The only 55 community that checked All our boxes for Life Adventures. Great community.

Avenida Carrollton is a lovely, new over-55 community. We are very pleased with the floor plan of our villa and especially appreciate having a garage and our own outdoor space. The Avenida staff is super! Our experience thus far with the sales, maintenance and management staff has been excellent. We are looking forward to enjoying all the community amenities. This is a friendly, safe place to live.

This is my second time living in a 55 Active Adult apartment. Avenida is exactly what I anticipated living here it would be. The staff is outstanding and friendly. There are so many activities it is hard to fit them all into my schedule! Come join us and get to meet new friends!

Communication needs to be improved enormously. The residents still don't know when the security gates will be functional or the pool ready for use. The mailboxes are another issue. This is the second week of living here and our mail box keys that we finally received yesterday do not work. We do understand that there are so many loose ends when opening a facility such as this. But, communication whas been and still is lacking and inaccurate from the beginning. The residents are receiving differing information from the staff.. it depends on who you talk to.

We did this to accommodate a number of residents that had pending moves that had been already delayed by construction. While we tried to communicate as best as possible between construction and to our residents, we know that some issues may have certainly required more attention. Beautiful resort style 55 Senior Community, all the amenities is just one reason I chose this resort style community. The amenities allows me to get out of my apartment and meet new people and be active.

Hello there, Oh my goodness! We love your review. This is what it is all about - enjoying the extension of your home, almost 13,000 square feet of amenity space. A place for you to share various books of your collection or attend an art class and learn different techniques or sing at karaoke to your heart's content or how about going to an educational lecture and let's not forget about the over the top social hours that we have. AvenidaCarrollton is a “place to call home”! We have been here 2 weeks and when we get up and look out the windows to the beautiful grounds and property, we are so grateful to be living here. The social opportunities are First Class and surpasses any Over 55 community! Could not feel more at home nor can we think of living anywhere else!

Great location for me. Watched Avenida being built since Dec 2023. Love my apartment, closests are great. The hardware and finishes are a step up, Nice. Great floor plan!!

I am so incredibly glad that I decided to move here. I have only been here 2 weeks but I have met several of my neighbors and feel like I am in a community. The villa is exactly what I need at my stage in life. It is plenty large enough for me and my hobbies and I don't have to take care of maintenance of a house. The staff--superb!

Love this place. Especially the office with constant snacks and drinks and pleasant personnel. The place is beautiful and relaxing when you drive in. We are right across the street from construction (because the place is brand new). They keep it very clean and seem to consider our property when working close by. Quiet, Convenient, Up to date. Beautiful.

We are new here and currently love it all. We especially like our property's back yard with the tall trees. We love the back covered patio, love our floor plan with the fireplace. In fact, we can't think of anything we don't love! We love that it is two minutes from our daughter and family!

Moving to Avenida was the best decision I ever made. I have felt right at home and am so happy with my Villa ( C1) it is perfect for me. I have told several of my friends about Avenida and am always telling people to come check it out.

I love the Villa I am in. I am looking forward to having the amenity center completed since there is still lots of construction going on. The grounds are nice and the rooms spacious. Since I was downsizing I was concerned about lack of storage but I have been pleased with what is here.
