Great amenities and overall very clean grounds. Some neighbors can get loud at times but that's going to be anywhere you go. Courtesy officer will usually respond to call at talk to whomever is making the noise as well.
Love the community. Quiet at night and very quiet and a great atmosphere for kids. Would definitely recommend to any one individual or family.

Excellent place to live and great maintenance service when needed. The ladies in the office are quick to meet your needs. I love the view from our apartment.
Enjoy the property but of course in apartment atmosphere so noises upstairs neighbors constant stomping is ridiculous. Only thing i cannot stand really about this location. Feel like office could say something because still need to be mindful and we all pay rent to live peaceful. Only had to call maintenance few times but always pleasant and fast to respond unlike other properties. Montana in the office always trying to help i feel with information or questions may have. The upgraded kitchen is wonderful not like an apartment feel as well as having in-unit laundry.

Nice quiet community with friendly Neighbors. So close to schools, restaurants, hospitals and more. Family friendly environment with the best amenities.
Great staff that responds to any issues that you have. They do great at keeping the grounds clean and looking great as well! Maintenance responds to tasks in a timely manner in order of seriousness of the issue.
The staff is nice and friendly It's clean and friendly neighborhood The apartments is updated The maintenance team is great I been living over here for two years and the problem with the apartment they responded and fixed it fast.
I have enjoyed my neighbors and the management is friendly and helpful. My first maintenance request was performed within a reasonable amount of time and the repairman was polite and quick.
This is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The property is well lit at night. I feel safe here.
Everything is okay. Some things could be better. I would love it if they add more dog poop stations around the complex. The biggest complaint is the noise. People revving their engines in the parking lot at 2 am or people blaring music.
It’s a very safe place honestly. I feel comfortable living here. It’s not loud either. Everyone is quiet. The people I’ve came across are sweet and respectful. Even my neighbor is a sweetheart, with the cutest little pups.
Pros: Love my apartment! All of the neighbors are friendly! Staff is helpful. Cons: dog park is a poop mindfield, ice maker does not work, fridge doors are awkward.

Maintenance is great, staff is friendly, and it’s a quiet community. My husband moved here to be with me in December and we are talking about renewing our lease already. Perfect place to begin married life
The people are great, sometimes the location is not due to the 280 traffic. First floor apartments have some pest problems and small maintenance needs.
I love the community and the safety that is provided from this residence. I think that more effort could be put into the renovations especially since the expenses are so much more. However I love the apartment and all the events they have. The amenities are great and this apartment has the best gym with lots of equipment.
Excellent experience here. The comfort level and privacy is higher and administration staff is extremely proficient and cooperative. Highly recommend

Just had breezeways pressure-washed in Bldg 2 a few days ago and was so excited to see! However this morning on April 16th, I was leaving for work at 5:30am and to my horror, had to step over several piles if food garbage leaked from torn garbage bags that had been picked-up by our valet service the night before!! Management needs to appeal to residents not to put leaking garbage bags in this trash cans!! If they have a leaking bag then double-bag it!!!! The valet service is concerned only with gathering garbage bags as quickly as they can and could really careless whether it's leaking food remnats or cooking grease/oil!! My beautifully washed breezeway on the 2nd floor is now stained again with food garbage... this is very discouraging and frustrating, all due to no concern and a lack of common sense by residents!!!
5 stars because of the staff. Without them the process would have been so much harder. Amazing job by Anedia and staff. I got in and did everything online with her help.

The apartments are clean and generally well kept. Maintenance sometimes takes a little longer than desired to get to requests but other than that the place is great!

I am a new tenant at this complex. Aventura’s property manager Montana was the biggest help during my application/move in process! She met all me needs/concerns and kept asking how else she could help! I feel comfortable at Aventura knowing if there’s any issues, they can get it fixed fast! The new gym is great. Valet trash is convenient also.
Everything seems to be going good so far. Love the location and people I’ve met so far. Still waiting to get a few things fixed in the apartment but other than that everything seems altruistic.
The apartment complex is beautiful. My only issue is that maintenance is VERY slow. Other than that, the amenities are awesome and the apartment is gorgeous.
I've just moved in, there is good and bad both already. The worst part is no one picks up after their dogs and they let them " go" right at your patio . We didn't have heat for 2 weeks after move in, they fixed it but took away our nest and put in an old thermostat. ?? At least we have heat tho. The people at the front are wonderful so far so thats a good thing.
It’s ok. Maintenance is a little slow and the front office doesn’t return phone calls. The facilities have been updated which is nice. And the noise level isn’t too bad.
It's beginning to feel like an expensive housing project. Too many sheriffs calls for domestic violence. The Roaches and ants are horrible. Pest control is charged monthly but sent out by request.
It’s been very nice so far! We’ve had minimal issues and they’ve all been resolvable. I’m enjoying my time and feel very safe and comfortable here!
Move in was great, Melode is super helpful. The apartment is beautiful, we were unable to view before we moved in due to time constraints, but my wife and I were super happy with the way everything was. There were a few things we filled out as far as needed fixed/replaced on move in, but otherwise super happy.
Best complex that ive ever lived in. The management staff constantly has something fun going on. They even had a complimentary gift wrapping station to wrap your Christmas present. I love those thoughtful details. They’re the best.

So far, so good. The apartment could be made better with better quality doors and blinds and wall paint. Overall, not bad. It's good for the rent they charge.
