Some things need improvement but overall it's okay. It's a nice place, staff is good. However the fitness center needs improvement. The maintenance team some of them do their jobs, others donnot.

Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I still haven’t gotten a screen door replacement. Besides that I enjoy where I live. My children go outside and play at the playground on site with the neighbor children. I’ve been here for about 3 months and no complaints. ??

Looks great on paper, the real thing is horrible. Worst place I’ve ever lived. Moved in to a dirty apartment, broken dryer that took 4 months and tons of effort on my part to get fixed. Charged late for rent because their portal crashed.

I have had a poor all around experience since I have moved into these apartments. From not being formal placed on a physical to tour of the apartment in advance of moving in, I was moved into to a filthy roach infested apartment, some appliance weren't working, entrance door didn't have proper lock handle had to unlock with a key from inside and outside which was odd to me. Washer and dryer were filthy. Express these things to lease manager and property management and I didn't get any compensation or speedy resolution to remedy to tenant satisfaction. I am making the best of it but disappointed.

We have had a lot of problems upon our move in. I am giving 3 stars because they are doing their best to help us get things situated but our apartment was not move in ready so they should have moved us into a different apartment or had us move in later. It’s been a nightmare honestly.

I love the community especially the fitness center on sight, however I do believe the yard, dog park and pool can be better maintained. Although I recently moved in I do feel like the community is safe.

Love it here. Sometimes I have bugs, i personally bomb my place to make sure there’s nothing. I know it may come from other apartments/sewers. Im big on it but it’s only a once in a blue moon thing which makes it ok in my book. I love having the pools but I feel like other people ruin the experience by not following rules. Last year was amazing time with all of the pools , this year not so much.

It's okay could be better. Could have extra parts needed in regards to a maintenance issue rather than waiting to receive them through ordering and delaying maintenance repairs for attendance.

The only disagreements I’ve ever heard of from this front office come from individuals who can’t prioritize their responsibilities as a renter. If you plan on renting from a complex that does the absolute maximum for your comfort and care, I strongly suggest going to Ryan, Teshawna and Carrie in the front office. The most well rounded front office I’ve experienced in my years of living alone. If you want transparency, they won’t sugarcoat it. They’re here to make sure both parties are sound and happy!

The leasing staff was very nice. However, do not rent at this place. They will give you false information and timeframes. I moved into a unit that was not cleaned, complete, or ready for move in.

It’s a great community and all but some of the apartments have had bugs & dead bugs on walls/doors. Everything else is great I love the area it’s a great community to live in.

The complex is an awesome place to be in, mainly because of how quiet it is and how helpful the staff are. The location is perfect to fulfill all my needs. I don't even have to stress about my packages being stolen because of the safety being provided.

They have not attended to anything, we have had more than three problems in the last month and they do not resolve them, I have children at home, I am not satisfied with their services and my stay at the property

The apartments are nice visually, but the walls are thin and cabinetry and doors are not installed very well. Office and management lacks proper communication and respect for residents. A lot of people including myself had problems with apartment not being ready on move in date, so don’t expect to move in when they tell you, but expect to still pay for the full month. If I had any advice to someone considering this avana cordoba location, try somewhere else. As much as I don’t like writing negative reviews, I see this one as a big favor to people maybe considering this apartment. Believe the reviews, because I didn’t and now I wish I did.

Quiet, safe feeling environment with beautiful trees, lovely courtyard areas. Three pools, a dog park, and a playground. Very kid friendly. Apartments are decent and functional.

First night living here I had over 20 roaches coming out from everywhere. I did not unpack my things for three weeks because they were supposed to spray. The guest restroom cabinets broke within a few weeks of me living here informed the office it was not fixed until months later. The entry gate rarely works and when it does, it’s open at 4 o’clock in the morning until whatever. The lights outside of my door and where I park my car does not work informed the office and it has still been months without lights so us that leave when its dark out or come home when it's dark have no lights. The maintenance is the worst. They lie about fixing things when you go to the office to let them know that they still have not fixed it. It takes months for them to come back out to do their jobs I have stopped calling the office because they never answer or return phone calls

Avana Cordoba is an excellent community. It has a split plan which I definitely needed. And I haven't made it to the gym but I plan on going soon. Overall grounds of the place is well kept.and my neighbors are cool.
