I have lived her four years and every time it rains our drain gets plugged and we are all high water this should be getting fixed and it hasn’t. I sent a message regarding my gutters and they came and cleaned them out. Thank you for that.

It's not too bad living here. The renovated apartments are all very nice. The layout isn't bad. The bedroom for some reason faces the parking lot instead of the quiter grassy area between buildings. The neighbors on both sides are annoyingly loud (the neighbor above is not). The price has moved beyond what I'm willing to pay all things considered. Not the worst place I've lived (not even close) but not near the top either.

Like the apartment for sure but not a fan that we all don’t get an assigned parking spot parking is terrible here. Office hours are only open during the hours I’m already at work.

I've been a resident for going on four years now. The first year was rough but that was with old management. Since Greystar has taken over as management, they've cleaned the apartments up, enforcing rules and regulations and keeping up with the maintenance of the amenities offered on the property as well as responding to maintenance request in a reasonable time frame. The office staff here are amazing

Avana 109 are very good place to live. Management are very much listen the residents and follows every activity for Weill being of residence.if she saw anything that bather residents she take action. She is hardworking serious manager. She improves the compounds 1000 times. Thank you management for good work. The maintenance and lease office worker are also amazing, they are so nice and feels like families. The only complain that I have is just rent increases but it makes sense because of the current inflation rate. This is every where can not control by themselves

Overall not bad. Rents are obsurd everywhere so can't get away from that. However the landscaping service that comes around constantly blows dirt and rocks on my cars. But that's not the management here. It's the service they hired.

I have been living here since 2014 and I have some ups and downs with past management. This place has improved so much and has met my needs when it comes to maintenance concerns, personal concerns, and the staff is always I mean always helpful and had the best attitude. I just signed another lease and this will be my tenth year here, and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I have had many ups and down here at avana. 2 times I had my car towed, so very strict on parking.on the other hand they do help you when they can. For pets give "free stuff" for pets . Dog bones treats ECT. They are very friendly in the office and always tend to mataince request in a decent amount of time.

It's a good place to live things are close by, quiet. It could use a few upgrades and some of the repaire work takes longer to get done all in all it's the best place to start as a first time renter

All of the amenities have been great I have enjoyed the gym. All staff in the office have also been really great and helpful. Maintenance have also been good when we have an issue

The amenities are great and clean especially the gym since I’m always going there and never dirty and is restocked. The office was helpful through the application process.

Recently moved in and the property is well kept and have not had any issues with noise or neighbors. Garbage is collected from the apartments which is super cool. Plus there is plenty of parking available.

Three stars because things keep falling apart in the apartment. People still smoke in places they shouldn't. The office staff is really nice. We need more lighting around.

I love this community and everyone is so helpful my dog got of leash and took off after a stray huskie which was actually another residents dog, but i had 4 people help me find her. My pit ended up walking right back home all by herself but, to know neihbors will help like that makes me feel really good to be here and i returned the favir and helped him grab his dog??

This community is a nice difference from the bustle of Vancouver just outside. I have lived here for years and only due to my growing family have we considered looking to move.

Applying for the townhome was a bit frustrating because I received so many different quotes, but ended up with the best one of the bunch! Townhome is nice, quiet, comfortable and don’t have to worry about parking.

I like living here there are a few things I don't like. Rent is a little high unless you sign up for a year lease. Some residents can be unfriendly.

Everything has been great, and if there are any issues the maintenance team is quick to respond and get things fixed. They are very easy to reach and can accommodate to your schedule.

The management staff has been engaging more with the residents. Still across from commercial businesses and I205. Outside maintenance is being addressed more often. New move in rents can still feel high to those new to renting.
