The management team doesn’t do a good job of monitoring parties or following up on the rules they enforce. There also is no courtesy officer on the property and I think that is absurd. The gate is always broken, you have to pay for a remote for the gate, and when the leasing office isn’t open, it’s impossible to get help from anyone associated with the property. I cannot wait to move.

We take parking in a designated handicapped space without displaying the required placard or license plate very seriously. As you may know, these parking spots are reserved for individuals with disabilities, and it is essential to keep them available for those who truly need them. Parking in those spots without the appropriate authorization is a violation of both community rules and local laws. We understand that this may be an inconvenience to you, but also realize it is an inconvenience when that spot isn’t available to someone who needs it because someone has illegally parked. Additionally, we have noted your threats to continue writing negative reviews. While we value feedback from all residents and aim to address concerns fairly, we must also uphold community standards and legal obligations. It is important to understand that compliance with parking regulations is non-negotiable, as these rules are in place to maintain an accessible and fair environment for everyone.

My overall experience has been disappointing. We moved into a “renovated” apartment with rundown issues. Although I have been told things would be addressed and my beginning issues were, we are now going on three months of living here and the issues feel never ending. If this apartment was adequately turned and renovated the first time, I wouldn’t have to suffer through constant requests. As a mom, it’s exhausting. I believe your place of living should be one of the most peaceful things in your life. I am disappointed, but it is definitely your typical Greystar experience.

The leasing staff is sometimey with their responses and you may wait weeks for a work order to be filled. At least the maintenance staff is really nice once they finally get to you. I stayed because it was easier than moving somewhere else with everything else I had going on. Do the research on your building and ask if there were any flooding issues with your unit before signing.

In multifamily living there are residents who may experience a water backup or flood due to a variety of reasons but the issue you experienced does not indicate an issue with the community or building. We would strongly encourage all prospective and current residents to do their research and ask our team questions in regard to upkeep of their sinks, tubs, and plumbing.

The community has been fair so far. The location is fair and the people seem very friendly. The complex has a great nature trail good for walking and although the community is not very large, there still seems to be a great flow of traffic and no jams when coming and going. Maybe just keeping up on entering the property for appeal and amenity upkeep would make this property above average.

Overall Avana Cheshire Bridge, could be a top tier community. The units are very spacious (at-least the one I reside in.) The community is quiet for the most part and its located in a great area, very close to main shopping areas. However, there are several issues preventing this community from reaching its prime potential including management. The corporation prioritize fees and charges over the best interest of their residents. The living experience here is very average for all that we have to pay for, including the amenities. I hope they can improve their system to make things better.

Management company at Avana does not address community issues in a timely or effective way. Safety and security was an issue in and around the property. The front gate was consistently not working, mail room was broken into several times and pool access was not monitored or cleaned. Majority of the community consisted of inconsiderate neighbors with little support from management to address problems. Every week we would receive emails about something broken or an issue happening on the property with no solution. Constant noise complaints and lack of respect for shared spaces. Several units were running Airbnbs every weekend and violating policies of the lease. Smoking policies consistently were violated. The cost does not match location or amenities. The units are outdated. For what you’re paying at Avana, you can easily find a better apartment complex with better amenities in a nicer part of town without the headache of poor management. The Management at Avana was the worst I’ve experienced in my 5 years of living in Atlanta. Disappointed with my experience at Avana and hope Greystar takes a serious look at this property. Would NOT recommend anyone living here.

The property is completely filthy. The buildings and breezeway haven't been pressure washed all year, the valet trash never gets picked up on time, and the gate/call box is always broken!

The manager Mallory, is nothing less than exceptional! She made the move in process a lot less stressful. She made sure that everything was taken care of and that I was able to move into my new place! The maintenance manager Reggie, is absolutely amazing. When I told him and Mallory (a dream team duo) about any problem I had with my apartment, they took care of it in a timely manner. They are definitely a good team and hopefully they continue to work here while I live here!
Our property sat vacant for 2 months prior to our move in. We chose an upgraded model but have been highly disappointed. Cracks and paint issues, ceiling leaks from plumbing issues above, light replacements needed (kitchen, oven, dining and bath), upgraded features were removed/replaced with downgraded features (ceiling fan), washer and dryer not properly working, caulking needed in baths, tubs in need or painting, light switches cracked and dingy, doors scuffed and springs sticking out of top, many roaches and water bugs found. Our move in was done by a leasing agent from another property, she was not properly informed. Our property sat for months and nothing was done to ensure a proper move in. She stated our property wasnt marked as ready upon our arrival. No one walked the property with us, nor did we have access to the check in list (which was made available at a later date and did not work), because we moved in on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend no one would be available to help us for days, Thursday. Management has tried to fix maintenance issues while we have been living here which has been a major inconvenience and the worst part is the pest which continue to be a major issue even after a quick spraying by pest control. It has been highly uncomfortable and simply disgusting not knowing if youll open a door to roaches and water bugs. This, to say the least, has been a horrible experience.

I have enjoyed every minute of the decision to move to Avana. I have tons of space in my one bedroom. Great location of the apartment too. Tucked away with tons of privacy and quietness. Property is located perfect for my commute too!

I have rented apartment with laundry washer dryer in unit but after 7 months still I don't have a working washer, I am paying monthly for them. Their last action was replacing my dryer instead which I never asked for! They have no clue what they are doing. Whenever you call the only person who is responding is the frontdesk person and the managers are unavailable. BTW, they won't tell you when you rent the apartment that you have to pay for water and sewer, they would just mention you will pay the electric. But after you rented wait for couple of hundred dollor bills.

I moved from Philly a month ago and over the past year I had visited the Radius 3 times. Out of all the places I saw each time, it was consistently my favorite. Chris showed us around a few times and kept in contact! He worked with me to make sure my application was filled out right. It was at the top of the budget, but I loved the renovations and the pool is #1! That was a big one for me and no other pool measures up. There's no parking issues, like my last place. Neighbors are mostly friendly. 20s-30s crowd, some small children, melting pot. The grounds look nice, the lobby is always clean. Package concierge is cool! I live on the terrace level which is ideal for me with the creek and trees in the back; I love the nature in the middle of the city. I can hear music from the clubs on the weekends but it doesn't bother me inside the apartment. I like that there is a strip of bars and restaurants right near us, and a Publix right in the other direction. Moving in was great.. I got my Uboxes delivered and was able to get them parked pretty close and I had them picked up the next day. Setting up the cable was a nightmare but that's on At&t. I had maintenance out for the washer and dryer and to spray for the spiders and centipedes we were seeing. Bugs are gone and laundry is done and they were quick about it. I scoured the internet before I moved to Atlanta and I will say that any bad review you see, is repeated 10 times on the next 10 places you will check out. The problems here are the same problems you'll see anywhere. It's a great place and I really like it here!

So far it's been such a terrible experience. First, the process was so difficult to even be considered or get in. Then finally when we were approved they said the apartment will be ready in a couple of days. When we went for the initial move in ready look through it looked exactly the same as when we did an initial tour of the apartment. Nothing was cleaned, sweeped, or done to have it look move in ready. A bug that i saw before was still in the same place when I first saw it. Once we got our POD to move in you do realize that everything is just stairs. I'm not asking for an elevator, but but at least a slope to walk down rather than a whole bunch of stairs. I've always wondered if people need wheel chair access or if they wanted to use the dog park for their dog, how does that happen? We ended up cleaning the apartment ourselves because we are going to move all of our things into a dirty apartment. Finally after trying to get a hold of someone to fix the issues & get it cleaned they finally started to hire a cleaning person to clean the apartment. The issue was there we so many issues that were already starting to show up. We saw lots of cockroaches, still happening today, light bulbs that needed replacement, pain jobs that weren't done in a professional manor, flooring that wasn't finished. Oh here is another kicker, we used the bathtub & the drain wasn't even put in correctly. So I notified the apartment complex & when they went in to fix it they said the tub was leaking on the inside & need to be replaced. So we were out of a shower for 4 days while they had to repair it. Which created even more of a mess when you have maintenance going in & out. We also have holes that needed to be patched, the patio wasn't cleaned until 5 days later. I kept mentioning the spiders on the outside, but never was address until 5 days later as well.To this day we still have bug issues. Cockroaches & drain flies coming out of everywhere. I swear every other week, if not every where we have the pest control guy come in to spray & yet it still does nothing. The pain is cheap & the flooring is even cheaper. I spilled water on the floor & immediately wiped it up. When I looked the floor was already bubbling up as if there was water damage. I didn't even let it soak in there for a full minute. Also, the couch we have is tearing up the flooring & ripping it up. It's so cheap, we mentioned it to the maintenance guys & still nothing has happened.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years, both in a 1br and 2br. Maintenance is slow, unresponsive, and usually doesn't fix the problem the first time. Staff is a revolving door, no one answers the phone, no one can answer your questions in person. Parking is hard to find most of the time. Yes they make everything look nice on the outside, but you will quickly discover just like everyone else that they will charge you extra for every possible excuse and drive you out as quickly as possible so they can scam the next unknowing resident. Stay clear of this place.

WORST PLACE EVER! Calls are never returned. Associates give the wrong information just to be able to over charge you. The gate is broken 8/10 times. On top of all that they mis represent their apartments. When given to me I had to hire a maid to re-clean everything. I've rented over 6 apartments over the last couple of years and this is the worst one by far. ALSO STRIP CLUBS ARE ALL DOWN THE ROAD! You are in the worst location in Atlanta and they are asking you to pay MIDTWON Prices. DO NOT DO IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO WATCH YOUR MONEY GO DOWN THE DRAIN. Everyone in the office is rude and only pushes your phone call to the next person so that they do not have to deal with it. I have called 20 times over a week and received one call in return and then no follow up at all. Over the next couple of years as i have colleagues, employees, and friends come through Atlanta in no way would I put them in this location. For example I called the Associate on a Sunday and he told me he would call me back immediately after he talks to his boss. I made sure to tell him to call me back regardless of speaking to his boss or not because I was standing outside of my temple waiting to go to service. He confirmed he would call me back in a couple of minutes regardless of receiving an answer. I waited outside for 2 hours in July heat missed service. Upon hearing this he stated he FORGOT and I should not have waited for him. Now if that does not show indecency I do not know what is. Will update with more stores. Also have friends who had horrible experiences there too which will be posting more.

Upon my apartment search, I encountered many glamorous and not so glamorous apartments. They all had one thing in common, they were severely over priced. Location being everything in a city, people are willing to pay an arm and a leg for 500 square feet. HOWEVER, Bell Cheshire was a great size, nicely kept up, clean and organized and fairly priced! Everyone was friendly. Most importantly it was SAFE! Contrary to reviews I read when researching, I never once encountered uneasy situations in the gated community. Located between Midtown and Buckhead, Bell Cheshire is definitely a hidden gem!

Overall, I like my apartment but there are some damages I'm starting to notice in my unit. Cracks in the walls, ceilings, rusting sink, water damage in the ceiling. I have only been here for 4 months so I couldn't have done this damage. The complex is safe overall, except when I first moved in there were 2 reported breakins and someone's tires and rims were stolen off their car. I feel safe because I have a roommate, otherwise I probably wouldn't sleep easy.

I love living in Bell Cheshire Bridge apartment. The front office staff are so friendly have been more than helpful with our deliveries and needs. We had some bugs our first week, but they came and sprayed 2 weeks in a row and we haven't seen one since. The foundation is sturdy, and small touches like crown molding and a built-in bookshelf make an apartment feel more homey than any other apartment I've ever rented. The apartments have a ton of storage, the pool and fitness center are nice and the location is amazing. Uber can get you almost anywhere for less than 10 dollars from here. Moving here was a great choice and we have no desire to leave any time soon.

If you like apartment complex living, this one is pretty affordable and in a great area as far as access to all things Atl goes. As far as the actual street Cheshire Bridge road can be a little sketch as far as the shear number of gentlemen's clubs go, but the area some amazing places to eat as well. You are about 10 min from Buckhead, Midtown, and Piedmont Park. The apartments themselves are quality, clean, and feel safe. They appear relatively new as well. Above average staff and facilities overall. You can hear a train at night, but it's not disruptive. It's just far enough away to hear, but not close enough to actually bother you or wake you up unless you are a super light sleeper. I think it is actually kind of pleasant, and it doesn't happen often at all. I am moving after one year, but that's just because I want to live in Midtown, not because of a negative experience. I would say it exceeded my expectations.
