I've lived here since 2013 and I had no problems whatsoever other then the little stuff that needs to be repaired far as garbage disposal you know little things like that. nothing major... Its been 8 years I've lived here. I've had no problem with bugs at all. no major problems at all. you take care of your apartment and it will take of you. far as management goes they are all great to me. ShirLae has went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helped us out in so so many ways to make us feel comfortable and a better place to live. lorena, Lizeth and marlene are just as professional as well. you couldn't find and better management team. Every time I would call they are on top of things and to top it off the maintenance team Isaac, Laura and porter Juan OMG they work so so extremely HARD to keep the grounds as sanitary and clean as possible. team work matters ... GREAT JOB AVENTARRA STAFF JOB WELL DONE!!!!! i would recommend. thank you everyone at aventarra

The management team here is awesome, they fix what needs fixing in a timely manner, if you report it when it happens it will be done the next day or the same day most of the time. They help you get what you need and the maintenance team is great and polite too. Not only does the team in the office help you with what you need but they remember you, and they ask you how you're doing. And for the large amount of time I've lived here; these apartments have never had any problems within the community, and if there was they do not tolerate any nonsense if it does come up. It's rare to find a management team who can show compassion with its tenets, get problems done quickly, and keep the community safe and protected simultaneously. If you're thinking of moving here I would recommend it.

Moving into the Aventerra Apartment Homes has been a great experience my family and I. They’ve assisted with post pandemic financial hardships and offer a variety of essential amenities.

I have personally lived in a couple of different apartments but none have matched my needs like aventerra apartments. I have had the best managerial experience with Shirlae. She is the funniest and most helpful manager of all time. She makes the application and moving in process nice and smooth. There is also great maintenance workers there such as Laura, Aurelio, and Juan. They have maintain the apartments are always up to date and working smoothly while keeping the apartment complex clean. I have moved out of here but I came back within a year due to no other apartment complex being able to keep with aventerra. Please heavily consider this complex as they are the best in the business.

I have been here for a few years, is a nice neighborhood and affordable. Manager Shirlae is amazing ,every time I need something she send here Maintenance Team to the rescue Laura and Aurelio. This place are very nice ,also assistant Lorena very helpfully. Thank you Aventerra to have this places nice

I would recommend these apartments to friends and family. The manager Shirlae is great i love how she cares about her residents and the kids. the leasing agents Lorena and lizeth do an amazing job. the property looking clean as it could get with the maintenance laura isaac keeping up with it and being helpful when they come to fix any problems.

I have really enjoyed living here and I really enjoy the staff the manager Shirlae is extremely kind and very attentive. The assistant manager Lorena is very nice and extremely helpful. The leasing agents Lizeth and Wilma are very professional and nice . I really like the maintenance staff Isaac,Laura and Aurelio they are very good at their jobs and very efficient. And the porter Juan is also nice and always says hi when he sees us. I would recommend these apartments to anyone

I’ve been living here for a long time. The staff is all very helpful, welcoming, and are very nice. They handle work orders right away no complaints. Thank you so much ShirLaé, Isaac, Laura, Aurelio, Lorena, Liz And Juan I really appreciate everything you guys do for the property.

Los apartamentos estan muy bien. Los de mantenimiento Laura, Isaac y Aurelio siempre areglan todo. Juan a echo buen trabajo limpiando la propiedad. Shirlaé es la mejor manager. No tengo ningun problema. Y las de la oficina Lorena y Lizeth siempre me ayudan con los work orders.

Great stay been here since 2015 and still living here the manager Mrs. Shirlae goes out her way to make sure the tenants are safe and all needs are meet. She does events for the holidays ands raffles as well. I enjoy living here because I feel safe not only for myself but also for my three children. we had some very great memories here with not only the staff but the neighbors as well.

Solo cosas buenas puedo decir de este lugar y de su personal. Charley es una exelente manager siempre de buen humor y atenta con los inquilinos.laura y aurelio son personas de mantenimiento y son muy respetuosos y siempre están a tiempo para arreglar las cosas y mantener limpio este lugar de apartamentos .las mujeres de la oficina son muy atentas y agradables. No me arrepiento de haber escogido vivir aquí se los recomiendo.

We have been here at Aventerra Apartments for over 10 years. The grounds are well kept, the apartments are affordable, spacious and management is awesome. They have community events such as; Holiday celebrations, seasonal raffles, and activities for the kids. The GM Shirlae is absolutely wonderful. She is always upfront about everything and helps whatever way she can.

I have nothing but good things to say about Miss ShirLaé and her staff And Citrus Breeze. I been living at Citrus Breeze Apts for 8yrs and I love ?? it. I never had an issue outside of minor maintenance. Citrus breeze is clean ,& quiet. You won’t find a cheaper ,nicer, more affordable place to stay in Fontana.

i have live here for a couple of years now, and this is a great place to live and race my children! Management such as Shirlae and Laura are very respectful and caring for all their attendants. They had made this complex a great community to be part off.

Really love living here, my Son loves it he’s 3, I appreciate the staff of course the people, the leasing office always giving out gifts especially Shirlaè, I love her staff and I love and I know everyone here can vouch for me saying Shirlaè is the best!

The manager Shirlae does an excellent job of making the community comfortable, she is a very nice person. When Laura and Aurelio come to fix something they always do their work very well and help me if I have any questions. I definitely recommend Aventerra to live here!!!

Great Staff, reasonable rent for the area. Well kept grounds. Spacious apartments with washer and dryer hook ups. I've lived here for 5 years now and my manager Shirlae is AMAZING !!!!! She has community parties. Book Reading for the kids, Harvest Festival, Easter Spring Parties, the Gift Baskets, and Raffles. You will not find a more hardworking and dedicated manager Shirlae she’s the best !!!!! I would also like to give a Shout out to the assistant manager Lorena and the leasing agent Lizeth for always being there when we need them. Oh and of course our maintenance crew Isaac, Aurelio and Laura she is so sweet. Aventerra apartments is a great and safe place to live specially if you have kids. It’s always nice and clean with good respectful neighbor's what a blessing to live here.

I have been living in Aventerra apartments for 11 years. In my 11 years here I have never had a bad experience. I’ve moved to 3 different apartments units and overall all my experiences have been different and great. The Manager Shirley is an amazing human being on a personal and profesional level. She is caring and worries about making everyone happy and as comfortable as possible. Everything makes it easy when you have a manager who cares and who makes you feel comfortable. The staff here is awesome their professional and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to any body looking for a happy place to live. Shirley has seen my kids grow and my kids love her.

I've been living here for 3 years and everything it's very good thanks to general manager Shirlae this place is amazing and thanks to the team from maintenance everything is good every time I need maintenance for little things they are here on time always miss Laura and Aurelio Gracias.

My experience has been pleasant from leasing office the manager shirlae always upfront with things reasonable and understanding, even when she wasn’t there Lorena was helpful with my questions. And when I needed work to be done at my place the maintenance employees laura auerlio issac are helpful if I had any questions and are on top it.

And helpful if I had any questions As for the manager Shirlae she has a great heart. she has been very understanding. You just have to be a good tenant and you will get treated with the same respect. As for the kids there are so many activities they do for them.I would recommended if you are looking for an affordable place with good size rooms.

I lived here for the past 3 years and the apartments are okay. They are older and the upgrades are cheap. The people in the office are rude, especially Amanda and maintenance are lazy/rude. I had several things stolen from apartments and they are slow to fix things. The only positive is that the apartment are affordable.

My few months being here at Aventerra have been excellent, the office staff are attentive and polite. The manager exemplifies great professional skills and my kids love her so much, especially when she does her seasonal raffle give aways.

I lived in these apartments with my boyfriend for a good couple of years and left with such disappointment! Management there is absolutely unprofessional and careless. They don't care about questions & concerns you have or may have, they're always firing & hiring new people that don't know how what the hell they're doing & to top if off the manager herself can't do her own job right! Me & boyfriend made sure to pay everything in full before turning in the key when we left & now to find out that all they did was give us a collection account for an amount that we're not responsible for! Anyone who reads this should really think about moving here

My family has been living here for yrs. The manager is super helpful and is always willing to listen to any issues if any. Also I've never had to pay for any repairs. They also offer free Orkin services and have "the center" run by the YMCA. They have activities,homework help and field trips all free of cost. As long as you're a good tenant you shouldn't have any issues at all

Cockroaches and bedbugs! Beware when you sign a lease here. The fine print holds you responsible for bedbugs. Think it cant happen to you?? Wrong! Lazy workers rip up carpet from other apartments and irresponsibly discard them by throwing them over your patio. So all dirt, dust and bugs end up on your patio.

My wife and I were here about a year and three months. Loved our townhome apt and the manager Shirlae was amazing at helping with any issues or maintanence. They constantly upgrade units! Thank you Aventerra!

I have been a resident here at Aventerra Apartments for 15 years, and it is a pleasant place to live. It is clean, quiet, and peaceful area. The management here does an excellent job of making the community comfortable. They have a community center where young kids can gather after school and learn technology and arts, management also host many activities involving children who live here at Aventerra Apartments.

Went to go view them got to the office all of them came out went on their cart and said we will be right back left us waiting in the sun after an hour we went to the store and came back they was in the office they all again came outside and ran across the street to their other apartments, so we decided to leave. I would never want to live somewhere the people who manage it are so disrespectful. I felt judged like they believed we were not good enough to live there even tho we drive a nice car and were polite and respectful to them. Would not recommend going there unless you like your gas and time wasted!!!

Since the first day we moved in everything was perfect. We were there almost two years. From our living space to everyone at the management office. The manager was really polite, kind and understanding. The staff as well. It was a awesome living there, quiet and clean. Sad to say we had to move. But I recommend Aventerra apartment Homes!

This place is dirty, people throw trash everywhere. The apartment manager is rude, disrespectful and take two to three weeks to repair broken garage disposal. In summer time, swimming pool is closed most of the time and there is no play ground for little kids.

I loved living there! I made so many great friends! & all the employees were so nice & respectful.

I love my apartment! It's spacious and perfect for one person, the neighbors are really sweet and there's a nice resting area. I plan on staying here for a whole and I know I will be happy here!

Very cheap and affordable . The apartment is very spacious and updated . The locations is very peaceful and quite . Overall grate living environment!
