Property Ratings at Avaya Stafford
Me and my kids visited these yesterday and the office smelled like pure sewer down right horrible it was in our clothing once we came out it lingered heavy..... I wouldn't recommend!!!!
I am a current resident at the Avaya Apartment Complex and my bathroom is full of mold. My family and I have been affecting by this mold and we are not being taking serious. My unit is uninhabitable. I would not recommend this apartment complex, I know that it may be enticing because of the price and decent area. However from my experience maintenance and management office have been dismissive and have not addressed properly the mold issue since November 17,2023 and ongoing. I have pictures, work orders, notes of interactions and so on of this persistent issue. The only three times they have done something is Feb.24 (resurface the bathtub and paint over mold), April 14, 2024 (resurface the bathtub and painted over mold again), and May 7,2024 (painted over mold). I have been very flexible and even provided more then enough time for the to properly address the mold issue. On May 30 I reported the mold issue again and they stated that they can start repairs on June 12, in the next two weeks. My family and I truly don't feel well to stay in the unit. We have been experiencing respiratory issue, fatigue, and headaches. All I want is for them to actually fix the mold to avoid any further health issues.
Women running the leasing office are vindictive and rude. They often try to enter the apartment without notice, they collect money for amenities that are no longer available, collect money monthly for pest control but never spray for bugs. Roaches and 30+ cats with scabies infest the complex. Pool is closed because it is a hazard, not to mention sick cats drink from it. Complex began major construction including 8 hours of jackhammering every day without notice or without an estimate of when it will end. Washers and Dryers are usually broken with dead roaches in them. Wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy.
