Property Ratings at Avenue Willow Apartment Homes
I loved living here the first 1.5 years, but 615 property investment group took over in late 2023 and since then hasn’t taken care of the property or their tenants. Any time we’ve tried to communicate with management, it’s been like pulling teeth. No one answers the phone or emails. It took 4 work order requests, and 30 days to get our AC fixed this summer. During that time us and our pets were miserable, and management didn’t care. It took an outside A/C contractor advocating for us to get anything done. Since 615 PIG took over, the trash area in the back of the apartment has continually been a mess, lawn care is much less frequent than it used to be, they don’t offer pest control service, and they hardly ever clean up the dog waste trash bin, leading to overflowing bags of dog poop. The interior common areas of each building haven’t been cleaned once since new management took over. Additionally, the “Louisville” property manager is extremely hard to communicate with. She continually gaslights tenants and it’s extremely frustrating. I believe that 615 PIG cares more about money than their tenants, and probably management way too many properties with the number of staff they have. This is no excuse for their communication issues. These are decent apartments in a great location! I hope management changes in the future for the people who still live there.
