I have been renting with South Bay Estates since many years. The manager Martha is very nice and professional. The building is quiet and peaceful and I enjoy my stay here.
A pet friendly apartment building with an accessible on-site manager. It has nearby public transportation and is walking distance various shops and restaurants. Amenities include paid water and trash, laundry rooms, parking. Units are extremely large.
I recently rented it here, the onsite manager is very professional and polite. The units are very large and the rent is reasonable for these size of units. It's closer to my work. The management pays water and trash. The manager keeps it clean.
It's closer to my work on Pch and I absolutely love it. Onsite manager is great. I pay my rent online it's so convenient
BEWARE****** I lived here for 1 year, apartments are old and need work and just increased rent by a couple hundred dollars. The new owner ( South bay Estates) are completely wrong. They will hold on to your deposit and try to charge you extra. Bad People own these apartments. They will also not reply to your emails when your contact them. I do not recommend this place.
I have been renting here sine many years and I am very happy. The management is wonderful.
