Upon moving they said the washing and dryer machine isn’t there yet. They did not tell me the washing and drying machine would not be in my unit on my move in date upon signing the lease. It wasn’t until I moved in that I was notified that it’s on back order for 1-2 weeks? They did not offer any compensation either. So, I’m paying full price for amenities that I don’t have in my apartment yet upon moving. I have to use the leasing office laundry room which is crazy. My laundromat days have been long gone. To add icing to the cake. They also CHARGE YOU to wash your clothes at the leasing office laundromat. They also don’t comp any off your rent for amenities that you don’t have in your unit. I called and asked for compensation. They never reached back out. Not to mention, all of the washers and dryers are being used.. These apartments are down bad and service is a joke. I don’t recommend anyone moving here. Luxury where?
Where to begin. I moved in these apt in march 2021. At first was great. If you have issues you’re on your own. My boyfriends car was towed & when we showed the towing company the visitor tag was in the dash they were like sorry you have to pay it because we couldn’t see it well. I call pine prairie because they have a contract with the towing company & they were like sorry we can’t do anything sorry we know was in the dash but it was hard to see. Im like but it was in the car in the dash what do you mean. No help they didn’t care we had to pay $300 for that Next comes the renewal they raised my rent by $270 per month , I’m like I’ve never paid late can you please work with me? No sorry , we are sorry you want to move. - I didn’t want to move I had to because my rent went up 18% but okay. Now to the good ole move out charges! I got in on a special they were running that gave us a $0 deposit . Well apparently when you move they require you to pay for a professional carpet cleaner to come in & clean your carpets. I have a carpet cleaner & have cleaned houses for a living. My carpets we’re spotless , but because I didn’t outsource the job I was required to pay for it. -I call corporate yeah sorry we can’t do anything it’s not personal. Well Terri it feels personal , when I didn’t want to move but was forced to , wasn’t worked with when we had towing issue and my spotless carpets I was charged & because no I didn’t hire a professional carpet cleaner do it. So yeah. Apt are nice but don’t expect any favors , I paid my rent every month never had any issues or complaints but they don’t care. It’s all about $. I’d 1000% look elsewhere.

This property is very well maintained, peaceful and clean.The Maintenance is amazing, Gabe is such a hard worker and very kind. I Highly recommend Pine Prairie Apartments
Run don't walk away. Paper thin walls, water is pink and leaves stains. Management is horrible and not helpful. Curtsey Patrol is offsite and takes up to 20 minutes or longer to arrive if you have a problem. Smells of smoke and pot in stairs. Updates are poorly done, cabinets and floors have paint on them. Charge for every little thing at move out, what happened to no charge for normal living?

The leasing agent had very poor customer service. I told her what I were looking for and her demeanor were like if she didn’t want to be disturbed. She were blabbing off sizes without amounts I had to ask her for a pen to write the amounts down. I had to ask her to show me the apartments on the tour her demeanor were still like she didn’t want to do it she also didn’t give product knowledge about the apartments I had to constantly ask her things. Where customer service. She tell me anything about the water billing trash she didn’t give me application information, depisit, administration Fees Nothing. Terrible do not go here the service would be worst if you lived here.

I have loved living at this apartment complex. I lived in downtown Dallas but moved here to be closer to work and it’s very quiet compared to my old apartment which is great. The community is always clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and follow up quickly. The community does lots of different things like have free breakfast in the lobby. Of course the actual apartment is great too. Nice and modern and a great value. Easily the best apartment I’ve had.

While living here, I had issues with maintenance coming in with no warning or notice. The hallways always smelled of weed, and when I informed management of this issue nothing happened. Residents constantly smoked cigarettes in stairwells and left nasty butts all over the place. They placed a cheap stovetop in my apt which melted when used. I told management of it in person, and they did nothing about it. They then tried to charge me for it when I moved out. Also when I moved out, they tried to charge me for carpet replacement due to pet stains. I had no pets. Ever. I left the place lookin nearly brand new after living in for two years.

Lived at Pine Prairie for 3 years. Initially liked the property and staff. Staffed changed, new ladies were rude. Property became noisy starting the 2nd year I lived there. Upon move out I was charged $500 for 1 stain on the carpet (they want to change all of the carpet in the apt. and charge me for it), 2 small nail holes on the wall (they are trying to charge me $100 for this) and other ridiculous misc. charges. Please know you will be charged for everythin once you move out. I DONT recommend this property! Read less

I have lived in these apartments for over a year now. The apartment has great finishes and floor plans. Since the property is under new management they have upgraded the gym which has been a major plus. My only complaint would be the traffic noise from Leora Ln. Our apartment faces the street and we consistantly hear cars driving by at all hours of the night and day. It really wasnt that bad when we first moved in but since then 2 more apartment complexes have been built around here and there is so much more traffic. I know this has nothing to do with the apartment but if you are looking to lease here, try to avoid the buildings facing Leora Ln. You'll hear motorcycles, cars, kids trying to catch the bus in the morning and construction from the housing development across the street.

Best apartment I've ever lived in! I blind leased the apartment so I was a little worried, however when I got my keys I was blown away! The staff was super courteous and professional and they even had (practical) welcome gifts throughout the apartment for me AND treats for my dog! I've lived in a few complexes throughout the years and this is definitely the best. I wanted to wait 3 months before posting a review and I can say confidently that management is great, they always respond to my emails or calls. Parking is awesome in my complex, always has open spots. Only had to call maintenance once and they fixed my problem the same day AND fixed an issue I had but didn't think it was a big enough deal to call in a work order for. Neighbors are very respectful and I always feel safe. If you have dogs it's pretty pet friendly, lots of grassy areas with plenty of potty stations so for the most part the property is clean (there will always be those few lazy owners who don't pick up). I definitely plan on staying here for a while!

We moved in a little over a month ago, Carrie & Danielle were awesome in helping me with my gazillion questions. The place is pretty quiet, i can't hear any of the other tenants. The occasional child in the hallway sometimes then of course the dogs who bark in the hallway! I will say I was told there was a 20 pound weight restriction but there is a lot of big dogs here! The apartments are nice but you will want to install a ceiling fan in living room because the big windows bring in a lot of heat. We installed a ceiling fan an no more issues with living room being too hot! The grounds are always well taken care of, if there is any trash anywhere it's from tenants not picking up after their selves. The maintenance staff is very quick about fixing things. We did have an issue where the maintenance man came to fix the kitchen faucet got called away an left his keys in my door over night an I never knew till morning! Luckily I keep the second lock locked! Took keys to leasing office an they took care of the situation an has never happened again! It's pretty laid back here, everyone is quiet an friendly! Beautiful place, the pool is well maintained! Cons: We are in building 4 an our covered parking place is all the way over by building 1. Annual fire drill days make sure your gone when you get email they are doing your building! Other then that great place to live!

Lived there about two weeks so far, the exaxt apartment i wanted. The staff was very helpful and quick with getting me approved and handling the application prices. Brand new apartments. Love the huge kitchen and dark cabinets. Also very quiet community. Great location. Lots of features. Definitely happy to live her.
just like all the other apartments in this area, the rent is getting increased as more establishments are being built. When we first moved in it was well worth the price. Now, however, rent has gone up and it is definitely not what it was when we first moved in. It was a brand new complex and everything was spotless. Now, there's trash on the grounds and in the hallways. Something is always broken in our apartment and though maintenance is good about fixing it, it just becomes annoying having to deal with always calling them up. We've had to call them up at least 3 times for our ice maker and about 5 times for our A/C. Like I said, it's definitely not a terrible apartment and for the price we were paying at first it was great. But now that rent has gone up it is definitely not worth the new price. If you have to live in this area, there are several apartments that are cheaper and just as nice.
Pros - Pine Prairie are really nice apartments They have a nice updated finish and accent walls. The Pool area is also really nice. Spacious bedroom and cute floor plan. Large closet Big tub Faux wood floors Also has computer nook that I found very useful. My experience with management has been great. Pay online Cons - I live in A2.2 and there is not a lot of storage. Noise once inside the apartment is fine, but in the hallway can be very loud. Every bug known to man including scorpions have been seen around the property. Hallways on the first floor are not very clean from the bugs and constant debris that blows in the hallways. Dining area is not big enough for a full normal size dining table - best option is counter height stools but not enough room to place your feet under it.
I have been truly blessed to find an amazing leasing team that helped me to transition from a 4 bedroom house into a 2 bedroom apartment with ease. I had a million and one questions and the staff answerd each one as if it was the first. The apartment interior is phenominal, exterior nice and clean. Whoever designed this complex did an amazing job. The flexible lease term and the affordable monthly rent sealed the deal for me. I would highly recommend Pine Prairie to anyone looking for a new apartment home.
