, ALL ELECTRIC APPLIANCES,WITH CENTRAL AIR AND HEATING AND THE LANDSCAPING IS REALLY SOMETHING AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE MANAGER IS VARY FRIENDLY AND THERE IS AN ON SITE MAINTENANCE MAN THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS THERE IS TWO LAUNDRY ROOMS AND A VARY NICE FENCED POOL AREA WITH ALL NEW CHAIRS AND TABLES WITH A CENTER GRASS AREA FOR THE KIDS .PARKING IS CAR PORT AND A COVERED PARKING.WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 15 YEARS AND LOVE IT....LOTS OF STORES ARE VARY CLOSE AND THINGS TO DO
