The apartments are not only clean but also exude a modern, stylish charm that makes coming home a delight. The standout feature of Avalon Chino Hills is undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Veronica and Ariana are truly the heart and soul of this place. Their professionalism and friendliness make a significant difference. They are always on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that residents have everything they need for a peaceful and comfortable living experience. Their commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment is palpable and greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a modern, well-maintained community with top-notch management, Avalon Chino Hills is an excellent choice. The combination of a pristine environment and outstanding staff makes it a fantastic place to call home.
This place is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The leasing office team is super accommodating and helpful. Shoutout to Jacob for dealing with our urgent moving situation when we first moved in. He was extremely helpful and attentive to us. The maintenance staff is also extremely helpful and efficient. They respond super quickly to requests and even help explain things over the phone when applicable. Our garbage disposal broke and they didn’t hesitate to put in a new one immediately. Overall, this place is beautiful and clean. The area is also really nice and near most desired locations. I’m going to miss living here. Inflation is not kind.
