Great service and convenient amenities. Parking garage is great. Gym and pool are great. Bike path is great. I love the patio space. Neighbors are nice.

I was able to view the apartment on a Saturday and was approved 2 days later. Signed my lease a few days later. Great service by the leasing team!

I love this Community, it’s Peaceful safe and full of greenery with high maintenance. Gym is open for 24hours if you are nature lover the best part is Greek tail for walking, bicycling behind this compound.

Aventino is a great peace loving community. Great ambience, architecture and people all around. The maintenance is great and amenities/features are well managed.

We absolutely love living here! The neighborhood is peaceful and the location is super convenient, especially being right next to the beautiful Vasona Lake Trail - perfect for walks, and it’s dog-friendly too. The apartments are spacious, cozy, and really make us feel at home. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive whenever we need something. We couldn’t ask for a better place to live - it’s been our best experience yet, and we’re so happy to call this place home

Aventino front desk staff are very nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. James the manager of maintenance team is giving excellent work with care . I would recommend Aventino apartments to family and friends.

I love that everything is so green and I love how the apartments are being upgraded to better the experience. I love that there are all the amenities that I need. The people seem nice here.

I just moved into Aventino. Everything has been clean and well organized for me. The leasing office has been super helpful in getting my acquainted with package delivery, my mailbox, and more!

The setting is very nice. It is clean, nicely landscaped. Quiet. Maintenance is very responsive.

Everyone here is so kind and hospitable. Staff is willing to answer questions and help quickly. Neighbors are so fun to talk to. I love the community everyone is willing to work on building here!

I am happy with my decision to live at Aventino amongst the other properties in the areas. Although the interiors are not the newest product out there, they have a professional staff and lovely grounds which makes up for the interior being slightly dated. Although it's dated it's still in great condition and I have lots of storage room for me and my doggo. They accept large dogs which was a must for me! The outside was important to me as well since I spend so much time on walks.

When moving in to Aventino I was greeted by the nice staff in the office including Morgan the Leasing Agent. It's my first time renting and she was able to help me every step of the way. I really appreciate all the help given how nervous I was. So far I am happy at Aventino!

Aventino is a beautiful complex run by the worst management you have ever and will ever experience. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU RESPECT YOUR WALLET AND YOURSELF. I have been renting for nearly 4 years now, and Aventino in Los Gatos has been the worst experience renting I have had period. Upon moving in we were greeted with a broken fridge, rusted washing machine, broken dishwasher, leaking sink, dirty apartment, broken window, and mystery allergens who've caused my partner to use her entire rescue inhaler within a month. We reached out to management MULTIPLE times and have had some of these problems resolved, however the ONLY reason anything was actually done was not out of care but out of obligation; as if these issues were not fixed the apartment itself would've been harmed. Too bad for us tenants that we are not treated in the same regards. If you think that emailing and calling were not enough to fix things we agree it's not. So be prepared to be lied to (to your face!) by management as they make promises they can't keep and then blame it on a lack of training. As of writing this review, the allergies persist and management refuses to reimburse us for the costs of cleaning our air ducts and apartment. We still have a broken dishwasher, for the which we have not received any updates about since October 11th and management is still avoiding our emails. If you are looking to wash your dishes by hand, fight management every time something in your unit breaks, experience the worst mystery allergic reactions to things you can't identify, and deal with the most passive aggressive management staff ever, you will be find your home at Aventino in Los Gatos. As others have said, "Do not walk away from this place RUN!".

This has been the worst renting experience of my life (53 years). The management is both incompetent and lacks compassion. Once they have you signed, they will do nothing to help you address problems. I have noise issues, stolen packages, the community gate to the garage that was broken for two months, the grill in the "luxury pool area" was broken all summer after the nobs were stolen. Don't just walk away, run from this place!

After moving into Aventino, it has taken a few months for it to feel like home. I highly recommend the apartment community for its engaging social events and dedicated staff. The regular get-togethers organized by the community create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for residents. It's evident that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction

I absolutely love living here at Aventino Apartments. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. The grounds are always impeccable. I’m very impressed with the office staff and how attentive they are. Management is always so eager to help and answer any questions you may have. I love all the extra amenities such as the Cafe, theater and workout room. The apartments are centrally located and close to many shops as well as freeways. I’m having a wonderful experience living here. I must mention the residents are so friendly. I enjoy walking my dog and meeting and chatting with the residents. Very luxurious and to notch apartment complex.

I am very pleased with living at Aventino Apartments. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The management staff is exceptional, friendly and very professional. The services at Aventino is very top notch. I’m very happy with my residency here. One final note, my neighbors are always very nice and friendly. Overall I’m very happy living at Aventino.

Beautiful Space, Private Place in a Connected Community

Great Living Experience! Love the Many friendly people and you don't have to go anywhere else. Exept to get groceries.

Quiet, safe, beautiful community. The grounds always are clean, and maintained well. Maintenance calls are taken quickly and acted on efficiently. You cannot beat the location—quick 7 minute drive to downtown LG, and same to downtown Campbell. The apartments are also connected to the creek trail, which is a game changer with our dogs.

Living at Aventino is a pleasure. The place is quiet, clean and safe. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. Mainenance is excellent. Staff is responsive and helpful. I would recommend Aventimno to anyone.

I literally LOVE the grounds at Aventino! It’s so green and in the spring there are so many colorful flowers that bloom! .Still it’s so pretty here I adore just walking my dog around.

Aventino is a fabulous place to live with great amenities, security and roomy apartments. Located right in between Los Gatos and Campbell (and backed on to the Los Gatos Trail) it’s a perfect location, and whilst close to the 85 provides a quiet place to live.

I lived here 6 years ago and had the best experience I had to relocate for work. I am so happy to come back home to Aventino !

Leasing office staff so terrible and rude!!I always lose my package and my room equipment broken nobody come to repair. Poor apartment!

Aventino is a beautiful place to live. We are impressed by the extremely high standard of maintenance: the grounds, the buildings, even the walkways and fountains. Amenities are of resort quality. I would recommend it to anyone.

First off, this place is wonderful! Such an upgrade from my previous place. My entire move-in process was smooth. The grounds are beautifully manicured, and very clean. I love how quiet it is here. I would highly recommend Aventino to any of my friends and colleagues!

So far I enjoy living at Aventino. Its hard after the pandemic because the pool and gym have now either not open or restrictions. But overall I like here.

Do not live in here. You have so many better options. The surrounding and location is really nice, but other than that, all you get is poor community management. Very poor experience when it comes to communication with the leasing office. I have heard nothing good about the management team since I moved in. Every resident I know complains about the management team.

'- Aventino is a beautiful community located between two gems of Silicon Valley, the town of Los Gatos and the small city of Campbell. The community keeps a "small town charm" feeling yet it has all the main amenities that you'd expect from much larger communities. Both Angel and Brooke at the leasing office are very friendly and are willing to help and accommodate people. Aventino is near important highways such as 85, 17, 280, and even 101. It is a small community and the units are well built with great features (stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, AC, etc). It is a beautiful apartment complex which is very family friendly during the day and quiet and relaxing at night time.

Its a good location but youll have to deal with things like the unbearable stench in trash rooms, a filthy garage, A/C repairs not being a priority during heatwaves & having to hire outside help if the maintenance mgr. doesnt like you. Most fixtures & furnishings are old, beat up. Fixtures are corroded, black. Blinds sag, workmanship is shoddy, same old stuff. Stone isnt maintained and appliances are yellowed & beat up & if that matters, youll be paying a fortune to replace stuff, have it installed, store the old stuff (they wont store it for you) then again to switch it out again before moving. That, or settle for a substandard, depressing atmosphere that reminds you that everything is low quality and that youre just a lowly renter. On the upside, my front & back doors are nice & heavy, the locks are smooth, I have a nice view & my water is hot. My car has never been broken into, its very peaceful & quiet, I love my bedroom & the elevator is a huge help to me. All of this will likely change though if this is posted.

Check Aventinos ratings. Aventino is not a place to put much emphasis on the onsite amenities or interior finishes. Not well maintained or open due to neglected repairs or worn equipment. High turnover rate with property management and their employees. They offer no incentives to renew lease. The restrictions due to Covid 19 have little impact with the property or property management as it relates to pre Covid conditions from a tenant point of view
