So far moving in has been nice, we haven’t met any of our neighbors yet but to rent our apartment has been an easy process. Only small negative is the parking but not a deal breaker.

I love this complex. im originally from san antonio i work in leander and i been looking for safe, trustworthy complexes and since i been approved and moved in the staff is so nice, they are always in the office, if they dont answer they call back same day. Im so excited to be part of this luxury living community, im so very blessed god let me be here

Beth has been amazing with our move in process, had a few little hiccups but she has been great throughout our move in. The staff here is amazing, and we really couldn't be happier with our new home. The grounds are well kept and for being so close to the freeway it is pretty quiet, and the people we've met here are all friendly. Great place to have a family.

I feel lucky to have my apartment. It has a view overlooking the wooded area on the north side of the San Gabriel Pkwy. The apartment complex is quiet and I feel safe here. There are activities throughout the year which give folks a chance to meet the neighbors. The staff communicates well via email about the activities, availability of the pool and fitness center and complex happening. I'm quite happy living here.

Great place to live, there are still residents who fail to pick up after their dogs. At least the management stays on top of the community by communicating that lazy owners need to clean up after their pets or pay a fine if they’re caught.

The services and response from the lease office has been fantastic. They are responsive and helpful. Very kind and welcoming. The services with valet trash has been stellar. I haven’t run into any maintenance issues yet which is great. Says much about how maintenance has been keeping up with issues. Some cons though, it’s very easy to hear upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Thankfully there hasn’t been too bad of nuisance, I’m sure no one is noisy on purpose. This could just be due to the building. Also, parking has become an issue. Feels there are fewer and fewer spots available meanwhile several car ports are empty on the other side of the complex. It seems to be an issue that repeats itself and management tackles it as it appears. Overall it’s been great

It was okay. The parking in the lot is crazy full. Two of the cars never moved out and have the boxes shared with other people who need parking.

So far really good there is not much parking so it’s a fight to get a good spot but it is close to a lot of things and Austin is not too far away

Very clean and modern looking, great design if you have roommates. I have one with a yard and it looks small but it is actually a really good sized yard.

Aven Ridge has been an amazing complex to live in for the past year. The staff is super sweet and helpful but the only ick is that the residents have a hard time picking up after their pets once they do their business. Other than that, this place is amazing!

First year was good, not do much after renewing my lease. Large dogs barking all hours of the day. Unable to enjoy my patio due to neighbors dogs below me barking uncontrollably.

New to this community and it is a peaceful and friendly community. Leasing office staff is outstanding. The leasing process was simple and fast with great incentives and specials. The apartments are about 3.5 years old and in a somewhat seclude area with many great dining options not too far away.

I lived at Aven Ridge since it opened and enjoyed my stay of 2.5 years up until the very end. I rented a 1 bedroom with them with my wife and we simply outgrew it, so we chose to not renew and instead move in with family temporarily to save money for a future home. We thoroughly cleaned our apartment from head to toe, filling in nail holes, deep cleaning the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We basically did as much as we possibly could to avoid accruing any "damage" fees. We vacuumed the carpet and made it look as pretty and new as we could given the fact that we lived in there for close to 3 years. A week later, we receive our final account statement which shows $267 of "damage" charges. Naturally, we spoke to the office to find out what this could have been from. It turns out that residents are being held responsible for replacing the carpet and re-painting the walls after move-out. That was being factored into the $350 security deposit put down originally. Mind you, my wife and I did not have any pets or young children in our unit, so this was their choice to replace the carpet at my own expense. I am in the process of getting Greystar exposed, but please think twice before signing here. If they are replacing carpet and re-painting the walls in a unit that was left in as good condition as possible with no pets or young children, imagine what else they charge other ex-residents. DO NOT sign here if you want to get your security deposit back. Very poor and dirty management. Go elsewhere. You have plenty of options. Thank you.

This complex is very nice and I feel safe. The walls are very the. Though and I don’t like how you can hear the neighbors and the smells. Also the water pressure could be improved.

Nice apartment layout and good amenities. But very thin walls, which can easily become a deal-breaker if you have noisy neighbors, especially with a loud dog or surround sound entertainment setup.

Aven Ridge has been a wonderful community for past year and I look forward to being an Avenite for another 15 months. The maintenance team has never let me down if I have an issue. Most importantly, Sabella, the leasing office manager is amazing!
