It’s Home! I’m so glad that I found this hidden gem. The staff is so supportive, amazing and friendly. I endured a small hiccup yet I was relocated and treated with respect and dignity. Ms. Crystal and Ms. Freda are marvelous, Jhalon from the day he became my leasing agent has been terrific. The entire leasing staff is terrific and maintenance (especially Mr. Wayne) has been great. In a nutshell this is home!
Beautiful Property I plan on moving in March and the 1st phase apartments are absolutely beautiful. However, I wasn’t impressed with the 2nd phase of your apartments and I would not want to live back there. The presentation was awful. There was down trees and trash in front of another apartment.
Satisfied I loved the apartment,it’s close to work and all the areas I frequent,very homely and I definitely will be coming to put in an application, of all the places I’ve visited this one really had me talking about it, and Iesha was very friendly patient and accommodating…thank u Avery.

I've been trying to like this place however I just CANNOT!!!! I moved here mainly from the customer service. I wasn't shown the apartment I would be moving into I was showed a modeled version which was very cute and inviting... fast forward to move in and the unit wasn't ready... the unit was drab and sad, you could tell it had been empty for a while. Day 1 I'm putting in work orders for leaks, from water to gas. Stove and oven has been worked on twice and I finally gave up and purchased a convection oven. Put in over 20 work orders and when I went through them they were checked with a date of completion that was never done so I put them in again and stated that the service wasn't done. Had the pest control guy come once because after he sprayed there was a surge in German Cockroaches... I've purchased so much Raid that I should own a few shares in their stocks... the hot water heater is rusty and in noncompliance. Air nor heat circulates through out because the ducts are damaged and a professional has to come in but because it costs money for that service I've been ignored... I have my two small grandchildren under the age of 5 living with me in subpar conditions running around talking roaches roaches and it's worse when I have visitors so I keep it limited. My ceiling is about to cave in due to a leak from another unit and I have no kitchen lights and to top it off the toilet broke and when no one came after a month a purchased a $109 toilet and had it put in... if you can go somewhere else then do that... it's not worth the trauma... RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY!!! I'm not renewing my lease because of all the issues...
I will start off by saying that the best part about living here is all of the stores, restaurants & that the highway is close by. Also, it is very quiet. These apartments need to be gutted & remodeled. They will get you in here & then forget about you! I currently live here, May will be 2 years and I will be moving.I’ve only been here so long because I knew my next move would be buying a house. My first 6 months of living, here I had a terrible leak in my bathroom, it took for me to reach out to the management company for me to get it resolved. It seemed like that’s what I had to do every time I needed something done. I submitted several maintenance requests about the same issues. Maintenance is basically nonexistent & incompetent. The leasing agents never get back to you about anything! I went there a few times about my dryer not working & they told me that they had to get GE to come out & look at it, that was months ago & I’m still waiting.I finally got someone to replace the sprayer on the kitchen sink but it was leaking again 2 days later. The walls are paper thin, dry rotted window sills(they told me an outside contractor had to come for that, never did) missing shelves in the fridge & freezer(eventually received those, but the one they gave me for the fridge was too small), the paint on the ceilings will start to peel & fall, outlets won’t work, appliances will stop working, the water will be cut off every other day for a few hours, heat & ac is not blowing properly in one of the rooms, but it’s because “the unit is far away from that room”(yeah, that’s what they told me) you will have ants(IN YOUR BATH TUB!!!), tenants let their dogs poop anywhere & you will always receive past tenants mail(not their fault but I threw it in there anyway). I would complain about the trash, initially, it was overflowing everyday, but they now have people out there daily keeping it clean. But I can’t completely blame them, cause at the end of the day, it’s the tenants dumping it anywhere. The rent is way too high for all of these problems & I moved into a “renovated” unit. I literally have pages of maintenance requests for the same issues. I see maintenance men getting units ready for new tenants but can’t get one to come fix anything for me. Wherever price they give you, add on about an extra $100-$200 to it(water, sewer, valet trash, pest control, common area electricity, etc) & the pool NEVER opened! Look elsewhere.
The location is good but everytime I submit a maintenance request the response is slow. The office staff doesn't answer the phone and the property manager is never available. I reported a gas leak to Atlanta Gas Light last night and when their technician came to my apt, he checked my stove, furnace, and hot water heater and found a problem will all of them. The stove regulator was leaking gas so the AGL tech shut the gas going to it off and old me to report it my property maintenance. I called the emergency maintenance number 3 times and left 3 messages but no one has called me back. I won't have a working stove or hot water until Tuesday and on Tuesday I'll have to go to the office to complain in person because the office staff won't answer my phone call

From the lack of management in the leasing office to the sorry maintenance people these apartments suck i have been here for the last 2 years and i can’t wait to move out they charge you for valet trash service but they don’t pick it up they have a huge pest problem and don’t let anything break getting it fixed will take months no matter how important of big the issue is my toilet broke and they left a hole in my floor for a month before installing a new toilet these are the worst apartments i have ever seen
For the most part the property looks nice looks like they had a entry gate but took it down they should put the gate backup because it looks very tacky also they should pressure wash the buildings and the sidewalks their very dirty, They should also get rid of that dirt and lay green grass outside of all the apartments on the whole property it would add a lot of beauty to the landscape and appearance of the complex.

The project is currently underway and will impact the entrance for some time. We apologize for the inconvenience. We pressure wash the exteriors of the buildings regularly. This apartment Complete complex is not the place to be. To start the leasing agents never let me walk my property till move in day. There haS been a problem with flooding since the second week of me moving in. It takes maintenance forever to come.

Desireé was a breathe of fresh air on my apartment search. She was professional and was very knowledgeable about the area. We toured several available apartments and they were all nice, clean, had washers and dryers, and a fireplace. Very homey feel all the way around! I moved in my apartment at 1st everything was good. Once it started raining for several days. My windows and ceilings started leaking. I contacted the office several times to fix. The problem was never fixed. Also when my neighbors upstairs take a shower , waters leaks into my apartment down stairs. I was very disappointed in the apartments and will never stay there again. The staff is nice and professional it's just the apartments are old and not in good shape.

I really love living here. This has been my first ever apartment so let me start from the beginning. From application to approval to signing day everything was smooth to receive all information I called was on the phone maybe 5 mins everyone is the office is very knowledgeable. My unit is upgraded which means fresh paint only, cabinets, walls, new door bell ect. It's in the woods so you get bugs but pest control is awesome so no worries there. The pool is lovely, ppl are friendly. My only thing is security is sometimie, maintenance 2 calls before you see them, the front entrance is rough, like there was once a gate but now only some of the pieces remain. unfortunately I am relocating but Averly could have been my home for many years. I definitely recommend. I don't have anything really negative to say really I love it
The apartments are alright my brother lives there so I used to spend a good amount of time there the flooring is awful , feels like it's going to cave in sometimes, you literally hear everything no matter how soft you try to walk...overall the apartment is alright I just think they could have done a better job on the flooring.
