Property Ratings at Avalon Camarillo
The complex is very new, and the few times that there have needed to be any repairs they were done within hours of my putting the service requests in. The staff is courteous and friendly and the pool/jacuzzi/BBQ area is comfortable. They're pet friendly and have great areas set up for dogs. I really love living here.
I have lived in the Avalon apartments for a little over a year now and I love it. We have a washer and dryer in our apartment which is super convenient. The apartments are dog friendly and have baggy stands everywhere. When I first moved in I was worried about my daughters window being in the hallway (were on the 2nd floor) but hardly ever does anyone walk by it. The pool area and gym are always well maintained... nothing to complain about there. I also really like the fact that the community is gated. It makes me feel safer whenever we are home alone at night. The cabinet space in by 2Br/2Bath is scarce in the kitchen so i have to get creative as far as storage goes. I use my laundry room that is connected to the kitchen to store portable small appliances and tupperware. The maintenance staff is always quick and very reliable to take care of any issues we have. Overall I love Avalon and plan on staying here for a whileA!
Avalon Apartments is our new home and we can't believe how fortunate we are to live here. Our apartment's floor plan is so spacious and the interior is so beautiful. We also love having a direct-access garage. Our apartment is close to both the state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center and the gorgeous pool. The pool area has several BBQs and many, many covered cabanas. Our two little dogs are in heaven when we take them out to the dog park, which is also very close to our apartment. After a long day or week, we love coming home to what feels like our own 4-Star resort. We also love to entertain friends who love to visit us. We can't believe our good fortune to be able to live in such a beautiful place and we love calling it "home" !
