Property Ratings at AVENT Aventine
Property management of this Apartment is disappointing: When moved out in Spring 2023, I double checked the final move out cost with property manager, and paid in full in time (as always) via check to Aventine per their guide. The entire process was recorded in email thread, and property manager confirmed in email the correct check had been received. Later, bank transaction record also proved Aventine had received and deposited the pay check. There was no any further update from them (which is expected). However, several months later, a new (rollover?) property manager just sent me exact same move-out-cost sheet, and request me to repeatedly pay for the duplicate move-out-cost items. I had been living in various apartments of Seattle area for years; This is first time I receive this type of unreasonable, duplicate charges, so disappointed in their messy management of property. Will discuss with my lawyer.
Most of the things are really nice but the elevator is always an issue, they "fix" it but by the end of the week it will just go bad and it is really scary to go to the elevator everytime. Hope they fix it for real next time.

I loved living in Aventine. I lived here for a year in a studio, and it was a great decision. Admin office is always super helpful and friendly (Allyson and Travis). It's close to everything, gym, groceries, transit central, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The building is super well kept, and neighbors are the typical quiet, kind, educated, tech oriented young adults in Bellevue. You don't have a gym or common spaces inside the building, but you are a few blocks from inexpensive real gyms, the park, and tons of coffee shops and restaurants.
