No Maintenance in 6 months. Bedroom light never fixed and AC unit never worked. Cold in the winter and Hot in the summer. Maintenance guy tells me I know your AC doesn’t work but I have other work orders. Just sad. I will not renew my lease. I need to live where the AC and heat actually works.

Repairs needed in almost every apartment. The chiller is inefficient. The owner changed 5 times in 6 years. The manager changed 9 times in 6 years. Break-ins are constant in apartments and cars. Dogs are always barking. Loud music from the courtyard is common. Homeless people are washing clothes and themselves in the pool. Bugs get out of control often.

Lived here for about a year, we signed a year lease and then we got a notice 9 months into our lease that our lease ended two weeks before. It was an actual blessing since we got to leave 3 months early. The summer was horrible got to 90 degrees in our apartment all summer. We had to buy an ac unit for our bedroom to at least keep somewhere not as hot. Homeless people would sleep out in the halls all the time. Only a one or two washers and dryers actually worked. Someone’s car would be broken into, or gas would be siphoned out. The only good thing was the new manger or leasing lady was super helpful. But I would not recommend living here.

Was supposed to have a tour today but there was no staff in-office when I arrived or able to be reached by phone. That’s fine bc the complex is pretty run down inside it looks like a motel and smells like cigarettes. Just walking through the halls I knew I didn’t need to take a full tour

Aundrea and the office ladies seem very nice on first meeting. Don't be fooled. They are ruthless business people at this establishment. In person they are very polite, and will try to meet your complaints. But if they decided something is not good any more, prepare to either capitulate or fight it all the way. As an example: One day they issued a new statement saying "No pets on balcony. If we see a pet on a balcony we will immediately evict you no questions asked." This is the kind of attitude they take once you are signed. Do what we say, or we threaten eviction. They act this way even for minor problems. Because of this I could not let my cat out on the balcony even though I was on the third floor and she bothered nobody. I confronted them, saying this was not on the pet agreement I signed on my lease. They told me to deal with it, and I started getting calls from their attorney threatening to sue me if I broke any part of the lease. I only had one month left so I just decided to leave. Even then, they did not return my security deposit and instead asked me to pay $50 despite the fact that I had hired a cleaning service on moveout. Worse they never talked to me in person or over the phone about it, instead I got a letter that said "pay it or we giving it to a collections agency in 20 days" dated 10 days before it got to me. I was so done with them I just decided to pay it and move on. There are so many better places with better people for the same cost as this establishment.
Place is not safe to live. Found drug deals going on during several different occasions. Some of the security have guns. They are nice, but still scary that guns are required. Had a stranger knock on my door. I opened it up thinking it was my roomate; instead this dude just forced his way inside and asked for $5. Luckily he left after I gave it to him. Also the place has roaches. ewwwww
Pros: Close to many stores High school nearby Elementary school nearby Light rail around the corner Cons: Roach infested Walls are super thin The maintenance guy & one of the security guards that always wears a hat, are super creepy. The maintenance guy never gets stuff done he literally takes 2wks to get to what needs to be done & has such an ugly attitude!! Aundrea on the pther hand is super sweet & very helpful! If it wasnt for her i dont think id be living here any longer!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. They use a chiller not an A/C to save tons of money, there for "utilities" included. If you you are able to go through 90 degree weather inside your apartment through out the hot summer of Arizona, come here. The chiller is located outside the building in case you want to see it. Do your search and know the difference between chiller and A/C. I was miss informed. They say they provide a/c, month later they say yeah it is a chiller and that's how cold it can go. Don't fall for it.
I really like living here. the renovated all the apartments with everything new. new pool , new hot tub , fantastic real security guards , dogs and cats allowed, $ 575.00 a month including all utilities ( A/C , heat , gas , water ) cable ready , directv allowed , 4 blocks from fry's food north and south is super walmart , cosco , target , movie theaters , hospital , walgreens. all the south stores are 5-6 blocks south. clean , balconies on all sides , new parking lot , new safety doors , 2 laundry rooms ( 10 wash and 8 dryers total ) 3 floors, handicap access and parking , beautiful landscaping , clubhouse for small parties that includes pool table , refrigerator , seating , microwave. quiet at early night to morning. railway stops ride out the front door and much more. I would highly recommend this complex as it has been my home for 21 years.
