Aventine Northshore

We recently sold our home and are in the process of building. Aventine Northshore has been perfect for us! It truly feels like you are on vacation everyday! You can cookout and/or lounge by the year-round pool. The workout facility is top-notch and never crowded! There are entertaining areas for family events! It is also within walking distance of several nice bars and restaurants.....which makes it nice for a quick weeknight meal, or a nice weekend date night! There is even live music! The office staff goes above and beyond and they have made us feel right at home! Residents are polite, respectful, and friendly! It's a great place to live!!

Moving across the country and settling into Aventine was incredibly easy! Hannah was always very responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. They also plan fun activities that make this a wonderful community.

Recently I secured an apartment at Aventine Northshore and my timeline was very tight. Hannah from the staff at Aventine went above and beyond to guide me through the application process, being responsive to calls and emails, and even staying late to allow documents to be delivered after office hours. Prior to move in during the the punch list review, Hannah took the time to accompany me to inspect an item and immediately in the moment filed the work order to get the item addressed prior to my move in. The follow up afterwards to make sure things had been take care of to my satisfaction was timely and sincere. The high level of professionalism and service is the standard from the staff at Aventine. I am very happy with my decision to choose Aventine Northshore.

Moved in a month ago and my roommate and I love it. By far the nicest apartment I’ve been to. Everything is nice, clean, and up to date. Everyone is friendly and it’s so convenient to get a bite to eat or go for a drink!

I've been here for about a month now and I've loved it so far. The area feels very safe and the complex has some pretty great amenities. The staff really take care of things promptly and I couldn’t ask for more.

From the minute I moved in, I felt like this is home… everyone has been so friendly and helpful, especially Hannah who has the patience of a saint with all my questions! The apartment is perfect for me, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, with a great layout… I would highly recommend Aventine!

We've been quite pleased with Aventine Northshore! They salted the parking lot and were well prepared when we had a rough week of snowy weather, and they've done a great job informing us of any upcoming events. In addition, we had a maintenance request, and it was completed incredibly quickly for us. So far our time here has been excellent. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Aventine Northshore apartments. It has plenty of amenities and a gorgeous pool with constant fountains. The location is great! The apartments are next to Town Center (there is a Give Guys, Chick-Fil-A, Kroger, and many more) which is extremely close to Pellissippi parkway making the drive into work a breeze. The apartments are nice and there is an abundance of activities. Finally, the office staff are amazing! They make you feel a part of the community. Peggy is great at and has all the answers to your questions. I am glad I chose to lease here!

We have been living at Aventine for 3 months now since relocating from out-of-state and can say it has been a great experience. Being homeowners for 35+ years, renting is a whole new experience. We chose Aventine over many other communities as the amenities are 5 stars, the community extremely well maintained, and all the staff accommodating, helpful, professional and genuinely interested in your positive living experience. We have had a few maintenance issues, and they were completely resolved that same day, usually within a couple of hours. Very impressive. We highly recommend Aventine to anyone looking for a rental property. You won't be sorry!

This is a stunningly beautiful complex, with five star apartments, superb staff, and great amenities. Living here can rival any resort, and the even more amazing part, it's home. People are friendly and helpful, from the office to maintenance, to our neighbors. So glad to call Aventine Northshore home and be a part of this community.

The area is beautiful and has the nicest amenities and pool/grill area. The apartment community is safe, and I have not had a single issue with neighbors or other residents. The community holds events multiple times a month, and there are plenty of friendly residents here! I moved into Aventine about a month ago, and I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive experience. Julie was so helpful in getting everything situated for me as I was coming in from out of state, made sure I knew of the upcoming resident events (which happen ALL! THE! TIME!), and answered all of my questions with a smile! The management and staff keep the place absolutely pristine and running like a well oiled machine. Not only that, but the neighbors have to be some of the friendliest people in the area! This complex is truly a community of happy and respectful people, and they’ve all made my transition to a new city such a positive memory for me :)

Aventine Northshore is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Knoxville. It has it has the prettiest grounds the most well updated interiors and is overall just a beautiful location. The staff is extremely friendly I really love that they have so many community activities I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Living at Aventine has been one of the most depressing and psychologically demanding experiences of my life. I rent one of the most expensive apartments in the community and have deep regrets about my luck of the draw, living under the loudest and most inconsiderate neighbors of my adult life. The amenities here are great, but the ceilings are very thin. If your upstairs neighbors have kids, you are in for a real treat. I understand kids need to run and play, but waking me up at 5:30 or 6am every single day is excessive. I work from home West Coast time, and I am consistently woken up by the upstairs neighbors running from one end of the apartment to the other and stomping on the floor. I was censored when I tried to complain about this on the community board. Management promised to talk to them and follow up with me but that of course never happened. I was encouraged to move to a different apartment in the community, and nothing changed. I hate living here and will be leaving in a month.

I moved to Knoxville from out of state a couple of months ago. The word that first comes to mind when thinking about my experience in moving into Aventine apartments is “Welcoming.” My first interactions with the office staff were great! They were very helpful in getting my paperwork completed and all my questions answered prior to moving. I filled out my application without having seen the property. When I was able to tour Aventine, it did not disappoint. From the landscaped entrance to the very clean and well-appointed amenities to include awesome outdoor and indoor spaces. My family really liked and now enjoy the game room with shuffleboard, pool table, and beautiful pool area (to include the fire pit and grill areas). We love our apartment size and the high-end finishes. Additionally, we love the location, so close to schools, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, a vet for our pets…. and so much more! Our limited interactions with the maintenance staff have been just as great as the office staff, they were quick to respond and very personable and friendly. I am glad we chose the apartments at Aventine for our move to Tennessee!

Me and my two roommates love living at Aventine. The amenities are top notch and the staff have been a joy to work with. I use the gym regularly and have enjoyed all the machines/space in the gym. The apartments themselves are luxurious and modern with minimal issues. Maintenance has also been quick on fulfilling work orders. We love the convenience to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and highways. We definitely recommend these apartments!

We moved to Knoxville about a month ago, and out of all the apartments we visited, Aventine was the most beautiful. The apartments are very spacious including a beautiful kitchen AND a walk in pantry! Closets and bathrooms are of a pretty good size as well. The Clubhouse is amazing! It has everything you need, gym, pool table, poker table, TVs, full size kitchen for entertaining and beautiful outdoor spaces just to hang out. The outdoor pool is spectacular, there are grills, outdoor TV, fire pit, umbrellas, etc. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They organize several fun activities throughout the month for the residents. It feels almost like you are on vacation. We have everything nearby, Like Publix, Target, Restaurants, etc. We are so happy to have chosen Aventine for our stay in TN.

My husband and I moved to Aventine Northshore about a month ago, and it has been absolutely amazing. I cannot believe how quiet it is in our apartment. We are in a top floor unit with a balcony. The balcony is much more spacious than I had expected and is my favorite part of the apartment. My second favorite is the enormous kitchen with gorgeous countertops. The absolute best part of living here is the staff at Aventine. They continue to go above and beyond at every turn. We had very minor issues with the faucet and the garbage disposal (that one I caused) and maintenance arrived within an hour of us issuing each work order. Every member of the Aventine Team treats us like we are their most important resident. They really go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need and are comfortable in our homes. I already feel like they are friends in the short amount of time we have been here. The landscaping is beautiful, the amenities are always clean and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the pool table and shuffleboard table are set up and ready to play every day. I believe the residents notice how hard the Aventine Team works and they try to do their part as well. The grills by the pool and the bathrooms are cleaned every morning (even Sunday). They even fold the toilet paper into a triangle like a fancy hotel. It is the little touches that really mean a lot. I love the fact that the pool is always very inviting and the few children that are here are very well behaved. The gym has everything you could ask for, free weights, treadmills, bikes, Free Motion equipment, etc. It is always clean and well maintained, I have yet to see anything not in proper working order. Finally and one of the most important things for us is that we feel like we are always on vacation living in this resort community. Along with the spotless clubhouse and amenities, gorgeous landscaping, exceptional customer service, they hold events through out the year. There is a monthly newsletter notifying us about events and food trucks. You cannot beat the location. We can walk to 2 supermarkets, several restaurants/bars and other retail locations.

No matter what you’re looking for in an apartment complex Aventine Northshore is going to have it. They have the friendliest and most reliable staff of any apartments around. Their apartments and amenities are ultra luxurious. If you want a night around a bonfire, a dip in the pool, a night at the gym, a beautiful ”club house” to gather with friends and family, a discount at admiral liquor, etc Aventine has it covered.

Everything about this place is A++. Great / fun staff. Friendly and clean cut tenants. Location is perfect. Apartments are very clean and modern. Maintenance staff very quick to respond and helpful. Overall 10/10.

Great community, terrific location, and the clubhouse and pool are are terrific. Oh, and Peggy is fantastic! Great place to live!

I have lived at Aventine since July of this year & I absolutely love it! I feel so safe here and the apartments / amenities are so nice. Would recommend to anyone!

The residents at Aventine are very friendly and the staff goes out if its way to create a sense of community. They bring in food trucks, arrange activities for both adults and the kids, the dog park, etc. You couldn't ask for a more sincere and helpful group of staff that caters to all of your needs. I had a few minor maintenance requests and they were there fixing them before I hung up the phone. If you are looking for a good all around living experience, Aventine is a sure bet. I looked at many others before deciding on Aventine and I know that I made the right decision!

I absolutely loved my stay at Aventine Northshore! I am a former resident and lived there for over a year from August 2018 to November of 2019 and was highly satisfied! These are extremely nice upscale apartments that are very well maintained. The best part of living here was the excellent leasing staff. Julie and her leasing team Peggy and Raquel are superb and exemplified true professionalism and outstanding service to current and prospective tenants at all times! This is one place I truly regret moving from because of the leasing office staff. They are literally the best leasing staff I've experienced at any apartment I've ever lived in and that is a true statement! Highly Recommend 5+ stars!!!

Aventine is a great place to be! The complex has what many of us look for in an apartment, a convenient location, fantastic amenities, and units that you can turn into your new home. In addition, Aventine has something many apartment complexes don't have - an outstanding staff. From Julie and Peggy in the front office to those on the maintenance staff, I'm confident in the way the complex is managed and that any problems I experience will be quickly resolved. I highly recommend Aventine Northshore!

I have lived here for a year and half and have zero complaints, zero issues, zero concerns. The property is well maintained, staff is super friendly, and it is in a great location. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place to live in West Knoxville.

We have been living at Aventine for over a year and a half now. This is by far the best place to live in the Knoxville area! The units have great layouts and top of the line finishes (wood-like flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer...etc,). The amenities are amazing - beautiful large pool with cabanas, good sized gym/yoga room, large clubhouse area, grilling stations, fire pit, car wash, dog parks and much more! The location could not be better with Target, Publix, Kroger and many restaurants/bars within walking distance. You are right down the road from beautiful parks that include boat launches, walking/running/biking trails, beaches, outdoor sports complexes. Finally, the staff will make sure you feel at home! They organize great activities multiple times a month so you get to know your neighbors. They are so kind and great people to work with. Thank you Aventine NS for everything you do!

We've only lived here for a couple of months but we love it the place is very nice and clean . They keep the sorroundings really neat . The management team is great. Most of our contact has been with Raquel and she is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

While are home is being built we are living here and surprisingly really enjoying it! It honestly feels as though we live in a resort. It is kept clean, the residents that live here are very kind and respectful. The leasing office staff feels like a part of the family. They are always very kind and interested in how our experience living here is. We recently had a large family party and needed space to accommodate all of them. At the last minute we were able to use the club house which is always kept perfectly clean and we had an amazing time. Thank you Aventine for enforcing the policies that you do that enables each of the residents to enjoy a clean, safe experience while this is our home. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to definitely put Aventine Northshore on the top of the list.

These ARE apartments so your experience can be more affected by your neighbors than the apartment complex itself. We have had some sound issues since we have young kids and live under someone that makes more noise than anyone I've ever heard. Since we have been completely unsuccessful at working out the problem ourselves with the neighbor, the staff here has gone way out of their way (and keep doing so) to improve our situation and alleviate the problem. I know that they have successfully worked out issues for other people, so we are confident that they will be able to do the same for us. We REALLY love the location and have been very happy (on the days the person above us has been out of town). This issue can happen anywhere, so you want to be at a place where the staff is willing to listen, understand the problem and offer real solutions. That's exactly what has happened here...what else can you really ask for?

We've been living here for a little over 3 months and couldn't be happier! The property's leasing team has been incredibly accommodating and they have all gone above and beyond every time we've spoken with them. Julie and Brady are legends and are a huge part of why we chose Aventine. The amenities couldn't be better. The clubhouse looks like one you would see at a resort and the fitness center is the nicest I've seen at an apartment. Free bean to cup Starbuck coffee in the mailroom has become a part of my morning routine and has ruined all other coffee for me. Having soccer taco and casual pint a few hundred feet from my front door has been wonderful for me(terrible for my wallet). The pool also looks like it is straight out of a resort and it looks like it should be done in plenty of time for the warm weather. We are loving our home at Aventine!
