Yes, there is currently a waiting list. Being that we are month-to-month, we constantly have vacancies coming up every month. We should have more units coming available for the 1st of September, if not sooner.

do not rent here
its a very small and non updated apartment complex. A lot of sketchy people in the complex and problems with pests . Don't even have working deadlocks on most of the doors and the windows are easy to manuoilate and break into the unit
