When I first moved in 2 years ago, I got a parking ticket and was told on my 3rd ticket my vehicle would get towed. Now I can't even get management to remove vehicles that constantly park in my assigned parking space. I actually have to call it in and request permission so I am able to park in any space, that's if I am lucky to even find an open parking space, ?? I can't wait to move out

Definitely a great place to call home. Real satisfied with Avana Team and their Maintenance Team very friendly and always quick to assist. I love my studio I live in, price is good. Overall buildings and area is nice.

Overall, it’s a decent place to live. Loud neighbors/cars/oversized dogs, and roaches are my biggest complaint but, overall, it’s a decent place to live. The maintenance crew is really nice and they really know what they’re doing.

It’s a serene place to live with little to no issues. Only thing that would make this place better is a fresh coat of paint on the exterior! Kind of embarrassing when people say the outside looks like a prison, when it truly is a lovely place to live.

Great set ups between each Apartment buildings with the nice walk way layouts and friendly dog and children parks, beautiful swimming pools, 24 hour gym. Also has great living space layouts, very spacey and I really enjoy to open layout. Plus each switch in my apartment is lighted to I can find them in the dark. My apartment style has a modern look. Love the wood floors color and walls.

If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay I recommend Avana Rancho Cucamonga. Leasing Team is one of the best and mad everything fast and simple. Location you can't beat because you're around everything. Want to watch a move? AMC is 5 minutes away. Want to go hiking? Etiwanda Preserves is about 10 mins away and Claremont Loop is about 15 mins away. Want to grocery shop? You have Ralph's, Stater Bros, and Vons super close like 10 mins. Need clothes? Target literally up the street. Ontario Mills about 7 mins away. Police department across the street so no need to not feel safe. Want to go out on a nice date and eat good food? Haven City Market across the street. Avana Rancho Cucamonga has great leasing agents that give the best customer service and the studios and apartments are nicely designed and super clean. Just do it! :)

The staff was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and customer service oriented. They always go above and beyond for all my needs with a positive and friendly attitude. Also, the neighbors are respectful, friendly and respectful. The environment is quiet and peaceful which is the main reason I move here. I love this place so far.
The front desk leasing representatives are welcoming and make the apartment search less stressful.

Love the area Avana is located in. Inside the apartments are nice and modern. They have a lot of green areas and even a small dog park. Would love to see the amenities be taken care of more often along with an update to the dog park inside. Parking is okay, you can always find a spot it is a matter of how far are you willing to walk.

Very safe and convenient location. Maintenance is very fast. The complex is clean and well kept. Amenities are nice. The only downside is the leasing staff members. They never answer questions. It is pretty useless to call the leasing center when you run into problems because all they say is they will give you call back. They never reach back when we call them or email them. Their staff needs more training. The only person that actually knows what their doing is the leasing manager.

Do NOT move here. Its old, looks like a prison, and no maintenance / care from employees. The main office building workers are never helpful, I have to BEG them to assist me in locating packages or maintenance crew.

Avana RC is a good place for pet-owners of full-size doggies, as most places have weight/size and breed restrictions. The greenbelt system for walking your dog within the community property is terrific and unmatched in the SoCal region.

This is a very nice community with nice amenities including a tennis court, several pools, a fitness center, dog park, playground, and amenity deck with tables, seating and games. Parking can be inconvenient if you do not have a covered spot but overall I enjoy living here.

I love it here! Its my first apartment and I could not have asked for a better location. My studio is super cute and feels like a one bedroom because of their floor plan/setup. The community is great and its a very comfortable and great place to live at. I love it and feel very lucky to have this as my first experience.

Avana has been very great. Property is well maintained by gardeners. The leasing team is very helpful especially Cassidy who has been there to answer any of my questions since I applied to now. She is great at getting back to me and helping me in any way. Which was very helpful and made moving it less stressful.

Avana is a great community that offers a quiet oasis for those looking for an upgraded, yet affordable living space. The community is safe, clean and quiet and the residents and staff are friendly and respectful. But most of all, this community is dog friendly and offers a lovely dog park to take your furry friends to.

This complex is a mess. The trash containers are always overflowing and trash is left on the floors. Homeless break into and live in the utility storage closets throughout the complex. I've seen several cats running around with mice hanging out of their mouths. Also, this place in INFESTED with spiders. You will always see huge webs around the complex and your patio. There is zero parking and non-running vehicles are parked in the visitors spots. Notified the office about the visitor parking issue and nothing was done. If you do plan to move here, I suggest moving to the top floor cause you will hear every single footstep above you.

I've seen the negative reviews and I'm not sure why. Tenants have been very nice, and the management of the property have been very responsive to any concerns we've had so far. The complex is quiet, clean and very pet friendly. I would definitely choose Avana all over again.

A nice relaxing community. Animal friendly and didn't even know there was a decent sized dog upstairs with how little they were heard.

Avana is a wonderful quiet and green place to stay with family and Pets. A large territory is divided into different zones: recreation, water, sports, for children, for animals. Everywhere there is a well-groomed landscape with a modern design of small architectural forms. Avana complex offers to fill out an online application and then sign and fill out documents online. It's simple, convenient and easy. We are very happy to live here!

Avana Rancho Cucamonga online application process was seamless it was very convenient. I was contacted by staff within hours of applying and was able to pick up my keys within 3 days from Halle who was also awesome. Halle was there to answer all questions I had a guide me through the process.
