Really nice neighborhood and the amenities are new and fun. The apartments are also brand new and beautiful. Valet trash and maintenance are on time and do a great job. The only bad thing is the constant dog barking.

Lovely and peaceful, this community is really well organized, with events, great staff and amenities. I just miss a kids playground and maybe a sports court. Gym has excellent equipment, pool is pleasant and safe. I love living here!

My experience so far has been Great with friendly neighbors and extra friendly staff.My apartment is amazing . The clubhouse is really awesome . I had a chance to watch a couple of NFL football games at the clubhouse and it was so peaceful . I'm looking forward to spending my time here at home at the Aventon Meadows .

Choosing Aventon Meadows as our new home has been among the best decisions we have made. It has surpassed our expectations, and we love it so far. The houses are spacious, and everything is well thought out and planned perfectly. The clubhouse is excellent as well, with all the amenities!

My experience with Aventon Meadows was and has been the most positive rental experience. First impressions are lasting and beginning with the first communication to inquire on the property up to the signing of the lease, Gino and Angel were AMAZING! They didn’t make us feel like just another tenant or a body to fill a space. They were both personable and made our experience feel as if we were moving to a new home, not just an apartment. Reginald really loves the community atmosphere and it’s shocking that he now likes getting out and walking around the property. He enjoys sitting in the common areas and that warms my heart. I don’t feel as if I have to worry about his safety as much. I am so thankful that apartment renting has changed from the cold transactional experience to a personable more warm welcome from the property management team. Gino and Angel have not deviated from their initiative to make Aventon Meadows a great place to live and engage.

The management at Aventon Meadows is off the charts. The amenities are beautiful and the room designs are stunning. I have had very minor problems since moving in such as small scratches and other related things that are in the process of being fixed due to the complex being brand new. Management responds very quickly to problems and inquiries and are always kind in doing so. Prices here are much better compared to anywhere else in the area for the beauty and design of the complex. Community seems nice as well and there is very little criticism about this property. Only downside is that the ground came from nothing so taking care of landscaping and insects are being taken care of but that will not be a problem soon. For myself it was hard to consider all other apartment options after touring Aventon and moving here has been amazing.

My experience with Geno was honestly super smooth. He made sure to keep me updated with everything regarding my move as he got updated with information. He took his time explaining really thorough,as well as he made sure to ask that I have any questions along the way And was always willing to help if there was anything else that I needed would definitely recommend him to others as well.

I love all the amenities ! Aventon Meadows complex is very new and is a growing community. Along with that , there are some growing pains but the staff Gino and Angel have been quick to address any of my concerns. With that being said , I really appreciate our community here. I love walking my dog throughout the complex. There are various routes to take a walk around two ponds. The landscaping is beautiful ( construction is still in process) with various swings and hammocks around the buildings. I especially love the dog park. It is quite spacious and there is plenty of room for my dog to play fetch. The community has everything you could hope for from a saltwater heated pool, game and fitness room, to a business center along with a great clubhouse for entertaining friends!

Awesome management. Paperwork was easy and I was able to secure and move into my apartment even though I was on a time crunch. Apartments are spacious and rent special is out of this world helpful while I get settled in Florida.

So far I have no complaints I love it here and the staff is amazing! So glad I chose this as my home. Everything is beautiful and the community itself is so quiet. The pool is stunning and the apartments are put together so beautifully.

New resident here and this has been one of the best experiences with an apartment complex I’ve had! Great and personable management! Amenities are amazingggg they literally thought of everything when designing this complex. Don’t get me started with the apartments.. hands down STUNNING! 10/10

Everything about my transition into my new apartment was seamless, and I had zero issues with anything. The staff were very helpful whenever I had questions about anything and allowed me to take my time and doing whatever I needed to do. The facilities so far have been very nice and have been kept very clean, every time I have been very impressed so far with the upkeep of the facilities. As the complex continues to grow, I’m sure we’ll have a few growing pains, but so far it’s been a great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a modern, updated, yet affordable lifestyle.
