Having resided in the community for approximately five years, we appreciate the favorable location and the structure itself. However, regrettably, we observed a decline in the property's maintenance over the past few years. The stairwells consistently accumulate dog hair, lacking proper cleaning. The elevator functionality is unreliable, often leaving one out of service. Package retrieval involves an inconvenient $24 monthly membership fee with a third party known for its unreliability. The initial administration provided lockers and a dedicated room for packages, which has since been replaced. Landscaping on the property falls below satisfactory standards, and the garage gate frequently malfunctions. While the maintenance and leasing staff have proven helpful, upper management appears disinterested in addressing resident concerns. If looking to move here consider the high rent and the availability of superior alternatives in the vicinity.

If you want a "Luxury" building, Avanti is NOT for you. Do you really need to get coffee in your building and not pay for it? That is the biggest perk, so if you are that desperate, then you found the right place. The management is horrible. If you complain, they send you letters. No upstairs pool, barbecues or firsts for the past 2 1/2 months, no secure garage, dog crap in the elevators and vomit from the college kids they rented to out of desperation. Moving from the midwest, they promised me an upscale building, as soon as my lease is up, I am out. Read all the reviews and talk to people in the building. The sales office will lie to you, don't give them the chance to promise you the world and you get nothing. Water issues since I moved in a year and a half ago. One star gives this place too much credit!

You pay a premium price to live at Avanti, but I don't feel that what you get is worth the money. Many of the amenities, like the coffee machine and on-demand fitness, are regularly not in working order. The gate is often broken and if you live on a lower floor, parking can be an issue. Many residents on the upper-level floors park on the lower floors and take the elevator down to the garage, pushing the lower-level residents to park on the upper floors. If you want a reserved parking space, it's $100/month. However, the pool area is nice and the location is great. The apartments are modern but on the small side and not worth the rising rent costs, in my opinion.
