Have good experiences with maintenance and their service when reporting issues. However, when reporting issues to management there’s not a lot of follow up. Almost every grass area, including the dog park, has large amounts of unpicked up dog poop. There are only a handful of waste baskets around and after reporting issues there is no follow up. Nobody is incentivized or expected to clean up after their pets here making a miserable experience for everyone. Editing for follow up 4.12: The dog poop problem continues to be completely underplayed. The dog park is unusable as it is full of un picked up poop. Lining each sidewalk in the community and around every breezeways are multiple piles of it. There is not one part of the community free from dog poop.

I have really enjoyed living at Aventura Clear Creek. Move in was quick and easy. The staff is super helpful and always quick to respond. The unit was very clean when I moved in and I have had no issues since being here!

Decent 2nd or 3rd housing option if your primary falls through. Would not prioritize this location unless rent is cut in half.

The renovations have been a great update, it’s easy to park and get around the complex, and the area is perfect. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the lack of communication between the main office and residents when the package room is down, or the pool is closed, or changes in schedules for updates around the complex that impact you. I use the community rewards app and follow them on insta so even just a post about these things would be awesome!

Maintenance repairs are done kind of sketchy and not as nice as they should be, but it is a good community. People leave so much dog poop around the property and in the dog park, so that is definitely frustrating as well. Amy is the best part about the office!

This environment/community is very welcoming. Everyone is nice, helpful & friendly. We love our new home, their clean & well kept. My residence experiences has been good! Nice community and in a good area with a lot around you. The constant construction and remodeling is my one complaint, but as that is almost done now those who will be living here will really enjoy the renovated facilities!

Great location, great quick maintenance staff, but it is hard to get a hold of administration. They might be understaffed at the moment and are trying to make it work at a time of busy renovations.

My move in was conducted quickly with Amy. She got myself and my kids into the perfect apartment with little to no wait time! We were happily moved in 2 days after applying, with every single question and concern addressed. They followed up and made sure we were happy and successfully moved in. Everything that needed to be taken care of upon move in was taken care of timely. We are very happy with our experience and happy to be apart of the community!

When we need something done in our apartment it always needs to be a hassle. It’s always blamed on another “company”. If you want something done your best chance is going in person to the office. We pay for amenities here but only have so many while the clubhouse is being worked on along with the gym. The dog park here is unclean as there is poop everywhere. Trash pickup seems to come when they feel like it, which is funny since we pay almost $40 a month alone for that. If you need something done and tell the office you have to remind them often until it finally gets done. Apartment is nice but have to be hopeful you won’t need anything fixed or taken care of, they like to say they understand when it’s something they don’t have to live with.

So far we are loving it, beautiful home quit area although parking could be a little bit better. But for the most part we enjoy it over here.

I’ve had a lot of problems living at Clear Creek starting with the day we moved in. Lots of little issues and lots of big, insurmountable issues. It’s always someone else’s issue, not the person I talk to, ie previous people in the position, maintainence, property manager, offsite contractors… the list goes on and one. Be prepared for many miscellaneous fees over your rent, about an extra $120 per month for a family of 2. We haven’t had a grounds Team in o er a year so they are lacking bad and garbage piles up in common areas like mailroom and parking lots. A lot of that is due to careless tenants too. It’s got it’s good sides too, but be diligent. I’m sure others have had better experiences, not me.

Overall things have been good here. I moved in back in September of 2020, during then pandemic, and I really thought well of the area, due to the amenities, the easy access to shopping and public facilities, and the relatively simple commute to work. It has lost some of its luster with me, due to the passage of time, but also having to deal with neighbors and the ebb and flow of the neighborhood. I personally feel that, for the money, Aventura Clear Creek is a good location, but is better for starter families than it is for singles.

I love everything about the i am currently living the only thing that I dislike it’s not having cameras around the apartment, I personally think everything about should provide a camera because there’s thieves everywhere so to prevent lost or stolen a camera is definitely required to catch them thieves.

I love the new upgrades and renovations that are taking place. The property is looking more beautiful everyday! The office staff is ready and will to assist and help make you feel right at home. The maintenance team is quick, efficient and friendly.
The new property management company is doing an amazing job of upgrades and renovations. From a face lift with new paint and roofs, to full renovations of the apartments, to the pool being fixed and the beautiful waterfall working again. Very excited to see what else they surprise us with! The new management is accommodating, quick to respond, and overall doing a great job from the office staff to the maintenance crew.
I’ve been living at clear creek for 2 years and I’m very happy overall. I Love the many amenities that go along with living here. And it’s conveniently located.
Staff is just awesome! Any issues have always been resolved in a timely manor. The community is very respectable and clean.
Loved the new renovations and the outlook along with the location. It helped so much that Amy our leasing agent was so helpful and amazing with communication. She made the experience of the tour that much better!
Clear Creek is a nice place to live overall. However, it's very expensive on a working class salary and there has been some alarming turnover with management in the last five years.
Now that's it is owned by a stellar quality management company I would definitely recommend.
I think new management will take care of some of the old problems.
It would help to place residents with small children among other families vice on the 2nd floor, living over a single person. This is extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient for the single person.
The apartments have become very expensive (more than the average person can afford) and management has not particularly impressed me, even with this new takeover.
Poor upkeep of basic apartment interiors. Swelling counter tops, poor trim, water damage in bathrooms, mold in windows. Poorly installed appliances.
So recent during COVID-19 I decided to move to the state of Kansas. I found these apartments I had never tour but I moved here. Best decision I ever made. During the first few I did see the office staff change a bit but now after almost two years I really enjoy this the community. The office staff is starting to be consistent and the maintenance is great! I really would recommend this area if you are looking for something new.

This community is horrible please if you do decide to move here. Walk the entire complex they only show you the good things. This community is always firing and hiring new staff and maintenance personal. It absolutely has nothing for children to play on or do but yet it says family community. Rajiv the office management staff guy is absolutely rude and will get you in and after will ignore all issues. They have tenants who are rude as well and these units have so many issues so please people ask how often staff is changed and pay attention to unit they show because they just upgrade appliances while everything else in unit is broken or damaged. So please choose a different community and if you do decide to look check entire complex also the dumpster area is very horrible and nasty

I have lived here 8 years and I love this community!! From the manager, the office staff and the maintenance crew they are all awesome!! Always quick with any of your needs and as friendly as can be!! I would recommend it to everyone!!

I lived here about 15 years ago and it was WONDERFUL, so now that we are between houses, I came back. I have nothing good to say about this place now. Our apartment was a recently remodeled and “upgraded” unit. Our lights constantly flicker like a strobe light, out kitchen cabinets are so far off track that they won’t close, we have spiders everywhere, we have glue coming up from the floors (from in between boards), our electricity keeps going out (blown fuse) even though we only have one light plugged in (because there isn’t a light in the room). We have put in multiple maintenance requests that they never come to fix. They just tell us there’s nothing they can do. They tell us now they only take in “emergency” requests - and the list they gave is ridiculous. Basically, they will only fix things if the apartment is burning down or flooded. We can hear everything. We can hear words our neighbors are saying through the floor. They are pencil-thin. When they are actually walking around or doing anything you should be perfectly capable of doing in your living space, they sound like elephants to us. It’s unbearable. The main areas never get cleaned. There’s trash and spider webs everywhere. We can’t get out of our lease fast enough. I hate this place so much.

Besides the amazing apartment the staff is very friendly and helpful. The garden bathtub and walk in closet plus washer and dryer that comes with my apartment is hard to find in this area with good price. I love it here so far.
