Overall I would say its a nice complex, its good if youre looking for something simple but dont want to pay for luxary, they have all the amenities you need and management/maintenance is responsive and polite. Buildings are a little worn down but they keep up with interior renovations well, my only complaint is the occasional cockroaches that pop up every few months but besides that overall its pretty good, neighbors are nice too

Stay away from AVANA COACHMAN While the location may seem attractive, it’s not worth the high price you pay for the poor quality and service you receive. The gates are left open 24/7, creating major security issues. The units themselves are poorly maintained. There’s a persistent mold problem that management has failed to address, and the cabinets and appliances are of shockingly low quality. Cabinets are flimsy and prone to breaking, while appliances are outdated and unreliable, requiring constant repairs. Also the office staff is unhelpful and incredibly rude when approached with concerns about anything. The lack of professionalism, safety, and respect for residents is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s simply not worth the hassle or the money.

Clean environment, staff is friendly and available. Maintenence always came when requested and majority of times completely fixed issue. Always somewhere to park.

The move-in process has been so smooth and everyone is very communicative! This is my first time moving into an apartment so I was already nervous as can be but it has everything I needed all in 1 place.

Nice and quiet and very peaceful for an apartment complex. I have never had any major issues just the regular maintenance which is always done quickly.

There is a comfort that I have experienced, living here at Avana Coachman, that I would hope others [looking for such a place to sojourn for this portion of their life], to simply meet with the office staff of this community. My first memory, was of a woman who gently leaned back in her chair, and spoke these words to me, "you are going to love it here".

This is a great community. Our maintenance guys are the best. They are efficient, friendly and engaging. I will be grateful when all of the gates are fixed. My rent reflects a gated community

One of the cheapest and best communities in the area. Also has the largest pool in the county. Valet trash 5 days a week. The staff here are great and are always responsive. Very quiet community.

Peaceful place, wonderful for family, gods for living, love the trees around de property, a lot of parking place, good take care at the office leasing

Such a great place to live. I moved here from Toronto Canada about 2 years ago now and this was the 3rd place I looked at and the minute I got out my car I knew this was home. I just felt so safe and secure, the grounds are met so beautiful, I love the pool area. My apartment is super cozy and the huge walk in closet is the best feature. I love living here

It's a wonderful location in clearwater. Maintenance team is great. The office team can be better. There is always an issue with either amenities and/or apartment units, though they do seem to be pretty on top of getting things fixed for the most part.

I lived here over 10 years ago and I moved back because I know this place is very nice .! It’s not cheap, but it is very nice.

Location is ideal and close to a lot of stores and the beach, traffic isn’t too bad, and the maintenance crew and office staff seem professional and friendly

I have lived here at Avana Coachman for a couple of years now, and it has been one of the most enjoyable places to call home. Excellent staff and management.

Now that the pool is finished, the summer will be cool and calming. The property has made a lot of changes. Can’t wait to see what the next year brings our way… the office staff are always able to help out with any questions we may have. And the maintenance team is amazing.

Absolutely love it here! So peaceful and very close to everything I need! I have been here almost 2 years and have never had any major issues and any maintenance issue is resolved super fast!

I love living in this community. The area is beautiful and well maintained. The communications with the office has been great. The staff is super diligent, they are attentive and ready to your requests. I have been living there for almost 3 years and I love it, I haven't had any issue to regret. Your neighbors are wonderful people and when you enter to your house you feel at heaven, everything is so well put together that is a place to call home.

I really love the complex. It's very convenient time-wise to where I work, as well as to the store (walmart) and other go-to places. The complex itself is beautiful, I love the pool the most! Everyone I've come in contact with is super friendly, and the maintenance people are very polite.

This county has enough people to fill a whole state, yet when I enter the majestic gates at Avana Coachman and saunder down the winding round one thing is missing, hustle and bustle, when you are in our beautiful little neighborhood the quietness is only broken by the sweet sound of birds chirping claiming there nesting area and once in a great while the call of a peacock, the peacefulness here at Avana Coachman surrounds you and settles your spirit, The area woodlands may seem small, but here it is just right, creating a peacefulness that softly vibrates throughout, the attentiveness of the maintenance staff gives me confidence, They Always fix what needs to be done and will explain to me how to keep things going smoothly , Its reassuring to know these maintenance professionals are a phone call away 24 hours a day and be at my door to turn an emergency back into smooth sailing, these are some very important things to me nowadays in our uncertain world, peacefulness and protection.

The hard-wired scent dispenser is so overpowering in the small fitness room, that it is an extremely unhealthy environment for exercising. Very disappointing after paying $25 for a key to stay fit.

With rentals going up in price everywhere some of the aspects of renting an apartment become much more important. The maintenance here at Avana Coachman is excellent, They make sure the job is done right and that you are happy with It, I had some major AC problems and they did not give up on the job until it was done I ended up getting a whole new system and everything doubke checked they made sure it was correctly done which reassured me that everything would be OK, You can feel safe that your apartment is going to run smoothly because if it isn't they will be there for you any time of day or night they do have someone on call who is willing and happy to show up at your door when he is needed to make sure your life runs smoothly this is a huge reason why I like this place amongst others it's very beautiful And I love my back porch. I've been a resident of Avana Coachman over 10 years. This is the first property management company that has made this community a priority. We have, by far, t ggv e best on-site management team in my time living at this property.

A quiet complex that allows all size dogs. They are continually updating the complex with painting, relining the parking lot, and resurfacing the street.

I had already put a deposit down on another place I was not too happy with when I came across avana Coachman. Maria Angel helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so efficient and kept in contact with me all day. The entire process was so easy and the apartment homes are amazing so far. I am very happy with my decision.

This is a great property to live in with a great management team. Maintenance is done promptly and professionally backed by a top notch on-site management team!

DON'T move here. Ownership/Management is inept and treats tenants as commodities. Do you like rats; well then come on and move in then because there are plenty that run across your balcony. The use of the Association fallacy is somehow seen as justification for allowing vermin to access to residences....what a joke.

Avana Coachman is a wonderful community that offers a relaxing space away from the bustle of the city. There’s easy access to parks and entertainment and the residents are very friendly.

Avana Coachman is a family friendly community. i have lived here 3 weeks now and love the amenities. the pool is always clean for my kids to swim. and the gym is very well maintained. i also love that valet trash is offered at my new community. and the upgrades that are going on look amazing. i cant wait to see what it looks like when it is completed.

I moved to the Avana Coachman in Clearwater at the end of April and have met wonderful friends. It truly is a community, with the pool and jacuzzi being the hub of where to meet everyone to either enjoy the pool on a hot day, or watch a beautiful FL sunset. Its super pet friendly and conscious. I enjoy watching all the dogs and getting to pet a few. The location is great and close to everything from parks to shopping, beaches, and beautiful Dunedin. Im quite happy to call it home.
