Great place to live! The staff is attentive and very polite. It is also a very safe environment. Me and my little daughter love it over there.
I love living at Avanti Cityside. The entire team is very professional and I enjoy talking to them and they really do care about the residents. They try to keep the residents happy and engaged by the different activities they plan throughout the year. The two concerns I have is that some residents do not clean up after their dogs and they fail to put their trash down the chute that’s provided to them. With that being said, I still would recommend Avanti Cityside. It’s a great place to call home.

For the price, Avanti is worth the price you pay. Other than 1-2 times, maintenance is usually fast. I've never had any thefts from my unit or car while staying here. I just renewed my lease for a 2nd time. If you like having a parking garage for your car, and fairly roomy units, Avanti has it.

The community is great and the office management is amazing, but the whole water situation has kept us from giving it a five. I understand it is out of their control, but it is very inconvenient.
It’s nice living here. Been almost a year, I don’t deal with any problems! Any service request I put in, they come quickly. The place is big & clean for the price for these apartments by luck.
A few weeks in and I love it here. Very quiet and out the way. I do wish the pool area would open so we can use the grills, and that the gym was a little more updated, but I’m happy with my decision to rent here. Ryan was a great too !
So far so good building stays clean and neighbors are mostly really quiet, the office personal it’s really helpful and ready to call you back if they dont have and immediate answer
I love the staff and the maintenance team. They took care of my needs proficiently and they did everything right.

I've lived in this complex since 2020 and the management team and staff is great. In the past there was a series of car break ins and parts thefts. There were times I would be coming home or leaving for work and I would see cars on cinder blocks. They've installed more security cameras and increased nightly patrols to dissuade any would be thieves. Maintenance responds more quickly, and the leasing staff works with you as long as you communicate with them. Water gets turned off periodically, but that is an issue caused by Houston municipal. Management is always doing their best to make positive changes to the complex community. Only downsides I would say is the carpeting needs an upgrade to something more pet friendly. Maybe a new oven and dishwasher. I mean they get the job done...but I cook a lot, so I need appliances that can keep up.

The facility on the inside is very clean and well kept. My only recommendation is that the facility clean the outside of the front and sidewalks. Just my personal opinion it kinda looks dirty when pulling up and almost made me back up and choose elsewhere to live.

I'm loving it so far. I moved doing construction so that was a little difficult but manageable. I like that fact they are dog friendly! I wish it was more greenery in my area but loving the shade! I only slept here for three nights but it feels like home already.

My experience has been great so far. It’s in a great area 5 minutes from grocery store 5 minutes to elementary school, only issue I have is water randomly being cut off and or the electrify when they’re repairing something either city of Houston or the apartments. But otherwise it’s been good.

I just want to say this is the kindest and most caring leasing staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with. This is my very first apartment and I went through every hump imaginable during the application process but Colby was so kind and reassuring and had no problem answering my one million and one questions and Mr. Ryan the assistant manager is so caring and takes his time to make sure you understand everything and that the move in process is perfect. my unit is absolutely gorgeous. It’s even better than the photos and the 3D Model. It’s less than 10 minute's to my school and 25 minutes from my employer. There is shopping nearby. Security actually patrols and lives on sight. So it feels extremely safe here. Maintenance is so kind and very quick to respond to work requests. All I can say about Avanti Cityside is LUXURY ON A BUDGET. I absolutely love it and have recommended it to all of my friends.

My apartment is nice and homelike, but the community is unsafe and the gate and pool are always broken and closed. Too much theft & water gets turned off a lot. Maintenance is good.

I have never had any personal problems with the staff or apartment itself but having the pool being closed for multiple summers due to the lack of consideration of others within the complex has been annoying. Unfortunately there’s nothing that staff can do since they consistently inform residents of the rules. Also, there is a no smoking policy but you can smell the weed almost instantly after exiting your apartment.

Just moved in, seems great so far. Things all worked except one bulb in the hallway and one lock on one of the bathroom doors. Overall, for now I will rate 5 stars, just wish the pool wasn’t closed.

Avanti City Side is a great place to call HOME! Ryan & Colby were very informative, pleasant and made moving a smooth transition for me. My new home is perfect. Great location, parking & amenities. I cannot wait to take a swim in both pools here on property. I will definitely recommend friends and family.

Management is horrible! They lack transparency, don’t really care about the apartment complex. Always trying to find ways to add fees to people’s account.

Great maintenance staff and location. Avanti Cityside is in the perfect location. They also have great pricing with their rent packages and the square footage is a lot so that is awesome.

Lived here 4 years. Other than cars being broken into or having parts or tires stolen, it's been okay. Appliances need an upgrade. There's two pools but they're small so I've never had the desire to use them
