Sometimes the fire alarm goes off and it’s ear piercing. We just leave because we don’t want to subject our son to that??. The pool is always closed. Gym is not open 24 hours. We can’t opt out of valet trash even though the trash doesn’t get picked up every time
The moment I began the move in process, the entire staff was completely helpful. Everything was a quick and easy process. Especially Ryan and Colby. They were on top of everything during my move in

Great Living Experience, But the Gate Needs Attention! I’ve had a great experience living in this community and truly appreciate the timely roof repairs. However, I’m confused as to why the gate system still hasn’t been repaired. The gate’s condition started declining three years ago, and it has yet to be properly addressed. As paying residents, we deserve the preventative measures that ensure our safety and convenience. When will Greystar hold the owners accountable for this ongoing negligence? It’s time for a long-term solution.
I have loved Avanti Cityside ever since I first laid eyes on it, and it has been a dream come true to finally live here. The safety (cameras, courtesy patrol), the plush carpets and apartment layouts, the gym, pools, Amazon lockers, and admin team are all awesome. I can't wait to continue making my apartment my own!

All & all AVANTI is an EXCELLENT place to live. Not just because they have some of the nicest and most spacious floor plans you can find in Houston. It's the community itself. Not just the amenities, the people who live in it and MOST of all the people who work for it. Leticia (the Manager) is AMAZING, Pelicia (my leasing agent) - besides my apartment is the reason I leased here. And the others: Ryan & Colby are FANTASTIC as well. And the Maintenance crew here?!?PLEASE - I DARE YOU to find another one at ANY apartment with a faster response. I only wish they had more apartments available so you could lease one. That alone should tell you more than anything... There's like 400 apts here & NO ONE wants to leave - including me.

Overall a good place, but a few of the same ongoing issues. Pool still closed, no updates in about 4 months. Gym has very limited equipment and now more dumbbells have gone missing.

Pretty solid apartments, but the hallways and parking garage get dirty. Maintenance is quick and the leasing office is helpful! Reserved parking is too expensive in my opinion though.

We love it here! The apartment was clean when we moved in, and we love the security in the garage (cameras and such). Everyone we've met so far has been friendly, especially Pelicia in the office! (Hopefully we can talk to our upstairs neighbors about their child not stomping around so much, but noise is to be expected somewhat in an apartment). We look forward to swimming in the pool when it warms up, and any apartment community events this year :)

It's a low end luxury apartment close to downtown Houston, at the edge of the medical center. It's nice. Could use a few upgrades. Kitchen counters and the flooring. But if you don't cook much or have overactive pets like I do, you'll be fine.

So far I love living here. I like the convenience of the location. Maintenance usually are pretty quick and I like my layout. I like how pet friendly they are.
So far I feel safe. I do have a neighbor below me that plays lots of music. I also have a concern about the gate never working and the overall appearance of the entrance. The flashing security booth light is not appealing at all. If we will not have any gates that area needs to be torn down and replaced with something that makes the entrance more appealing. Just my thoughts.

I love living at Avanti Cityside. The entire team is very professional and I enjoy talking to them and they really do care about the residents. They try to keep the residents happy and engaged by the different activities they plan throughout the year. The two concerns I have is that some residents do not clean up after their dogs and they fail to put their trash down the chute that’s provided to them. With that being said, I still would recommend Avanti Cityside. It’s a great place to call home.

For the price, Avanti is worth the price you pay. Other than 1-2 times, maintenance is usually fast. I've never had any thefts from my unit or car while staying here. I just renewed my lease for a 2nd time. If you like having a parking garage for your car, and fairly roomy units, Avanti has it.

The gate still does not work which has caused the occasional break in or cars being parked improperly, blocking 2 spots or not in the correct visitor parking. In the recent months, there have been efforts to bring vendors which has been nice. Definitely trending upwards in quality.

The community is great and the office management is amazing, but the whole water situation has kept us from giving it a five. I understand it is out of their control, but it is very inconvenient.
It’s nice living here. Been almost a year, I don’t deal with any problems! Any service request I put in, they come quickly. The place is big & clean for the price for these apartments by luck.
A few weeks in and I love it here. Very quiet and out the way. I do wish the pool area would open so we can use the grills, and that the gym was a little more updated, but I’m happy with my decision to rent here. Ryan was a great too !
So far so good building stays clean and neighbors are mostly really quiet, the office personal it’s really helpful and ready to call you back if they dont have and immediate answer
I love the staff and the maintenance team. They took care of my needs proficiently and they did everything right.

I've lived in this complex since 2020 and the management team and staff is great. In the past there was a series of car break ins and parts thefts. There were times I would be coming home or leaving for work and I would see cars on cinder blocks. They've installed more security cameras and increased nightly patrols to dissuade any would be thieves. Maintenance responds more quickly, and the leasing staff works with you as long as you communicate with them. Water gets turned off periodically, but that is an issue caused by Houston municipal. Management is always doing their best to make positive changes to the complex community. Only downsides I would say is the carpeting needs an upgrade to something more pet friendly. Maybe a new oven and dishwasher. I mean they get the job done...but I cook a lot, so I need appliances that can keep up.

The facility on the inside is very clean and well kept. My only recommendation is that the facility clean the outside of the front and sidewalks. Just my personal opinion it kinda looks dirty when pulling up and almost made me back up and choose elsewhere to live.

I'm loving it so far. I moved doing construction so that was a little difficult but manageable. I like that fact they are dog friendly! I wish it was more greenery in my area but loving the shade! I only slept here for three nights but it feels like home already.

My experience has been great so far. It’s in a great area 5 minutes from grocery store 5 minutes to elementary school, only issue I have is water randomly being cut off and or the electrify when they’re repairing something either city of Houston or the apartments. But otherwise it’s been good.
