I am a current resident of Aventura contee crossing. About 2 years ago while residing out of town, I stopped by and viewed an apartment with a former staff. I specifically asked that I wanted a property that would be flooded with lots of sunlight and I was assured that my future apartment would meet this requirement. I was given a tour of a model property as the property was yet to be vacated. When I moved in, I was surprised by the limited amount of sunlight that my apartment was receiving. I complained about it but I was left with no option other than to settle for the unit following the enormous amount of money I incurred from moving from out of town…I felt stranded. Interestingly, it seems that this is recurring theme regarding finding a property at Aventura contee crossing. My next door neighbor who moved in a few months ago also complained about same issue that I experienced. She requested for a well lit apartment and she ended up getting a unit with access to barely any sunlight. On a slight tangent…over the past few weeks, the microwave in my apartment has been faulty. I’ve reported the issue to maintenance thrice and a staff in the leasing office reported it once. It’s been over 3 weeks and the microwave is yet to be replaced. One of the staff went into the system to cancel the most recent request without notifying me on the status of the repair. I keep getting told by the leasing office staff that they're not aware of the situation. It is very frustrating that I’m expected to pay my rent on time but the company doesn’t prioritize repairs of microwaves because it is not an emergency. I don’t know if this is a concerted attempt to push tenants out of the option of renewing their rental agreement but this is truly concerning.
Slow start to getting everything together and moving in but everything is pretty much getting worked on. Appreciate their response and trying to work with us
I love this place. I wish I could stay. This community is conveniently located to anything and everything a person needs. Nice size apartments and reasonably priced

Love it here, best place I’ve lived. Amenities and property is top notch. They keep it nice up and keep up with updates about the complex frequently.
Overall Aventura at Contee Crossing is an amazing place to live.. very convenient.. very homey… very much worth my the price. If you are looking for resort style living this is the place to be. The closet space is unmatched as well!

I have lived in this community since 2019, but unfortunately, I will be moving first of the year 2025. Great location, love the new amenities, and upgrades to the apartments. Staff has always been helpful in resaving any issues I've had. Really gonna miss this place :-(
Living here is great but there needs to be sometime of accountability or respect as far as loud noise and disruptions after 11 pm. I pay my rent just as every one else but some type of respect factor as a neighbor should be in place.
So far the experience has been great! Can’t wait to see what else I can find and do here. My only recommendation is to clean the hallway floors more often.
Office staff and maintenance staff are responsive, friendly and professional. Residents need to be more respectful in communal areas. Letting dogs pea or poop in the halls without taking care of it is unacceptable. The garbage and recycle rooms are a mess. Saw mice recently. Freaks me out!!! Garage could use better lighting. Doors from garage to resident hallways need to be in good working order so they close properly so we remain safe.
The apartment complex is beautiful, quiet over all with wonderful things available to the residents. However, its the other things that's lacking the package machine been down for 7 months now and the thought of shifting threw package is beyond crazy. And for some reason the garage doors are always broken smh. We pay too much money for rent to not have these things fixed in a timely manner. And I would if the complex would invest in a electrical station for e cars. Most luxury apartments have them this one doesn't.
Move in was a breeze! Love the people in the office! Nicole was very helpful. The amenities are to die for love how easy everything is to figure out and neighbors are super sweet
Its been nothing but problems and issues since we've moved in. Willow Bridge and the management team suck. I have never dealt with such incompetence and lack of care. The hallways stink, the property is running down by the day and they don't seem to care. The door to go out the garage doesnt have a handle so ANYONE can come into the building. The garage doors to drive in and out are always broken, the cameras don't work, the complex is super dark. There was a huge resident town hall meeting over the winter in which we expressed our concerns and NOTHING was fixed. They deem themselves as a luxury community but is far from it. Its ghetto and crime ridden with multiple car break ins. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else.
The apartment we originally signed wasn’t ready. The apartment we have now the thermostat doesn’t work, and no hot water. This unit wasn’t ready for us. However, I will give this place a few months to fix their problems.
I have only been here two months and I have really enjoyed the community. I love the amenities. The staff has been wonderful and friendly. The best part is the residents are just as friendly.
I love it here! Management office personnel are super friendly and attentive to your needs. I will renew my lease when It's time. However, I wish rental prices would go down.
I do love this place. I will miss this place when I leave. I've had a few issues, but nothing out of the ordinary for renting an apartment.
Better than most, love the amenities, layout and the events that are held occasionally. However, the price to pay to have a pet is ridiculous especially when there’s no doggy park
After 2 months as a resident here, I can honestly stay that I’ve never felt more at home. From start to finish, things have run super smoothly and I have no complaints. I LOVE my space and Nicole has been a true GEM! Even after moving in, I’ve found Nicole to be super helpful and responsive to any of my requests. Brenda is also super helpful. Though it’s still early into my residency here, I think Aventura is a place I’ll be calling home for quite a while.
Apartment is modern and spacious. Maintenance is timely. Amenities and grounds are great. Surrounding area is full of restaurants and shopping. Fire alarm going off at least once a week drives me nuts
Great place to live great amenities. Great location one negative I would comment on is the fire alarm will go off probably 2 or 3 times a month.
The apartment we were going to move into flooded. The appliances in me apartment they gave us weren't working. The fire alarm goes off every 2 nights, so we have to we leave the building. It's ridiculous. If I'd know about the fire alarm going off all the time. I would have never signed that lease.
Everything is mostly amazing! Communication is a tad delayed. And there's an issue with (tenants I believe) leaving trash in common areas but the maintenance team are very responsive. I would recommend to new tenants.
I have been here since 2018. I love the community. Of course like any other residence, a few things can be worked on. I like that when we have these conversations with the front office, they do their best to resolve our issues. I do miss having more community events, a computer lab, and the movie theater. It would be nice to have other amenities outside of the gym since the pool is only used a couple of months out of the year.
The upkeep is great , the layout is beautiful love everything about these apartments, we couldn’t have picked a better place to live, doesn’t disappoints ??
I love everything about this property my only issue is the lack of enforcement of people who violate the noise ordinance. I literally only get 3 nights a week to sleep because my insomniac neighbor continues to make a lot of noise throughout the night. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Always. So disappointing.

It’s been okay so far, I’ve been here since June 2023. The major complaint I have is the building fire alarm device that’s located in the bedroom that goes off a few times a month and It’s very annoying and frustrating, especially when you work from home and have to talk on the phone at times. I’ve been told that it’s due to people smoking in the building and mechanical issues. I really wish they would install cameras throughout the building to avoid certain people smoking in areas they shouldn’t and have whatever mechanical issues fixed.. I love my apartment but it makes me question should I renew my lease!
Do not believe the hype. Pretty to look at but a dull pain to live in. The nicest things about the place are the parking garage option, quiet neighborhood, and maintenance crew. The worst things about the place are the unreliable, dishonest management team, failing security measures, mediocre cleaning crew, blaring fire alarms going off every two weeks, and inappropriately timed renovation projects.
I love living here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The community is kept clean and maintained. I could not imagine living anywhere else right now.
Honestly, I cant give this place 5 stars. I can give 2 stars and those stars are for two of the staff members on the property. Miriam (Leasing) is wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. David (Maintenance) also friendly, knowledgeable, and actually cares about the residents. Other staff members in the office are rude especially Nicole. She literally has the worst attitude and does not know how to communicate effectively. Daquan is just horrible and his boss Brenda is ok. Shes neutral. Cars are consistently being broken into and/or windows broken out. Strange people lurking the property all times of the night. Doors always broken and unlocked. Mail stolen because carriers leave it outside. Overall management should be better and they should focus on real concerns especially where the safety of their residents is concerned.
This is the best experiences I've had with apartment life in Laurel (lived in Laurel for approximately 17 years). The management is totally customer focused. Ms. Alli is simply outstanding.
Things seem to be getting better after the renovations and new property owners. I never got a new stove, nor fridge in my "renovated" apartment, but don't really care anymore. Still a decent place to live, and it is in a good location centrally locate to all needs. grocery stores, restaurants, schools, hospitals etc.
Disappointed did get what was sold / promised to our hearts when reviewing model, appliance old , bad paint by Job still waiting service that wasn’t done before move on date, but we have place and place, huge and well clean and rental manager and staff totally awesome friendly, accept for the maintenance manager,

The staff at the renting office are rude. The maintenance looks like they are on strike. Why aren't the fireplaces lit at night? Why is there no visitors parking. The hallways are dirty. Packages need to be picked up from the package room and stored somewhere else. They could give you a date and time range for scheduled maintenance. And....... Why do I have to pay "Rentcafe" to pay my rent every month? $3.95 x 12=$47.40. Other than that my apartment is great and spacious. The pool was an awesome experience during the summer. The gym is clean and well maintained. The fountain is beautiful.
Nice and clean environment. Newly opened yoga room and virtual sport room. What I dislike is the club houses closing. Most club house in other apartments do not close
The apartment is comfortable and pretty. My patio is amazing! The amenities are far superior than all the other 12 apartment complexes I looked at before finding Aventura! The leasing staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. I like it here a lot!
Amenities are constantly not available. The hallways are dirty and the amenities in my apartment are break down. Maintenance doesn’t come in and fix my issues in my apartment.
The experience moving in here was absolutely amazing. I loved it from the moment we applied. Everything was sweet and easy my apartment was right next to the garage! The people are nice and the staff was extremely helpful. Shoutout to my agent Nicole

My perspective changed greatly. However there are some associates that are willing to give you the info you need. Management is just not that great
Halls could be cleaned more often. But grounds overall are maintained well. All amenities are centrally located which is a plus. Ample resident parking. Very nicely renovated. Could offer more guest parking.
A few glitches in apt when I moved in but remedied with attentiveness and care. Lovely staff. Nice neighbors and grounds. Quiet. Secure.

Love my time here for the most part. Pros: Great gym very attentive maintenance crew safe and convenient parking garage great stores annd restaurants in the general anrea. Also very affordable compared to other luxury apartments in the area. Cons: leasing staff can be very uncooperative. The few property wide issues that I have had they have done little to nothing to address. And you won’t always get an answer even during business hours. Also con for whatever reason the fire alarm goes off at least once a month and it isn’t a test.

There were a lot of things WRONG in my apartment on move on day. So many things. No walk through was done and was very disgusting and unsanitary
I'm a little upset that my so called renovated apartment has not been completed, even though I was told it was. it's been more than 30 days and my apartment still has not been completed. I'm tried of being patient and I'm really tired of paying more money for less than what I had before the renovations. I will be putting my rent in Escrow until these things are fixed. which should have been done long before I moved in!
The move in was amazing love the community and my neighbors and my apartment it was the best move ever I'll be here for a very long time I am finally at peace and worry free
