Reasonable for the price. Apartment had a broken door and fridge when I moved in. Maintenance was quick to fix it but I don't know how anyone missed it. The apartment is decently sized for a studio, the location is next to a mall. I'm hopeful the place will keep improving, they're building a fence around the property and switched to Vallet garbage collection.

there are fetty/ blue users everywhere if it’s not that it’s the homeless. They all seem to congregate to the breezeways that are around the front door of your apartment. They make you pay for a valet service that hardly shows up and when they do they collect the garbage and leave it out near the parking lot. the trash receptacle they provide anyone can use cause it sits outside your door, the addicts will discard their needles in your trash. The office can’t do math and so when you pay make sure you get a receipt if you don’t they either put your payment on someone else’s account or your payment just disappears. The pipes break there’s BLACK MOLD It’s ridiculous. The washer and dryer is like 2.75 a load when I moved in I was told it would be free. It was 2.00 and the raised the price. oh and you pay for bbqs that they keep locked up and tell you your personal bbq is against your lease. Don’t put anything on your porch cause things just grow legs and walk away. Do not recommend

Please do not move to this apartment complex. The photos online look nothing like the apartment you'll receive. Also, if you have a loud neighbor who likes to play their music at all hours of the night, management will do nothing about it. Stay away.

There’s definitely room for improvement but it’s not terrible. Biggest problem is the homeless foot traffic and trash everywhere. I also do like the guy who smokes weed right next to my car(they park next to me), but they are doing so in their car so I guess technically not much can be done there

Gotten better over time. It’s nice and quiet here and the property is pretty clean and the homeless people seem to have disappeared. I was not going to renew my lease but I’m reconsidering due to positive changes.

I would say this apartment complex is a good overall place to live It provides decent amenities that most people are looking for the maintenance department stays on top of any and all issues The management team will show a willingness to resolve issues as best as they can and I believe it's a good value for the money you invest in here to live.

The management and maintenance team are very friendly and efficient, the location is decent if you like the city - right by the mall and many job opportunities however there are not many parks in the area. If you bike or walk it’s a good spot to be , right by the multi use path by the freeway and multiple public transportation spots around as well. River parks are a short drive if you have dogs. There are issues with being in the city such as the transient people wandering around the buildings and going through garbage and packages getting stolen

The place is very lovely, clean, and cute. I love my studio and my dogs love the park. Some of the parking spaces are tight to get into and some communication was lost (mainly because I was asking a lot). But overall everyone was very nice and tried to help out with as much as they could.

Under construction most of my time here. Many disruptions/noise.My unit is old and was poorly prepared before I rented sight unseen during COVID. It was under different ownership then.

Save yourself the time and money. This is the worst apartments I've ever seen. Tweakers all over the place. It is not a safe place to be, especially if you have a wife and kids. I just moved in a week ago and already planning my move out. The apartment I was moved into was completely filthy. Burn marks on rug and smelled like pee. Cigarette butts on the ground and mold growing all over the place.

The apartment has not been the best there were 2 fires near my apartment and there are homeless people in that area and there were 2 people who were killed in that apartment complex, I have had a bad experience in that apartment, the office don't do their job well, and maintenance.

Cars are constantly broken into or in some cases stolen. When someone moves out homeless people stay in the apartments. People are told they owe money they don’t owe and when asked why we’re told they’ll check into it. They don’t check into it and they don’t get back to us about it and after several inquiries about it we have now acquired a late fee for an unjustified fee. I have an elderly neighbor experiencing the same thing with being told she owes money she doesn’t owe. Her daughter has tried to get to the bottom of the matter but cannot get a response either.

My concerns are for the general safety issues here, I have had my truck broken into, seen police chases through our parking lot. witnessed tenants dealing drugs and had many packages stolen from my door. I have a ring device and this doesn't slow this down. My neighbors are fine but it seems as though that not many respect the property as much as I do. I'm very concerned.

So far living here had been awesome! Management and maintenance have been really friendly and get the job d done quickly. Good location for walking to the stores. Clackamas town center on one side and WinCo on the other.

Management replaced the mailboxes and they lost my key. Now I don't have any mail, and it's been 3 months. I need my documents and access to mail is very important to paying bills, corresponding with loved ones etc. I have complained repeatedly, visited and asked for any access to the box. They have never responded or taken any action and I have no prospect of getting my mail. Beware, they are neglilgent.

This apartment complex provides a decent environment to live in there are on site 24 hours 7 laundry facilities there is a pool maintenance does respond quickly to requests and pets are accepted and respected here.

Very bad management cannot get ahold of them sometimes they answer email trash pickup sucks cleanliness not good at all find vagrants on your steps packages stolen
