Property management is nonexistent. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, or maintenance requests. Please check the google reviews. So far, living here has been a nightmare: the units have several maintenance issues & there was a shooting a couple of months ago that resulted in one of the units having broken windows/doors - which still hasn't been fixed. If you're looking at unit 1155, please make sure you ask leasing for a discount before signing a lease.

Recent event with the shooting has made me uneasy and not safe. Hope the security car remains. The dog poop in my yard is not good. Neighbors are friendly.

Nice community. Most folks will say hello or talk to one another. Town homes are only 2 years old. Only negative is that the grounds are not maintained very well of litter and dog waste.
New management is wonderful and they are super responsive. I love my home, the location is great, the amenities are great, the townhomes are beautiful.
We really love living here especially with the new management (Cushman & Wakefield). The townhomes are spacious with really great storage. Some of the neighbors are disrespectful especially when it comes to walking their dogs off leash and not cleaning up after them, but that’s just how people are everywhere. Most of all, we love how quiet it is and the proximity to the High Line canal trail. Super pleased!
Since Avere was sold to new ownership, the new management team has been absolutely top notch! It is great to see them around the property and they reply to my messages and concerns very quickly. They were also very accommodating during my lease renewal process.
Very clean property, friendly staff, with great follow up. Once I decided to make this my home it was an easy process. I highly recommend this location for your new home.
Our experience has been good so far here at Avere. There have been a few things that have needed fixing and some issues with bugs, but as a whole it’s been pretty good.
Living at Avere has been a good experience. We are in our second year and have had no issues. We moved into a brand new townhome and we have not experienced any issues.
I love living at Avere. The staff is always so friendly, and the maintenance staff is always so helpful and quick when I put in a request. The floorplans are open and spacious, and you really can't beat the location. I would highly recommend living here!
Avere on the Highline is a centralized location to the city. It’s 25 minutes from DIA and 25 minute to foothills . Quiet community with the Highline canal in its back yard .
Love the actually townhome! The finishes / open space is perfect. Wish there was more parking. Stacy was super kind in answering all of our questions before we moved in.
We have thoroughly enjoyed being residents of the Avere on the Highline. The quick access to the Highline canal has been great for our athletic hobbies and exercising our dogs. The complex is quiet and safe. Despite sharing a wall with neighbors who also have dogs, we never hear them and its very peaceful.
