Avana Bayview is a great community with wonderful amenities. But, no place is perfect. There are a few minor things like landscaping in certain areas, guest parking, and maintenance that are not the best, but improvements are being made.

Overall a great place and great location to live. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as grocery, pharmacy, medical facilities, shopping and of course the beaches. Also close to work and easy access to highways if need be.

I believe that Avana Bayview is a very nice place to live. The lady in the leasing office, Stephanie, is extremely nice and approachable. She has been very helpful when issues have arisen and was more than willing to help us out. The amenities at Avana Bayview have to be one of my favorite things. The resort-style pool, hot tub, doggy park, sauna, and Cove have been amenities that I have utilized since I moved into Avana Bayview. I also really like the package system that Avana Bayview has. They have lockers in which they put your packages and you receive a notification from the Luxer Package app to let you know that you have a package. In addition, you are sent a passcode to unlock your specific locker for package pickup. The only thing I think could be improved is the guest parking. At Avana Bayview, the fifth floor of the parking garage is reserved for guests. However, each apartment is limited to only 48 hours of guest parking a week. As someone who enjoys having friends and family over, it is difficult for them to spend time with me without receiving a parking ticket.

I found the property and staff at Avana Bayview to be wonderful. A slightly older property that was renovated the right way. Clean, modern and amenities work great. Avana Bayview is in a very desirable location - only 10 minutes from the beach and about 15-20 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Overall, Avana Bayview is a lovely place to live. You feel like you live in the city and also at the beach. The pool area is beautiful with a relaxing hot tub and 2 grills for some fun get togethers. The gym has a great variety of machines, ropes, balls, weights and mats for all your workout needs. They also have fun community events like food trucks, yoga by the pool and holiday celebrations. We really do enjoy living at Avana Bayview.

I have been a resident for 18 years.The development has giving me the opportunity to make many friends.Most of all the Management teams have consistently provided improvements over the years.The maintenance and office staff has been so helpful in providing knowledge and reliability to all of the tenants over the years.The current Management has been so helpful in updating every areas of the development such as our first class gym club area pool most important individual apts.I have been living working in Florida for many decades this is the finest development that I can really call my home.??

Ana Bayview is a great place to live, the cleanliness is great and the staff is wonderful. They have multiple resident gatherings as well to meet other residents. Its a positive and dog friendly home.

Many things that are on my lease agreement are not fulfilled by Avana Bayview. The cleanliness of the property has gone from ok to disgusting, many new tenants don't believe in cleaning up after their dogs, the dog park is a cesspool and my lease says that Avana is a smoke free community. Outside my apt. is an ashtray. I literally watch the tenants throw their lit cigarettes off their balcony. Also, you can't walk anywhere that doesn't stink of pot. I'm tired of having asthma attacks. So if anyone is not in compliance with the leases, it's Avana Bayview. I hope that I don't have a severe asthma attack where I will have to do something about it. The worst part is that so many people have complained and no one cares or will do anything about it.
Overall my experience at Avana Bayview is good and pleasant. However, the security issue with unlocked doors is very concerning.
