This place is terrible. The property management company greystar is trash. The grounds were never clean. Multiple broke down cars taking up already limited parking. The move out proccess is very annoying and the front office is worthless. When I moved out I was charged for "missing keys". I was told to put the keys in the drop box at the office and that's what I did turned in 4 keys (2 house and 2 mail) as well as 2 fobs. I was charged $10 for mail keys and $50 for a fob. When we contacted the office of their mistake they said they never recieved mail keys or fobs. So if you turn you keys in don't do it in the drop box because they will just take your money. Make sure to hand it to the front desk and then maybe just maybe they won't try to take your money.

Avana is very inviting community my neighbors are very friendly just as the staff is too the community is kept very clean and the grounds are kept groomed and maintained very nicely. I only wish we had assigned parking spots two per apartment. It becomes very difficult to find parking and we are parking by the front office and we live in building E.

Have not been able to receive mail for months now, with no answer on when the mail boxes will be fixed. Maintenance work does not get done in a timely manner.

Was a nicer community upon my move in back in 2019 - Recently, there have been a lot of vehicle break ins, and police activity. I dont particularly feel safe any longer.

initially it was nice here. You never know what living in a place will be like until you live there. After a few months, we noticed random bills started to multiply, without cause even though things have been shut down due to the virus. I asked for proof that the AC bill for a building that isn't even open, because it quadrupled in a month with no one in there.....they dont give you anything. They ignore you. I ask for maintenance to fix my freezer. Nope. I just dont understand. They have people moving out left and right...because they have absolutely no respect whatsoever for their tenants. Pipes burst over and over in a certain building, ruining new tenants things....because there's an underlying issue they won't pay to fix. The only good part about this apartment complex, is that the units are cheap. (Although now its 200 more for some reason they cant -or refuse to show proof of- explain) Im just disappointed.

The only problem weve ever had here is unsupervised children that should be supervised and arent. Also, we have VERY NOISEY upstairs neighbors. Other than that it is great.

Quiet, peaceful, and clean. Reasonably priced for 2 bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. Package delivery is done by the hub so mostly no contact. The pool is always clean, shallow so it's perfect for kids and adults.

My move in process during this chaotic time was absolutely pleasant and helped relieve the stress of moving in general. I had very minor maintenance needed with the garage and it was taken care of with in a day. Properly done and fixed the issue. Id absolutely recommend anyone who wants a quite more adult style of living to move here. 10/10.
