Paid parking is not handled well after office hours, no support no way to contact anyone if there is a problem due to me paying my own parking spot. My review is negative.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and I love these apartment homes! They are a great price for the location which is central and perfect for commute purposes. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, green and beautiful. It’s safe for a single woman like me and perfect for families too! The apartments themselves are spacious, stunning, clean, safe and private. I love the amenities: the gym in particular is amazing. Easy to walk to, great machines, spacious and communal fun space. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Avana that is helpful and welcoming!
Avana has been a wonderful complex. I have had 0 issues that have gone unresolved. The leasing staff are very pleasant to work with and I never have any issues receiving my packages. Maintenance is always on top of work orders. Lawn care is manicured weekly and the community is always clean. Avana is a great community to reside at.
I just moved here and it’s been a breath of fresh air. Really warm and welcoming place to live.

It would be great to have my repairs done correctly in a timely manner.
Do not move here. Management will lie at every turn and, when they are not lying, their communication is extremely poor. After I had lived there a week, they actually sent someone visiting apartments into my apartment with a master key.

This is a great place to live, especially for families!
Nothing was resolved or fixed out of the 3 work orders that were submitted within half a years time. There is also dead car parked in front of building 27 with a flat tire which has been there for over a month now. I'm highly frustrated with this community, it has definitely declined since our move in 4years ago. Now it has became a junk yard for undrivable cars and the area is trashy and spider infested.

This property is approx 26-28 years old. Lots of maintenance and electrical issues. It is definitely lacking the care it requires to compete with all the newer properties available in Houston/Katy area. My opinion!

Avana community is good to stay but the management is least bothered on issues reported and not actioned in timely manner. They lost track of cleanliness for past 10 months and corridors are smelly. They concentrate to clean in building which are close to leasing office only

The leasing team were very helpful and answered all my questions when touring the complex again. Their process for move-in was very easy only small issue was the conflicting times of the contractors and cleaning crew. They made sure to address any of my concerns immediately.

A peaceful community with beautiful nature spots nearby while still being close to everything you need. Can’t beat Kroger right across the street! The trails in walking distance are amazing and the area is easy and fun to bike. Beautiful landscaping and maintenance team is the best, very kind and get to you quickly.

I have enjoyed living here since 2012, first in a one-bedroom then a two-bedroom apartment. It's a walkable location close to grocery and other shopping, restaurants, and parks. It's quiet, well maintained, and has amenities that I use. Office and maintenace staff are always pleasant and helpful.

The experience at this community is very good. The grounds are kept up well. The remodeled main pool area is very nice as well as the exercise room and front office area.

I have stayed at many places and different states in US but have never ever feel as home like Avana. They are really awesome, very good service, very responsive, very helpfull. I love it here. These are nice, clean apartments with all the amenities you need. people living in the community are friendly and helping. Perfect location! There’s a shop outlet across the street, and just far enough from main Houston to get away from the hustle and bustle. Super friendly and accommodating staff at the leasing office.

I absolutely love Avana Eldridge! The office staff, maintenance team, community have been so good to my partner and I since we moved in. We are honestly so spoiled here compared to our past apts. I enjoy taking my dogs to the dog park, the washing station was a cherry on top of it all ! The pool is so nice in this Texas weather. The Maintenance team are the sweetest most respectful beings I have met along with the office staff. I enjoy living here so much !

I like the apartment complex, because it is spacious and has large green areas, because you can walk the dogs without a problem, the apartments are beautiful and it is very important that the neighbors are not noisy or rowdy, I recommend it to live!!

Overall nice and quiet place to live. Maintenance is fast when a request is put in. The only issue we’ve had was that the smoke detector goes off when we cook even if it’s something small. But we’ve noticed as long as we run the vent fan over the stove it tends to keep it from going off. Staff is nice and friendly. Lots of events that people can attend and notice given regularly if unforeseen things happen like emergency maintenance.
