Avenue at Harbison

I love my apartment. The only thing I wish could happen is when I ask maintenance to fix something, they get it right the first time. The front office is amazing though and are beyond helpful.

They got rid of the laundromat and replaced it with a pet wash. They emailed us saying there was gonna be an annual maintenance inspection and they never came even though we cleaned and had to lock our pet away for a week.

The property management staff have been incredibly active in planning and engaging in unique community events. Although, I have not been able to attend many of the events, it is very much appreciated. In 20 years as a renter all over the country, I never knew that property managment staff ever did anything like this. On top of this, the team is very active in getting community feedback. For example, a poll was sent out to see how residents felt about including a valet trash service for a monthly fee. It felt good to have a voice. (For example: These services never mention the downsides. I've dealt with valet trash sevices in the past, and never had a good experience. It ALWAYS resulted in infestations, unwanted wild animals, and piles of smelly trash outside resident doors.)

I love it! The vibe of the apartment complex is very homey because of all of the trees and nature. :) The staff is communicative and maintenance requests are typically answered promptly.

Love having daily walks on the trails behind the apartment and such a nice community, everyone has been friendly and helpful since moving in.

So far I enjoy the experience as far as the moving in process the office have been patient and helpful. Look forward to having a long lasting relationship with the community

This has been a very pleasant place to live. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff is top notch and maintenance crew always on point. I would def recommend living here to anyone looking.

This is a great place to live, I love the people who are here, the pool is great, the lock box is great for when you have a package. But overall it is a great place to live.

It’s really nice out here. The property is serene and pretty. The staff is nice and welcoming. They make it their business to know all the residents.

Honestly I love the community it is peaceful and there are alot of good people that live here. Not to mention the staff are amazing and very helpful.

My initial move-in experience was not the best. I had some pest issues upon moving in and dog hair all over. However, the staff worked diligently to make sure that my concerns were met. The building itself has lots of wear and tear, but the apartment is cozy. It’s a nice starter apartment.

Could be better. Maintenance doesn’t get around to fix these on time and when they do come, they don’t even know what they’re coming to fix. cats everywhere now and the steps and porches could use a pressure wash.

Great community, I really enjoy the community events and the office staff that feels like family. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a great new place to live!!

Moved here from Orlando and despite some hiccups along the way I love finally being here. The trails are great, so much around the area just in walking distance, and everyone in the office as well as maintenance are very friendly.

Wow! This is the best apartment complex or community I have ever lived in. I will be 68 in November and this is the first and only place that has 3 community recreation areas for residents to relax, socialize with others. Plus the pool area which I am there 5 or 6 times a week. I love my neighbors and their dogs. One big question people about The Avenue at Harbison is, do you feel safe. My answer is yes.

Avenue at Harbison is a delightful place to live! There's nature trails throughout, a sparkling pool with a screened in gazebo and grill area. Walk the trails down to the lake and enjoy beautiful scenery with ducks, geese and picnic areas. I especially love my enclosed patio to sit out and enjoy the scenery and peace.

Not going so good flooded twice managers don’t care text and call no answers a lot of my things damaged they are nice but need to care about residents

I enjoy living here- great location, prices and people! Always things to do, events going on, and wonderful atmosphere. The office ladies are very polite and helpful, as well!

Since I've been here in the two years, the staff had been incredibly kind. I love the neighborhood and most importantly, I feel safe. The amenities are great as well!

So far management has been nothing but nice and helpful. We love our apartment and neighbors. It feels like home. The apartment lay out is amazing and all the amenities here are perfect for us

The front office staff is friendly and responsive. They actually remember their renters when they walk in. That has never been the case in any other apartment complex I have lived in the past. The maintenance team is quick to respond and resolve any issues. You won't be left waiting for days just for someone to show up and check it out. Pest control is on point. Ceiling fans or non-oulet required lighting in the bedrooms would be a cherry on top. But for what it's worth, the experience more than makes up for it. This is the first apt complex I have renewed my lease with, and will hopefully renew again in the future.

Very smooth transition moving from Delaware to SC with the help of the office staff. Easy check-in at the front office and everything was ready when we got here.

The staff and community is amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. If I ever submit a maintenance request they are there within 24 hours! Wonderful place to live!

Just moved in seems like a great place. Nice people ...nice environment...love the quiet at night and the trees. Love the pool and the carwash. Love that it is close to lake and walking trails.

It’s an okay place to stay. It’s affordable for a decent apartment. It’s near the interstate and not far from downtown Columbia. There is a trail near by which is nice.

The community is very nice. It’s very quiet and serene. The staff is very inviting and they take good care of the residents. I love all the activities they have for the residents.

Place is quiet and kept clean. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and usually fixed after first visit. I’ve been here almost 10 years and love it.

It was great! Everyone was such great help. The process was smooth and easy, location is fantastic and the facilities are fantastic. Really Happy.

From moving in to maintainance requests everything has been top notch. Our calls are always answered in a timely manner. Only 1 complaint would be about the mess that can accumulate at the trash compactor.

Residents are friendly ! Maintenance is fast to respond . Resident events are fun and often ! Landscaping is well maintained all year ! Pool is beautiful

I love this community!!! I would recommend it to everyone!!! It's pretty quiet and there's nothing noisy! I feel really great here!! And the Administration answer really quick to any issue.

Very nice community. Made it very easy to access my apartment as a new move-in, took the time to talk and make sure everything was ok in my unit. Very nice outdoor area and close to lots of stores!

Nice place to live but I wish they would get around to fixing some stuff faster. For example, part of the parking lot outside of building 11 has been broken for a couple months now making the parking situation terrible.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The unit we moved into had a good bit of issues when we moved in. I did bring the staff's attention to them. They were very understanding and are currently addressing them now. The location is great and the staff is wonderful.

This is a great area everything you need so close. Avenue at Harbison is a lovely place to live it's very quiet and peaceful. The office and maintenance staff are great!!

Overall a really nice community of people. The maintenance crew does not do what they should and they can be lazy, like every other maintenance crew there is.

I am very happy here. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Fun and friendly neighborhood and staff. I look forward to another 13 months here.

Never any issues. Everyone is nice at the office, and work orders are handled quickly. And it’s a beautiful complex. Love the trees and the pool area.

I love this place. I’ve lived here for 6 months now and it’s great! Every place will have its quirks but there are far more pros here than cons! It’s extremely dog friend and my dogs love it here!

Everything so far has been mostly great. The community is quiet and everyone I've met so far seems friendly. Maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely manner. I look forward to settling in here
